发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种通过表面修饰来降低摩擦系数的方法,该方法是先通过紫外辐照或等离子体对摩擦副表面活化处理,针对不同的工况,采用化学接枝,多次涂覆的方法,在摩擦副表面修饰上具有一定厚度的不同化学基团涂层,从而来降低摩擦。该种方法可以简单、方便的在摩擦副表面修饰上较高接枝密度,具有一定厚度的涂层,直观的达到降低摩擦系数的效果,并且在较长的时间内具有较好的减磨效果。
一种通过表面修饰来降低摩擦系数的方法,其特征在于,该方法是先通过紫外辐照或等离子体对摩擦副表面活化处理,在表面修饰不同的化学基团来降低摩擦系数,其表面修饰过程包括以下步骤:硅烷溶液制备,摩擦副表面清洗及活化,溶液涂覆,涂层干燥。
1)硅烷溶液配制:将有机硅烷与溶剂按质量百分比配制硅烷溶液,硅烷溶液的浓度为1-15%,优先选用5-7%;
2)摩擦副表面超声清洗:将摩擦副用丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、蒸馏水各超声清洗10min-30min;
3)摩擦副经清洗后,用紫外辐照或等离子体表面处理30min-2h,使摩擦副表面活化,以增加其反应活性;
4)将步骤1)的硅烷溶液涂覆到摩擦副的活化表面上,并在20℃-60℃干燥;反复涂覆1-6次,优先选用3-4次,使修饰后的涂层具有50-200nm的厚度;
5)将步骤4)得到的摩擦副置于润滑剂中,使得摩擦副处于充分润滑的状态。
6)启动主机,摩擦副开始工作,测试摩擦副表面的摩擦系数。
所述润滑剂为纯水、机油、蓖麻油、硅油、癸烷、液体石蜡中的一种或几种。

所用溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、正己烷、环己烷、苯或甲苯,均为分析纯。
本发明的有益效果是通过湿化学方法在摩擦副表面修饰具有较高接枝密度,一定厚度的不同化学基团涂层,可以简单、方便的将摩擦系数在原有的基础上降低一个数量级左右,并且从10min增加到几个小时的较长的时间内具有较好的减磨效果,可应用于多种要求减磨的摩擦副表面:该方法实用性强,且不需要特殊的制备设备可将摩擦副间的摩擦系数降低一个数量级。

具体实施方式
本发明提出一种通过在摩擦副表面修饰不同化学基团来降低摩擦系数的方法,结合附图及实施例详细说明如下:
实施例1
将摩擦副用丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、蒸馏水各超声清洗15min后,烘干。然后紫外辐照1.5h,将10wt%的全氟辛基三氯硅烷的乙醇溶液涂覆到摩擦副上并在60℃干燥,反复涂覆4次,使涂层厚度达到92nm。以纯水作为润滑剂,启动主机,摩擦副开始工作,在接触压力为400MPa下,测得其摩擦系数为0.12(如图1中曲线B所示),并可保持3.5小时左右。未使用该方法修饰的摩擦副在相同的工况下,测得的摩擦系数为0.65(如图1中曲线A所示)。
实施例2
将摩擦副用丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、蒸馏水各超声清洗25min后,烘干。然后用氧等离子体处理1h,将5wt%的全氟辛基三氯硅烷的乙醇溶液涂覆到第一摩擦体上,并在60℃干燥,反复涂覆3次,使涂层厚度达到55nm。,8wt%的癸基三氯硅烷的乙醇溶液涂覆到第二摩擦体上,并在40℃干燥,反复涂覆6次,使涂层厚度达到120nm。以机油作为润滑剂,启动主机,第一摩擦体和第二摩擦体组成的摩擦副开始工作,在接触压力为340MPa下,测得其摩擦系数为0.03(如图1中曲线C所示)。,并可保持5小时左右。未使用该方法修饰的摩擦副在相同的工况下,测得的摩擦系数为0.73.(如图1中曲线A所示)。

将摩擦副用丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、蒸馏水各超声清洗30min后,烘干。然后用氧等离子体处理2h,将7wt%的十二烷基三氯硅烷的甲苯溶液涂覆到第一摩擦体上,并在50℃干燥,反复涂覆4次,使涂层厚度达到82nm。10wt%的丙基三氯硅烷的乙醇溶液涂覆到第二摩擦体上,并在40℃干燥,反复涂覆5次,使涂层厚度达到114nm。以液体石蜡作为润滑剂,启动主机,第一摩擦体和第二摩擦体组成的摩擦副开始工作,在接触压力为600MPa下,测得其摩擦系数为0.05(如图1中曲线C所示),并可保持7小时左右。未使用该方法修饰的摩擦副在相同的工况下,测得的摩擦系数为0.69(如图1中曲线A所示)。
实施例4
将摩擦副用丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、蒸馏水各超声清洗25min后,烘干。然后用氧等离子体处理1.5h,将9wt%的双(二甲基氨基)二甲基硅烷的乙醇溶液涂覆到第一摩擦体上,并在30℃干燥,反复涂覆6次,使涂层厚度达到143nm。5wt%的全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷的甲苯溶液涂覆到第二摩擦体上,并在20℃干燥,反复涂覆3次,使涂层厚度达到58nm。以蓖麻油作为润滑剂,启动主机,第一摩擦体和第二摩擦体组成的摩擦副开始工作,在接触压力为800MPa下,测得其摩擦系数为0.04(如图1中曲线C所示),并可保持5小时左右。未使用该方法修饰的摩擦副在相同的工况下,测得的摩擦系数为0.64(如图1中曲线A所示)。
Claims (1)
1.一种通过表面修饰来降低摩擦系数的方法,其特征在于,该方法是先通过紫外辐照或等离子体对摩擦副表面活化处理,在表面修饰不同的化学基团来降低摩擦系数,其表面修饰过程包括以下步骤:
1)硅烷溶液配制:将有机硅烷与溶剂按质量百分比配制硅烷溶液,硅烷溶液的浓度为1-15%,其中,有机硅烷为乙基三氯硅烷,丙基三氯硅烷,三丁基氯硅烷,辛基三氯硅烷,辛基三甲氧基硅烷,辛基三乙氧基硅烷,癸基三氯硅烷,癸基三甲氧基硅烷,癸基三乙氧基硅烷,十二烷基三氯硅烷,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷,十六烷基三氯硅烷,十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷,十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷,十八烷基三氯硅烷,十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷,十八烷基三乙氧基硅烷,全氟辛基三氯硅烷,全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷,全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷,全氟癸基三氯硅烷,全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷,全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷,全氟十二烷基三氯硅烷,全氟十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,全氟十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷,(3-氨基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷,三(二甲氨基)氯硅烷,双(二甲基氨基)二甲基硅烷,3-(2-氨基乙基氨基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和3-(2-氨基乙基氨基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种;所用溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、正己烷、环己烷、苯或甲苯,均为分析纯;
2)摩擦副表面超声清洗:将摩擦副用丙酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、蒸馏水各超声清洗10min-30min;
3)摩擦副经清洗后,用紫外辐照或等离子体表面处理30min-2h,使摩擦副表面活化,以增加其反应活性;
4)将步骤1)的硅烷溶液涂覆到摩擦副的活化表面上,并在20℃-60℃干燥;反复涂覆1-6次,使修饰后的涂层具有50-200nm的厚度;
5)将步骤4)得到的摩擦副置于以纯水、机油、蓖麻油、硅油、癸烷、液体石蜡中的一种或几种为润滑剂中,使得摩擦副处于充分润滑的状态;
6)启动主机,摩擦副开始工作,测试摩擦副表面的摩擦系数。
