本发明涉及一种全铝制家具柜体横板边框与竖板边框直拼连接结构，属于家具技术领域。
背景技术
在人们越来越追求生活的今天，室内环境污染一直困扰着我们，特别是作为主要物品的家具污染，更加引起人们的重视。传统的家具柜体一般是由密度板、刨花板或实木做成的木质产品，而木质产品普遍存在甲醛超标的问题，这对于长期生活于室内的人们来说，无疑造成极大的危害，严重影响了人们的健康。且由于木质家具柜体存在防水防火性能较差，易虫蛀，不可回收等缺点，有悖于现今时代所倡导的一种安全环保绿色的生活环境，所以提供一种用于提高人们生活品质的安全环保绿色的家具尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种全铝制家具柜体横板边框与竖板边框直拼连接结构，能够用于生产一种安全、环保、绿色的全铝制家具。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种全铝制家具柜体横板边框与竖板边框直拼连接结构，其特点是：它包括竖板边框和横板边框，所述竖板边框与横板边框之间通过连接件相连接，所述竖板边框和横板边框由同一型材制成，所述型材包括腹腔，所述腹腔的右侧外壁上设置有卡槽，所述横板边框的腹腔侧壁上固定设置有锁紧螺母，所述连接件包括卡座，所述卡座左侧面上设置有连接部，所述连接部上设置有卡头，所述卡座的顶部开设有螺孔，所述连接件的卡座设置于横板边框的腹腔内并通过螺钉与横板边框固定连接，所述连接件的卡头安装于竖板边框的腹腔内与竖板边框的腹腔侧壁相卡合。 
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明一种全铝制家具柜体横板边框与竖板边框直拼连接结构，它能够用于生产一种安全、环保、绿色的全铝制家具，不存在甲醛超标的问题，而且家具具有防火、防水、防虫蛀，可回收利用，使用寿命长等优点。

参见图1~图4，本发明涉及一种全铝制家具柜体横板边框与竖板边框直拼连接结构，它包括竖板边框1和横板边框2，所述竖板边框1与横板边框2之间通过连接件3相连接，所述竖板边框1和横板边框2由同一型材制成，所述型材包括腹腔7，所述腹腔7的右侧外壁上设置有卡槽8，所述横板边框2的腹腔7侧壁上固定设置有锁紧螺母4，所述连接件3包括卡座3.1，所述卡座3.1左侧面上设置有连接部3.2，所述连接部3.2上设置有卡头3.3，所述卡座3.1的顶部开设有螺孔3.4，所述连接件3的卡座3.1设置于横板边框2的腹腔7内并通过螺钉5与横板边框2固定连接，所述连接件3的卡头3.3安装于竖板边框1的腹腔7内并与竖板边框1的腹腔7侧壁相卡合。
所述横板包括层板、顶板和底板。
所述竖板包括旁板和中立板。
所述连接件3的卡头3.3呈长圆形，所述竖板边框1上的安装孔6也呈长圆形，安装时卡头3.3通过安装孔6伸入竖板边框1的腹腔7内，然后将连接件3旋转90°，此时再通过螺钉5将横板边框2与连接件3锁紧，从而实现连接件3与竖板边框1相卡合。

1.一种全铝制家具柜体横板边框与竖板边框直拼连接结构，其特征在于：它包括竖板边框（1）和横板边框（2），所述竖板边框（1）与横板边框（2）之间通过连接件（3）相连接，所述竖板边框（1）和横板边框（2）由同一型材制成，所述型材包括腹腔（7），所述腹腔（7）的右侧外壁上设置有卡槽（8），所述横板边框（2）的腹腔（7）侧壁上固定设置有锁紧螺母（4），所述连接件（3）包括卡座（3.1），所述卡座（3.1）左侧面上设置有连接部（3.2），所述连接部（3.2）上设置有卡头（3.3），所述卡头（3.3）呈长圆形，所述卡座（3.1）的顶部开设有螺孔（3.4），所述连接件（3）的卡座（3.1）设置于横板边框（2）的腹腔（7）内并通过螺钉（5）与横板边框（2）固定连接，所述竖板边框（1）的腹腔（7）上开设有安装孔（6），所述安装孔（6）呈长圆形，所述连接件（3）的卡头（3.3）通过安装孔（6）伸入竖板边框（1）的腹腔（7）与竖板边框（1）相卡合。
