Abstract

一种显示器,包括一第一固定件、一第二固定件以及夹持于所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件之间的液晶面板以及背光单元,其特征在于:第一固定件的内侧设有一容置部,容置部的四周分别设有两平行相对的第一固定边、一第二固定边以及与第二固定边相对的第三固定边,背光单元及液晶面板依次放入第一固定件的容置部内,第一固定件的第一固定边、第二固定边以及第三固定边卡挡背光单元及液晶面板的边缘。相较现有技术,本发明无需采用固定框直接将液晶面板及背光单元固定于第一固定件,结构简单,组装方便。

本发明涉及一种显示器。
背景技术
笔记本电脑或者台式电脑的显示器一般包括一固定框,用于将液晶面板卡固后再安装固定于显示器的前后盖之间,这种组装方式繁琐,费时费工。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种组装方便的显示器。
一种显示器,包括一第一固定件、一第二固定件以及夹持于所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件之间的液晶面板以及背光单元,第一固定件的内侧设有一容置部,容置部的四周分别设有两平行相对的第一固定边、一第二固定边以及与第二固定边相对的第三固定边,背光单元及液晶面板依次放入第一固定件的容置部内,第一固定件的第一固定边、第二固定边以及第三固定边卡挡背光单元及液晶面板的边缘。
相较现有技术,本发明无需采用固定框直接将液晶面板及背光单元固定于第一固定件,结构简单,组装方便。

图1为本发明显示器的较佳实施方式的分解图,显示器包括第一固定件、第二固定件、液晶面板以及背光单元。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明显示器包括一第一固定件10、一第二固定件20以及面板模组,其中面板模组包括液晶面板30以及背光单元40。
第一固定件10为笔记本电脑显示器的上盖,第一固定件10的内侧设有一容置部11,容置部11的四周分别设有两平行相对的第一固定边12、一第二固定边13以及与第二固定边13相对的第三固定边14。
请一并参阅图2,每一第一固定边12设有若干固定部122,每一固定部122包括一支撑块1221、一自支撑块1221外侧边缘向上延伸形成的挡部1222以及自挡部1222顶端中部向内侧延伸形成的一限位片1223,支撑块1221的中部开设一卡槽1224,卡槽1224位于限位片1223的下方。第二固定边13为一长条状的凸棱。每一支撑块1221包括一顶面1225及一侧面1226。
第二固定件20为一方形框状。
背光单元40包括上扩散片41、上增光片42、下增光片43、下扩散片44、导光板45以及反射片46。上扩散片41、上增光片42、下增光片43、下扩散片44、导光板45以及反射片46的两端各凸设有两间隔的卡片401。
请一并参阅图3及图4,安装时,将反射片46、导光板45、下扩散片44、下增光片43、上增光片42以及上扩散片41依次装入第一固定件10内侧的容置部11内堆叠起来,反射片46、导光板45、下扩散片44、下增光片43、上增光片42以及上扩散片41两端的边缘分别卡挡于支撑块1221的侧面1226,卡片401分别卡入两第一固定边12的对应的卡槽1224内。然后将液晶面板30置于第一固定件10的容置部11内,液晶面板30的两端分别置于支撑块1221的顶面1225上,液晶面板30两端的边缘卡挡于挡部1222,液晶面板30的两端的顶面被限位片1223压制限位。液晶面板30及背光单元40的两侧被第二固定边13挡止,利用一固定元件50锁固于第一固定件10的第三固定边14上对液晶面板30及背光单元40进行挡止,进而液晶面板30及背光单元40被固定于第一固定件10。在本实施方式中,固定元件50是一固定条,该固定元件50是利用若干螺丝锁固于第一固定件10。
请一并参阅图5,将第二固定件20固定于第一固定件10上,将液晶面板30及背光单元40夹持于第二固定件20与第一固定件10之间。

Claims (8)

1.一种显示器,包括一第一固定件、一第二固定件以及夹持于所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件之间的液晶面板以及背光单元,其特征在于:第一固定件的内侧设有一容置部,容置部的四周分别设有两平行相对的第一固定边、一第二固定边以及与第二固定边相对的第三固定边,背光单元及液晶面板依次放入第一固定件的容置部内,第一固定件的第一固定边、第二固定边以及第三固定边卡挡背光单元及液晶面板的边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:每一第一固定边设有若干固定部,每一固定部包括一支撑块、一自支撑块外侧边缘向上延伸形成的挡部以及自挡部顶端中部向内侧延伸形成的一限位片,背光单元收容于第一固定件的容置部内,背光单元的边缘卡挡于支撑块的内侧,液晶面板位于背光单元的外侧而置于第一固定件的容置部内,液晶面板的两端分别置于支撑块的顶面并卡挡于挡部及限位片。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示器,其特征在于:背光单元包括反射片、导光板、下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片以及上扩散片,反射片、导光板、下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片以及上扩散片依次装入第一固定件的容置部内并堆叠起来。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示器,其特征在于:每一支撑块的中部开设一卡槽,反射片、导光板、下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片以及上扩散片的边缘对应地分别凸设若干卡片,所述卡片分别卡入两第一固定边的对应的卡槽内。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示器,其特征在于:卡槽位于限位片的下方。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:液晶面板及背光单元的两侧被第二固定边挡止,利用一固定元件锁固于第一固定件的第三固定边对液晶面板及背光单元进行挡止。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示器,其特征在于:固定元件是一固定条,该固定元件利用若干螺丝锁固于第一固定件。
8.如权利要求6所述的显示器,其特征在于:第二固定边为一长条状的凸棱。
