目前,将太阳能转化为电能已经得到广泛应用,而接线盒作为将太阳能转化为电能的核心部件,也越来越得到重视,金属花篮是用在接线盒连接器上,用来固定光伏电缆线,但目前金属花篮对接线盒连接器的抓力较小,金属花篮容易脱落。

为了解决上述金属花篮容易脱落的技术问题,本发明提供一种金属花篮安装方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种金属花篮安装方法,金属花篮包括圆形中空的花篮主体,所述花篮主体上端设有一圈卡边,所述卡边向内凹陷形成凸起,把金属花篮装入在接线盒连接器内,使得高频机的被绕制成环状或其它形状的加热线圈处于工作状态,把接线盒连接器放置加热区域内使得金属花篮的弹性卡边嵌进接线盒连接器的内壁,高频机的功率是6 kw-15 kw。
 [0005] 高频机的功率是6 kw-15 kw,高频机的高频大电流流向被绕制成环状或其它形状的加热线圈,由此在线圈内产生极性瞬间变化的强磁束,将金属等被加热物体放置在线圈内,磁束就会贯通整个被加热物体,在被加热物体的内部与加热电流相反的方向,便会产生相对应的很大涡电流。由于被加热物体内存在着电阻,所以会产生很多的焦耳热,使物体自身的温度迅速上升,达到对所有金属材料加热的目的。
这种金属花篮,包括圆形中空的花篮主体,所述花篮主体上端设有一圈卡边,所述卡边向内凹陷形成凸起,所述花篮主体下端设有用以增加阻力的挡边。
使用本发明的技术方案,把金属花篮紧紧嵌进接线盒连接器内壁,非接触性加热,安全环保,操作简单并且十分效率,对金属花篮加热均匀。

如图1、2和3所示,一种金属花篮安装方法,把金属花篮装入在接线盒连接器内,使得功率为10 kw的高频机的被绕制成环状或其它形状的加热线圈处于工作状态,把接线盒连接器放置上述加热区域内2秒使得金属花篮的弹性卡边嵌进接线盒连接器的内壁。
开启高频机,把装入好金属花篮的接线盒连接器放到加热区域2秒,所述加热区域是指线圈内正中位置,这样卡边就嵌到接线盒连接器的内壁里了,牢固可靠。
