Abstract

The invention discloses a speaking right information notification method and equipment. The speaking right information notification method comprises the following steps: core network equipment acquires speaking right indication information aiming at a special group calling session; and the core network equipment informs a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) coordination entity (MCE) of the speaking right indication information aiming at the special group calling session. According to the embodiment of the invention, when a group calling session service is provided for UE (User Equipment) at a network side through a multi-cell joint transmission mode, the core network equipment can send the speaking right indication information aiming at the special group calling session to access network equipment through the MCE, the access network equipment sends the speaking right indication information aiming at the special group calling session into UE of a special group, and thus the UE of the special group preempts the speaking right in a manner of initiating speaking right preemption.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) logical architecture; the M1 interface is a user plane interface defined between an eNB (base station) and an MBMS GW (gateway), and is used to provide point-to-multipoint user plane data transmission based on IP multicast between the MBMS GW and the eNB; the M2 interface is a control plane interface defined between the eNB and MCE (MBMS coordination entity), and it is used for MBMS session management function and MBMS scheduling information provision function; the M3 interface is a control plane interface defined between an MME (Mobility Management Entity) and an MCE, and is used for an MBMS session Management function.
In a multi-cell joint transmission mode, MBSFN (Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network) refers to synchronous transmission in multiple cells at the same time and at the same Frequency (that is, cells in the same MBSFN area are all at the same Frequency); the method can save frequency resources and improve the utilization rate of frequency spectrum; the method requires that a plurality of cells simultaneously transmit the completely same content, so that a UE (User Equipment) receiver can regard a plurality of MBSFN cells as a large cell; thus, the UE will not only not suffer from inter-cell interference of neighboring cell transmissions, but will also benefit from superposition of signals from multiple MBSFN cells.
It should be noted that both the MBMS dedicated cell and the MBMS/unicast mixed cell may adopt the MBSFN transmission mode; in addition, if advanced UE receiver technology is utilized, the problem of time difference of multipath propagation can be solved, so that the intra-cell interference is eliminated; the diversity effect brought by the multi-cell same-frequency transmission can also solve the problems of blind area coverage and the like, enhance the reliability of reception and improve the coverage rate.
The trunking communication system communicates in a half-duplex mode, acquires and releases a control channel through a Push To Talk (PTT) key during working, the channel utilization rate is high, and the call connection is fast; and users in the group share the downlink channel, so that the resource utilization rate is high; the cluster communication system can ensure the privacy and the safety of the conversation through voice encryption; preferentially distributing channels for high-priority users or services; communication in an emergency state is ensured through a fail-soft function; and the flexible multi-level grouping scheduling command function is realized through dynamic recombination.
At the stage that the current trunking communication system is developed into a broadband trunking communication system, based on the most advanced wireless transmission technology, such as an LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology, the leap of various functions and technologies of the trunking communication system can be realized; the broadband trunking communication system has the characteristics of diversified service types, diversified transmission modes, large bandwidth and high transmission rate; and supported services include voice, data, video, etc.; the transmission modes comprise unicast, group calling, multicast and the like, wherein the unicast mode works in a full-duplex mode, and the group calling and the multicast mode work in a half-duplex mode.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
in the prior art, if a multi-cell joint transmission mode is adopted to provide group call session service for a user, core network equipment cannot inform UE of a specific group of session right indication information related to the group call session; and in the absence of the talk right indication information, the UEs in the specific group cannot preempt the talk right by initiating the talk right preemption (only the UE with the talk right is allowed to speak).
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and equipment for notifying speech right information, so that UE (user equipment) in a specific group preempts speech right by initiating speech right preemption.

Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for notifying speech right information, which can be applied to a broadband trunking communication system based on LTE, and is used for sending speech right indication information related to a group call session from core network equipment to access network equipment and sending the speech right indication information to UE by the access network equipment when a network side provides group call session service for the UE in a multi-cell joint transmission mode so as to meet the requirement of dispatching the speech right indication information in the broadband trunking communication system, as shown in figure 2, the method comprises the following steps:
step 201, a core network device obtains a talk right indication information for a specific group call session; the core network device may include, but is not limited to, an MME.
