本发明涉及的是一种高强度温室拱形钢架,属于设施农业的专用设备。
背景技术
目前,国内外应用的温室钢架存在着抗压强度差的弊端。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高强度温室拱形钢架,可以克服上述弊端。
本发明是采用以下技术方案来实现的:一种高强度温室拱形钢架,它包括上层拱形支撑管,下层拱形支撑管,两面焊接点线,其特征在于:高强度温室拱形钢架首先是选用0.4-1.2寸优质国标圆钢管制成拱形作为上层支撑管;选用0.4-0.6寸优质国标圆钢管制成拱形作为下层支撑管;将上下层拱形支撑管中线靠紧,采用两面焊接固定,然后喷涂防锈漆来防氧化。
本发明的优点和积极效果:
设计新颖,结构独特,用途广。解决了日光温室、连栋温室、厂棚支撑骨架抗压强度低的关键技术难点。本高强度温室拱形钢架支撑结合点科学合理,强度大,使用寿命长,制做简易,投资少,极具实用性、推广性。

1.一种高强度温室拱形钢架,它包括上层拱形支撑管,下层拱形支撑管,两面焊接点线,其特征在于:高强度温室拱形钢架首先是选用0.4-1.2寸优质国标圆钢管制成拱形作为上层支撑管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度温室拱形钢架,其特征在于:选用0.4-0.6寸优质国标圆钢管制成拱形作为下层支撑管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度温室拱形钢架,其特征在于:将上下层拱形支撑管中线靠紧,采用两面焊接固定,然后喷涂防锈漆来防氧化。
