Abstract

便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置,涉及一种畜禽养殖废水处理。设有沼气副池和沼气池,沼气池设有进水导流管、沼气池过水孔和池底排渣孔,沼气池过水孔与沼气副池连接,由沼气池过水孔排出的废水进入沼气副池内并由沼气副池出水口排出,沼气由沼气收集管排出;沼气池上部设有沼气池拱形面,沼气池拱形面上设有检查口和沼气收集口,在沼气池拱形面上方的沼气池上设有过水孔和出水口;在沼气池与沼气副池之间设有固定式管道、活动式管道、三通和直通;沼气副池通过过水孔与沼气池连接,沼气副池通过沼气副池出水口出水,沼气副池出水口出水经过水孔从沼气池出水口排出,沼气池的池底排渣孔和沼气副池的池底排渣孔与排渣管道阀门连接。

便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种畜禽养殖废水处理,尤其是涉及一种便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的沼气池厌氧发酵装置未能满足畜禽养殖污染治理的实际需要,存在沼气压力小、清渣费用高和使用寿命短等诸多问题。
中国专利CN201962176U公开一种新型沼气池厌氧反应专用水力破壳系统,包括沼液池,该沼液池上连有上流管,所述上流管上依次设有提升泵和阀门,然后与破壳管相连,所述破壳管上设有破壳弯头,该破壳弯头水平倾斜45度安装,使得沼液在进入反应装置时会产生冲击流,向下的沼液冲击流可以对沼气池厌氧反应装置上部的结壳浮渣起到破壳的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有的沼气厌氧发酵装置,产气压力小、清渣困难、使用寿命短等问题,提供一种形成的沼液既能得到深度、充分处理,又可以有效控制沼渣,提高使用寿命的便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置。
本发明设有1个沼气副池和至少2个沼气池,所述沼气池设有进水导流管、沼气池过水孔和池底排渣孔,废水由进水导流管排入沼气池内并由沼气池过水孔排出,沼气池过水孔与沼气副池连接,由沼气池过水孔排出的废水进入沼气副池内并由沼气副池出水口排出,沼气由沼气收集管排出;所述沼气池的上部设有沼气池拱形面,所述沼气池拱形面上设有检查口和沼气收集口,在沼气池拱形面上方的沼气池上设有过水孔和出水口;在沼气池与沼气副池之间设有固定式管道、活动式管道、三通和直通;所述沼气副池通过过水孔与沼气池连接,所述沼气副池通过沼气副池出水口出水,沼气副池出水口出水由过水孔经过沼气池拱形面后,由沼气池出水口排出,所述沼气池的池底排渣孔和沼气副池的池底排渣孔与排渣管道阀门连接,沼气池和沼气副池的底层沼渣由池底排渣孔和池底排渣孔通过排渣管道阀门排出。
所述沼气副池可采用圆柱形,所述沼气池也可采用圆柱形。
本发明通过1个圆柱形沼气副池和若干个圆柱形沼气池串联,采用钢筋混凝土浇灌,一体化预留排渣系统,并采用池体拱形面以下进水,拱形面以上出水的分流形式,以解决系统产气压力小(密封性差),清渣困难,使用寿命短等问题,形成沼液既能得到深度、充分处理,又可以有效控制沼渣,提高使用寿命的便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置。