In step 202, the core network device notifies the MCE of the talk right indication information for the specific group call session.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to notify the MCE of the speaking right indication information, a notification signaling of the speaking right indication information and information carried in the notification signaling need to be designed on an M3 interface; in addition, when the core network device sends the talk right indication information to the MCE, a transmission network carrying an M3 interface between the core network device and the MCE cannot guarantee that the notification signaling arrives in sequence, and once the notification signaling of the talk right indication information is out of order, the talk right state stored by the cluster UE will be wrong, so that the situation that the notification signaling of the talk right indication information is out of order needs to be avoided.

In the embodiment of the invention, the message related to the non-group calling session carries the time for transmitting the speaking right indication information on the MCCH channel;
the sending module 32 is specifically configured to send the talk right information list over an air interface through an MCCH channel according to the time when the talk right indication information is sent over the MCCH channel, so as to notify the talk right indication information for the specific group call session to the called UE participating in the specific group call.
The modules of the device can be integrated into a whole or can be separately deployed. The modules can be combined into one module, and can also be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

Claims (31)

1. A method for notifying of session right information, comprising:
the core network equipment obtains the speaking right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session;
the core network equipment informs the speaking right indication information aiming at the specific group calling conversation to a multimedia broadcast multicast service coordination entity MCE; notifying, by the MCE, the talk right indication information for the specific group call session to an access network device;
the MCE informs access network equipment of the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session, including;
the MCE combines the talk right indication information aiming at different group calling sessions or different groups received from the core network equipment in a multicast control channel MCCH message updating period to generate a talk right information list containing the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session, and informs the access network equipment of the talk right information list through messages related to non-group calling sessions.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the core network device notifies the MCE of the talk burst indication information for the specific group call session, comprising:
the core network equipment informs the MCE of the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session through M3 interface application layer M3AP messages related to the group calling session; or,
and the core network equipment informs the MCE of the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session through a non-group calling session related M3AP message.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the group call session related M3AP message includes: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right Indication message carries MME MBMS M3AP ID, MCE MBMS M3AP ID, TGID and Speaking Right;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE in the group call session establishment process; the TGID represents a non-access NAS layer identity for the group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the core network device notifies the MCE of the talk burst indication information for the specific group call session through a group call session related M3AP message, and thereafter further comprising:
and the core network equipment refuses to send the talk right indication information aiming at the same group calling session before receiving the response message of the M3AP message related to the group calling session from the MCE.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the response message to the group call session related M3AP message includes: a speak Right Response message; the Speaking Right response message carries MME MBMS M3AP ID and MCE MBMS M3AP ID;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE during the group call session establishment process.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the non-group call session related M3AP message comprises: a Speaking Right Notification message; the Speaking Right Notification message carries TGID and Speaking Right; the TGID represents a NAS layer identification of a group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the core network device notifies the MCE of the talk burst indication information for the specific group call session through a non-group call session related M3AP message, and before further comprising:
the core network device starts a timer Time0 and refuses to send new talk right indication information for a group with the same TGID before the timer Time0 times out.
