血竭10~20份      大黄10~30份      红花10~50份
白鲜皮10~50份    三七10~20份      紫花地丁10~20份
苍术10~20份      蛇床子10~50份    青黛10~50份。

实施例1本发明喷雾剂的制备
称取苍耳子15克、没药30克、地骨皮15克、血竭10克、大黄15克、红花45克、白鲜皮30克、三七10克、紫花地丁10克、苍术15克、蛇床子50克和青黛30克,置于密封的烧瓶内。在30℃的水浴下加热5小时,过滤,收集滤液,浓缩至400毫升。加入30克吐温-60、1克薄荷油和30毫升丙二醇,混合均匀,消毒,灌入100瓶喷雾器中即得。
实验例1:抑菌试验
采用本领域中经典的滤纸片法来进行抑菌试验,其中:
1.材料
1.1供试菌种
金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC 25923购自上海复祥生物科技有限公司,白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)ATCC 10231购自上海复祥生物科技有限公司。
1.2培养液
营养琼脂和营养肉汤,购自上海研域商贸有限公司。
1.3试验方法
将金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌接种于琼脂平板营养液平面上,接种时均匀密布。镊取无菌圆形滤纸片,喷洒实施例1中制备的喷雾剂至完全润湿,贴在已接种细菌的琼脂平板营养液平面上。将琼脂平板置于37℃的培养箱内,温育24小时。测量抑菌环的直径。测定3次取平均值。
1.4结果
金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环的平均直径为6.45mm,白色念珠菌的抑菌环的平均直径为5.38mm,表明本发明的喷雾剂具有明显的杀菌效果。