与现有的沼气池厌氧发酵设备相比,本发明的有益效果是,可以在处理有机废水特别是畜禽废水时,在有效净化污水的过程中,实现沼气产量最大化,并有效解决沼渣的清理问题。该装置的投资造价要比传统沼气装置省,且该装置因采用钢砼结构,其使用寿命比传统砖混结构装置更长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参见图1,本发明实施例设有1个沼气副池7和至少2个沼气池2,所述沼气池2设有进水导流管1、沼气池过水孔6和池底排渣孔11,废水由进水导流管1排入沼气池2内并由沼气池过水孔6排出,沼气池过水孔6与沼气副池7连接,由沼气池过水孔6排出的废水进入沼气副池7内并由沼气副池出水口8排出,沼气由沼气收集管5排出;所述沼气池2的上部设有沼气池拱形面3,所述沼气池拱形面3上设有检查口4和沼气收集口5,在沼气池拱形面3上方的沼气池2上设有过水孔9和出水口10;在沼气池2与沼气副池7之间设有固定式管道13、活动式管道12、三通14和直通15;所述沼气副池7通过过水孔9与沼气池2连接,所述沼气副池7通过沼气副池出水口8出水,沼气副池出水口8出水由过水孔9经过沼气池拱形面3后,由沼气池出水口10排出,所述池底排渣孔11与排渣管道阀门16连接,沼气池2的池底排渣孔211和沼气副池7的池底排渣孔711与排渣管道阀门16连接,沼气池2和沼气副池7的底层沼渣由池底排渣孔211和池底排渣孔711通过排渣管道阀门16排出。
所述沼气副池7可采用圆柱形,所述沼气池2也可采用圆柱形。
本发明由若干个沼气池和1个沼气副池组成,可以起到污水充分停留、独立产气、清渣的作用,在建造沼气池时,预留好进水管、沼气池过水孔和池底排渣孔。当沼气池建到约四分之三高度时,开始建造沼气池拱形面,在沼气池拱形面处预留好检查口和沼气收集管;沼气池在完成沼气池拱形面后继续完成剩下的约四分之一,在建造过程中需预留过水孔和出水口;在沼气池与沼气副池间预留好固定式管道、活动式管道、三通和直通,其中活动式管道由直通连接到池底排渣管道,三通与固定式管道连接,沼气池拱形面以上的渣需从三通进入固定式管道,然后从直通拉出活动式活动管道后排出;沼气副池通过沼气池过水孔与沼气池连接,沼气副池通过沼气副池出水口出水,出水通过过水孔经过沼气池拱形面以上形成若干个沉淀池后,由出水口排出,最终形成便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置。由于该装置单体尺寸小,采用圆柱形钢筋混泥土浇灌的构造体,再加上拱形面上下两层分流(下层进行密封式高压厌氧发酵,上层进行沼渣沉淀并起保温作用),因此该装置沼气压力大、排渣效果好,废水净化效率高,从而避免或减少了类似传统沼气厌氧发酵装置的沼渣堵塞、沼气压力小,使用寿命短等问题的发生,若沼气池发生沼气压力过大的问题,还可通过活动式活动管道排泄过剩的压力,避免沼气池因沼气压力过大而破裂。
固定式管道、活动式管道、三通和直通均可采用PVC材料制作。

1.便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置,其特征在于设有1个沼气副池和至少2个沼气池,所述沼气池设有进水导流管、沼气池过水孔和池底排渣孔,废水由进水导流管排入沼气池内并由沼气池过水孔排出,沼气池过水孔与沼气副池连接,由沼气池过水孔排出的废水进入沼气副池内并由沼气副池出水口排出,沼气由沼气收集管排出;所述沼气池的上部设有沼气池拱形面,所述沼气池拱形面上设有检查口和沼气收集口,在沼气池拱形面上方的沼气池上设有过水孔和出水口;在沼气池与沼气副池之间设有固定式管道、活动式管道、三通和直通;所述沼气副池通过过水孔与沼气池连接,所述沼气副池通过沼气副池出水口出水,沼气副池出水口出水由过水孔经过沼气池拱形面后,由沼气池出水口排出,所述沼气池的池底排渣孔和沼气副池的池底排渣孔与排渣管道阀门连接,沼气池和沼气副池的底层沼渣由池底排渣孔和池底排渣孔通过排渣管道阀门排出。
2.如权利要求1所述的便捷式沼气池厌氧发酵装置,其特征在于所述沼气副池为圆柱形沼气副池。
