Abstract

本发明提供一种阀门位置指示器,所要解决的技术问题是:阀门位置指示器与阀门轴为刚性连接,而阀门轴在正常工况下会产生振动,这样会损坏行程开关和电位计内部的元器件,影响阀门位置指示器的使用寿命。本发明的要点是:行程开关和电位计安装在旋转轴上,旋转轴安装在壳体内的支架上,弹性夹子是呈槽形,其断面呈燕尾形,弹性夹子底板固定在旋转轴上,夹口朝外。本发明的积极效果是:由于弹性夹子与阀门轴实现弹性连接,弹性夹子能补偿阀门轴的振动,使本发明的使用寿命大大延长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门位置指示器。 
背景技术
阀门位置指示器包括行程开关和电位计等,安装在旋转轴上,用于角行程阀门如球阀位置的显示和反馈。由于旋转轴与阀门轴为刚性连接,而阀门轴在正常工况下会产生振动,这样会损坏旋转轴上的行程开关和电位计内部的元器件,影响阀门位置指示器的使用寿命。如果旋转轴与阀门轴同轴度出现偏差,不能自动消除;其次,该阀门位置指示器仅能显示阀门开、关位置,无法满足实际需要。 
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种阀门位置指示器,它与阀门轴弹性连接。 
本发明的目的是这样实现的:行程开关和电位计安装在旋转轴上,其特征是:旋转轴安装在壳体内的支架上,弹性夹子是呈槽形,其横断面呈燕尾形,弹性夹子底板固定在旋转轴上,夹口朝外。 
为使用本发明,还需要在阀门轴上安装一个连接件,该连接件呈方块体,中心有阀门轴孔,阀门轴与连接件的阀门轴孔键槽配合,因弹性夹子横断面呈燕尾形,夹口有弹性,方块体的长度或宽度以弹性夹子的夹口能夹住方块体为限。当阀门轴旋转时,弹性夹子、旋转轴及其上的行程开关和电位计等同步旋转,以实现阀门位置指示器的功能。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:它通过弹性夹子与阀门轴实现弹性连接,所以当阀门轴振动时,弹性夹子能吸收阀门轴的振动,使旋转轴能平稳旋转,进而保护安装在旋转轴上的元器件,使本发明的使用寿命大大延长。如果旋转轴和阀门轴的同轴度存在偏差,弹性夹子还能自动消除,使旋转轴和阀门轴在旋转时能自动保持同轴度。

具体实施方式
行程开关4和电位计2安装在旋转轴5上,旋转轴通过轴套或轴承安装在壳体1内的支架11上,弹性夹子9是呈槽形,其断面呈燕尾形,弹性夹子底板91固定在旋转轴上,夹口朝外。 
喇叭形刻度盘7也固定在旋转轴上,在刻度盘的外面附着刻度尺8,视窗体6固定在壳体上,视窗体上设视窗61,对着刻度尺,不但可能显示阀门开、关位置,还可以定量显示阀门位置、角度。3是接线端子。

1.一种阀门位置指示器,它包括阀门轴,行程开关和电位计安装在旋转轴上,其特征是:旋转轴安装在壳体内的支架上,弹性夹子是呈槽形,其横断面呈燕尾形,弹性夹子底板固定在旋转轴上,夹口朝外;
喇叭形刻度盘固定在旋转轴上,在刻度盘的外面附着刻度尺,视窗体固定在壳体上,视窗体上设视窗,对着刻度尺;
在阀门轴上安装一个连接件,该连接件呈方块体,中心有阀门轴孔,阀门轴与连接件的阀门轴孔键槽配合,方块体的长度或宽度以弹性夹子的夹口能夹住方块体为限。
