Abstract

用于可收缩地储存空气和流体软管的弹簧加载的软管绞盘是公知的。现有技术的设计要求在移除并替换必要的紧固件的同时用扳手维持在毂上的扭矩。
发明内容
封闭的软管绞盘包括卷轴和两个包括框架的半外壳。动力弹簧被容纳在卷轴中。动力弹簧上的张力经由轴被传递到框架,该轴带有弹簧加载的棘轮。棘轮机构经由突起与框架接合,突起被装配在外壳内的切口中。设计突起和切口使得允许顺时针旋转以增加动力弹簧的张力。棘轮被弹簧加载以允许棘轮的轴向运动,以进入棘轮的下一个顺时针位置。棘轮具有外露六边形和内正方形驱动套筒。为了增加弹簧张力,用户使用扳手或套筒扳手在顺时针方向上简单地转动棘轮。为了降低弹簧张力,用户必须向扳手或套筒扳手施加扭矩,压入棘轮然后在使棘轮向外运动以接合下一个逆时针位置的同时逆时针转动棘轮。
本发明实现单手操作的软管绞盘弹簧调整,并且允许软管绞盘的弹簧调整的更安全的方法。

具体实施方式
封闭的软管绞盘10包括卷轴12和两个包括框架16的半外壳14。动力弹簧18被容纳在卷轴12中。动力弹簧18上的张力经由轴20被传递到框架16,轴20带有弹簧30加载的棘轮22。棘轮机构24经由突起26接合框架16,突起26被装配在外壳14内的切口28中。设计突起26和切口28使得允许顺时针旋转以增加动力弹簧18的张力。棘轮22被弹簧30加载以允许棘轮22的轴向运动,以进入棘轮22的下一个顺时针位置。棘轮22具有外露的六边形形状32和内正方形驱动套筒34。
为了增加弹簧张力,用户使用扳手或套筒扳手在顺时针方向上简单地转动棘轮22。为了降低弹簧张力,用户必须向扳手或套筒扳手施加扭矩,压入棘轮22然后在使棘轮22向外运动以接合下一个逆时针位置的同时逆时针转动棘轮22。
可以预知的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和所附权利要求所限定的保护范围的情况下,软管绞盘可以做各种改变和改进。
Claims (3)
1.一种软管绞盘,包括:
卷轴;
形成框架的第一半外壳和第二半外壳;
容纳在所述卷轴中的动力弹簧;
轴;以及
弹簧加载的棘轮,由此所述动力弹簧上的张力经由所述棘轮被传递到所述框架,所述棘轮包括多个突起,并且所述外壳包括多个切口,所述棘轮利用装配到所述外壳内的所述切口中的所述突起接合所述框架。
2.如权利要求1所述的软管绞盘,其中所述棘轮被弹簧加载,以允许所述棘轮在所述轴上的轴向运动。
3.如权利要求1所述的软管绞盘,其中所述棘轮具有外露的六边形形状和内正方形的驱动套筒。