8. A method for notifying of session right information, comprising:
a multimedia broadcast multicast service coordination entity MCE receives talk right indication information aiming at a specific group call session from core network equipment;
the MCE informs the access network equipment of the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session;
wherein, the MCE notifies the access network device of the talk right indication information for the specific group call session, including:
the MCE combines the talk right indication information aiming at different group calling sessions or different groups received from the core network equipment in a multicast control channel MCCH message updating period to generate a talk right information list containing the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session, and informs the access network equipment of the talk right information list through messages related to non-group calling sessions.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the MCE receives a talk burst indication message for a particular group call session from a core network device, comprising:
the MCE receives M3 interface application layer M3AP information related to the group calling session from the core network equipment, wherein the M3 interface application layer carries the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session; or,
and the MCE receives the M3AP message which is related to the non-group calling session and carries the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session from the core network equipment.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the group call session related M3AP message includes: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right Indication message carries MME MBMS M3AP ID, MCE MBMS M3AP ID, TGID and Speaking Right;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE in the group call session establishment process; the TGID represents a non-access NAS layer identity for the group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the MCE receives a group call session related M3AP message carrying the talk burst indicator information for the specific group call session from the core network device, and thereafter further comprises:
the MCE sends a response message of the M3AP message related to the group call session to the core network device, and the response message of the M3AP message related to the group call session includes: a Speaking RightResponse message; the sounding Right Response message carries MME MBMS M3APID and MCE MBMS M3AP ID;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE during the group call session establishment process.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein the non-group call session related M3AP message comprises: a Speaking Right Notification message; the Speaking Right Notification message carries TGID and Speaking Right; the TGID represents a NAS layer identification of a group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
13. The method of claim 8, wherein the non-group call session related messages include: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right Indication message carries MCCH Update Time, MBSFN Area ID and Speaking Right List;
the MCCH Update Time represents the Time for transmitting the speaking right indication information on the MCCH channel; the MBSFN Area ID represents a multimedia broadcast multicast service single-frequency network MBSFN Area identifier for transmitting the speaking right indication information; SpeakingRightList is the speaking right information list, and each information item in the SpeakingRightList is used for indicating the NAS layer identification of a specific group and the speaking right occupation condition of the current group.
14. A method for notifying of session right information, comprising:
the access network equipment receives the speaking right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session from the multimedia broadcast multicast service coordination entity MCE;
the access network equipment informs the called user equipment UE participating in the specific group call of the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group call session;
the method for receiving the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group call session from the MCE includes:
the access network equipment receives a message which is sent by the MCE in a multicast control channel MCCH message updating period and is related to a non-group calling session and carries a talk right information list, and the talk right information list comprises talk right indication information aiming at a specific group calling session.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the non-group call session related messages include: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right Indication message carries MCCH Update Time, MBSFN Area ID and Speaking Right List;
the MCCH Update Time represents the Time for transmitting the speaking right indication information on the MCCH channel; the MBSFN Area ID represents a multimedia broadcast multicast service single-frequency network MBSFN Area identifier for transmitting the speaking right indication information; SpeakingRightList is the speaking right information list, and each information item in the SpeakingRightList is used for indicating the NAS layer identification of a specific group and the speaking right occupation condition of the current group.
16. The method of claim 14, wherein the non-group call session related message carries a time for transmitting a talk right indication information on an MCCH channel;
the method for notifying the called UE participating in the specific group call of the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group call session by the access network equipment comprises the following steps:
and the access network equipment sends the talk right information list at an air interface through an MCCH according to the time of sending the talk right indication information on the MCCH so as to inform the called UE participating in the specific group call of the talk right indication information aiming at the specific group call session.
17. A core network device, comprising:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain talk right indication information for a specific group call session;
a sending module, configured to notify the speaking right indication information for the specific group call session to a multimedia broadcast multicast service coordination entity MCE;
the sending module is specifically configured to notify the MCE of the talk right indication information for the specific group call session through an M3 interface application layer M3AP message related to the group call session; or,
and informing the MCE of the talk right indication information for the specific group call session through a non-group call session related M3AP message.
18. The core network device of claim 17, wherein the group call session related M3AP message includes: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right indication message carries MME MBMS M3AP ID, MCE MBMS M3AP ID, TGID and Speaking Right;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE in the group call session establishment process; the TGID represents a non-access NAS layer identity for the group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
19. The core network device of claim 17,
the sending module is further configured to refuse to send the talk burst indication information for a specific group call session after the MCE is notified of the talk burst indication information for the specific group call session through a group call session related M3AP message and before a response message of the group call session related M3AP message is received from the MCE.
20. The core network device of claim 19, wherein the response message of the group call session related M3AP message includes: a speak Right Response message; the SpeakingRight Response message carries MME MBMS M3AP ID and MCE MBMS M3AP ID;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE during the group call session establishment process.
