背景技术
现有技术的各种充气软垫，仅为单一的塑料膜气囊袋，携带方便柔软性差，而现有技术的各种充填料软垫，柔软性好携带不方便。因此，人们仍然希望有一种既方便携带，又使用柔软舒适的软垫出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种既方便携带，又使用柔软舒适的表面为发泡棉的充气软垫。本发明的目的是这样实现的：本发明的软垫为3层或4层片料，2层塑料薄膜为气囊袋，气囊袋外单面或双面加发泡棉，发泡棉和气囊袋的塑料膜为相熔性材质，可通过高频热压机、超声波热压机或热板热压机的加工成型，做成各种柔中有刚的充气式枕头、坐垫、床垫等软垫，其优点是，本发明生产简单，软垫柔中有刚又携带方便，是现有技术的补充。

参阅附图1-2，软垫1、泡棉2、塑料膜3、气囊袋4、气嘴5、软垫6、发泡棉7。
请参阅附图1-2，软垫1为扁平状，3层或4层片料，2层塑料膜5为气囊袋2，气囊袋2外的单面或双面加一层柔性发泡棉3、4，(如PU海绵、EVA海绵或乳胶绵等)，塑料膜5为与发泡棉3、4为相熔性材质，可通过高频热压机、超声波热压机或热板热压机的加工成形，当软垫1加发泡棉3、4时，软垫1为4层片料，软垫1的一面有气嘴6。使用时外界气体经气嘴6灌入气囊袋2内，软垫1隆起，由于发泡棉3、4的柔性，柔中有刚使用舒适，放气后的软垫体积缩小便于携带，(图2与图1相同部分简略不予重述)。

1.一种表面为发泡棉的充气软垫，属人类生活用品，其特征是：软垫(1)为扁平状，气囊袋(2)外单面或双面加发泡棉(3)、(4)，气囊袋(2)的塑料膜(5)为与发泡棉(3)、(4)为相熔性材质，可通过高频热压机、超声波热压机或热板热压机的加工成形，当软垫(1)加发泡棉(3)、(4)时，软垫(1)为4层片料，软垫(1)的一面有气嘴(5)。
