Abstract

本发明提供的一种网式三尖瓣成形环,包括环体和软质材料,其特征在于:在环体上设置网线,网线在环体互对应面上的软质材料串接,构成网式三尖瓣成形环。所述的网线采用4-Oproline或3-Oproline手滑线。网式三尖瓣成形环形状包括类直角形和C形,用于心脏三尖瓣叶脱垂、三尖瓣裂、三件瓣下腱索断裂所致的三尖瓣关闭不全的三尖瓣成形术。应用网式三尖瓣成形环于心脏外科手术,能环缩扩大的三尖瓣环,“网”能在心脏收缩期拦隔三尖瓣过伸或脱垂,以使三尖瓣关闭。“C”形环适用于三尖瓣裂者则缝线修整后关闭不全者使用。网式三尖瓣成形环能明显缩短手术时间,尤其是能减去断裂腱索修复的时间,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是指一种用于心脏外科手术用的器械,更具体地说是涉及一种用于心脏三尖瓣叶脱垂、三尖瓣裂、三尖瓣下腱索断裂所致的三尖瓣关闭不全的三尖瓣成形术的网式三尖瓣成形环。
背景技术
在脊椎动物中,心脏是中空肌肉器官,其具有四个泵腔:左右心房和左右心室,每个腔具有其自身的单向瓣膜。心脏左右两侧的同步泵送作用组成心动周期。该周期起始于心室舒张期,其称为心室舒张。该周期终止于心室收缩期,其称为心室收缩。心脏收缩期,三尖瓣向右房关闭,心脏舒张期,三尖瓣向右心室开张,心脏收缩期三尖瓣过伸或脱垂或断裂,使三尖瓣不能向右房关闭,即为三尖瓣关闭不全,可引发右房室扩大,右房室肥大、肺动脉高压,右心功能障碍或右心衰竭。
已有用于心脏外科手术的三尖瓣成形环,它由软质材料环和硬质材料构成。软质材料环包覆在硬质材料的外面。软质材料环主要使用医用纤维织物,特别是医用涤纶;而硬质材料主要为不锈钢丝。这种三尖瓣成形环用于瓣膜成形手术,能使部分慢性瓣膜病患者保留自身的心脏瓣膜,恢复其自身的生理功能,从而避免现行的换瓣手术术后存活期不长的弊病。但是,在使用中,这种三尖瓣成形环也存在着一些缺点,主要体现在:由于不锈钢丝具有过高的弹性,容易变形,从而导致整个三尖瓣成形环不能成形,完全失效,直接影响手术的进行和病人的康复。此外,这种结构还造成了操作的不方便。如中国专利CN200880023093.2,内向弓形弯曲的三尖瓣瓣膜成形术环,其具有两个自由端和至少一个内向弓形弯曲以帮助降低腰索束缚。该环可具有对应于前叶、后叶和隔叶的段,具有邻近一个、两个或所有瓣叶定位的内向弓形弯曲。凸角隔开凹的内向弓形弯曲,并且其问具有拐点。
为了对三尖瓣成形环的改进,网式三尖瓣成形环,间断或连续缝线固定在房室环口上,可以环缩扩大的右房室环,环中“网”在心脏收缩期拦隔三尖瓣向右房脱垂、过伸,达到纠治三尖瓣关闭不全的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的:为用于心脏三尖瓣叶脱垂(图2)三尖瓣裂、三尖瓣下腱索断裂所致的三尖瓣关闭不全的三尖瓣成形术简化手术操作,提供一种网式三尖瓣成形环。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种网式三尖瓣成形环,包括环体和软质材料,其特征在于:在环体上设置网线,网线在环体互对应面上的软质材料串接,构成网式三尖瓣成形环。
以上所述的网线采用4-Oproline或3-Oproline手术滑线。
以上所述的网式三尖瓣成形环,其形状包括类直角形和C形。
网式三尖瓣成形环的安置操作方法:
用4-Oproline或3-Oproline手述线连续或间断缝线,把成形环缝线固定在右房室环上,环中的“网”拦隔三尖瓣过伸致其关闭,以达三尖瓣成形术的目的。适用于三尖瓣叶脱垂、叶裂、瓣下腱索断裂所致的三尖瓣关闭不全病例。
本发明的优点和积极效果:
1、本发明的网式三尖瓣成形环,结构简单,置入操作技术简明易掌握。
2、网式三尖瓣成形环能明显缩短手术时间,尤其是能减去断裂腱索修复的时间。
3、网式三尖瓣成形环所用材质均为用于心脏外科手术的物品,使用悠久,有良好的组织相溶性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本网式三尖瓣成形环作进一步详细描述:
实施例1
如图1所示,本网式三尖瓣成形环设置有环体1、软质材料2和网线3构成。网线3采用4-Oproline手滑线,在环体1互对应面的软质材料2串接,构成形状和大小与人体心脏的三尖瓣的形状和大小相似的类直角形结构网式三尖瓣成形环。
试用于三尖瓣叶脱垂和叶裂所致的三尖瓣关闭不全病例。手术时,用4-Oproline线连续缝线,把成形环缝线固定在右房室环上,环中的“网”拦隔三尖瓣致关闭,以达三尖瓣成形术的目的。
实施例2
如图2所示,本网式三尖瓣成形环设置有环体1、软质材料2和网线3构成。网线3采用3-Oproline手滑线,在环体1互对应面的软质材料2串接,构成形状和大小与人体心脏的三尖瓣的形状和大小相似的C形结构网式三尖瓣成形环。
试用于三尖瓣裂缝线修整后关闭不全病例。手术时,用4-Oproline线连续或间断缝线,把成形环缝线固定在右房室环上,环中的“网”拦隔三尖瓣致关闭,以达三尖瓣成形术的目的。

1.一种网式三尖瓣成形环,包括环体(1)和软质材料(2),其特征在于:在环体(1)上设置网线(3),网线(3)在环体(1)互对应面的软质材料(2)上串接,构成网式三尖瓣成形环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网式三尖瓣成形环,其特征在于:所述的网线(3)采用4-Oproline或3-Oproline手术滑线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的网式三尖瓣成形环,其特征在于:所述的网式三尖瓣成形环,其形状包括类直角形和C形。