21. The core network device of claim 17, wherein the non-group call session related M3AP message includes: a Speaking Right Notification message; the Speaking Right Notification message carries TGID and Speaking Right; the TGID represents a NAS layer identification of a group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
22. The core network device of claim 17,
the sending module is further configured to start a timer Time0 before the MCE is notified of the talk burst indicator for the specific group call session through a non-group call session related M3AP message, and refuse to send new talk burst indicator for a group with the same TGID before the timer Time0 times out.
23. A multimedia broadcast multicast service coordination entity, MCE, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive talk right indication information for a specific group call session from a core network device;
the sending module is used for notifying the access network equipment of the speaking right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session;
the sending module is specifically configured to combine talk right indication information for different group call sessions or different groups received from the core network device in an MCCH message update period, generate a talk right information list including the talk right indication information for a specific group call session, and notify the access network device of the talk right information list through a message related to a non-group call session.
24. The MCE of claim 23,
the receiving module is specifically configured to receive an M3 interface application layer M3AP message related to the group call session from the core network device, where the M3 interface application layer carries the talk right indication information for the specific group call session; or receiving an M3AP message related to the non-group call session from the core network device, where the M3AP message carries the talk right indication information for the specific group call session.
25. The MCE of claim 24, wherein the group call session related M3AP messages include: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right Indication message carries MME MBMS M3AP ID, MCE MBMS M3AP ID, TGID and Speaking Right;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE in the group call session establishment process; the TGID represents a non-access NAS layer identity for the group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
26. The MCE of claim 24,
the sending module is further configured to send a response message of the M3AP message related to the group call session to the core network device after receiving the M3AP message related to the group call session, which carries the talk right indication information for the specific group call session, from the core network device, where the response message of the M3AP message related to the group call session includes: a speak Right Response message; the SpeakingRight Response message carries MME MBMS M3AP ID and MCE MBMS M3AP ID;
the MME MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the core network equipment in the group call session establishment process; the MCE MBMS M3AP ID represents a temporary identifier allocated to the group call session by the MCE during the group call session establishment process.

The MCE of claim 24, wherein the non-group call session related M3AP message includes: a Speaking Right Notification message; the Speaking Right Notification message carries TGID and Speaking Right; the TGID represents a NAS layer identification of a group; the Speaking Right represents the occupation situation of the current group.
28. The MCE of claim 23, wherein the non-group call session related messages include: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right Indication message carries MCCH Update Time, MBSFN Area ID and Speaking Right List;
the MCCH Update Time represents the Time for transmitting the speaking right indication information on the MCCH channel; the MBSFN Area ID represents a multimedia broadcast multicast service single-frequency network MBSFN Area identifier for transmitting the speaking right indication information; SpeakingRightList is the speaking right information list, and each information item in the SpeakingRightList is used for indicating the NAS layer identification of a specific group and the speaking right occupation condition of the current group.
29. An access network device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the speaking right indication information aiming at the specific group calling session from the multimedia broadcast multicast service coordination entity MCE;
a sending module, configured to notify the talk right indication information for the specific group call session to a called user equipment UE participating in the specific group call;
the receiving module is specifically configured to receive a message related to a non-group call session, which is sent by the MCE in a multicast control channel MCCH message update period and carries a talk right information list, where the talk right information list includes the talk right indication information for the specific group call session.
30. The access network device of claim 29, wherein the non-group call session related message comprises: a speak Right Indication message; the Speaking Right Indication message carries MCCH Update Time, MBSFN Area ID and Speaking Right List;
the MCCH Update Time represents the Time for transmitting the speaking right indication information on the MCCH channel; the MBSFN Area ID represents a multimedia broadcast multicast service single-frequency network MBSFN Area identifier for transmitting the speaking right indication information; SpeakingRightList is the speaking right information list, and each information item in the SpeakingRightList is used for indicating the NAS layer identification of a specific group and the speaking right occupation condition of the current group.
31. The access network device of claim 29, wherein the non-group call session related message carries a time when a talk right indication information is transmitted on an MCCH channel;
the sending module is specifically configured to send the talk right information list at an air interface through an MCCH channel according to the time when the talk right indication information is sent on the MCCH channel, so as to notify the talk right indication information for the specific group call session to the called UE participating in the specific group call.
