Abstract
The invention provides a vibration-proof device and a fixing device of an air conditioner outdoor unit with the same. The vibration isolator according to the present invention comprises: a fixed platform; the base frame is arranged on the fixed platform; and a shock-absorbing member disposed between the fixed platform and the base frame, the shock-absorbing member having elastic support claws for supporting the base frame. The fixing device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises the anti-vibration device, wherein a base pin of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is a base frame, a fixing support fixedly connected with the base pin is a fixing platform, and a damping piece is arranged between the base pin and the fixing support. The vibration-proof device can effectively isolate the vibration transmitted to the fixed platform by the pedestal and has good noise-reducing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of air conditioners, and more particularly, to a vibration preventing device and a fixing device of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having the same.
Background
The air conditioner frequency conversion outdoor unit improves the comfort level of the air conditioner with wide operation frequency. However, the wide operating frequency is associated with the problems that: at certain frequencies, vibration of the outer unit and the mount is intensified, resulting in noise being amplified and transmitted through the mount to the room.
The primary task of attenuating the noise transmitted from the outdoor unit to the indoor is to attenuate the vibration transmitted from the outdoor unit to the indoor side. At present, the adopted method is mainly solved by adding foot pads between the outdoor unit and the mounting frame. But when the callus on the sole was installed, after the fixing bolt was tightened, the characteristic changed, can't play the damping effect, and the frequency range of being suitable for is narrower.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a vibration-proof device and a fixing device of an air conditioner outdoor unit with the vibration-proof device, and aims to solve the problems of poor vibration-proof effect and high noise of a variable frequency outdoor unit in the prior art.
To solve the above technical problem, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vibration preventing device including: a fixed platform; the base frame is arranged on the fixed platform; and a shock absorbing member disposed between the fixed platform and the base frame and having elastic support claws for supporting the base frame.
Further, the fixed platform is connected with the base frame through a connecting bolt; the shock-absorbing member includes: the abutting sleeve is sleeved on the connecting bolt, the first end of the abutting sleeve is limited by a locking nut screwed on the connecting bolt, and the second end of the abutting sleeve extends into a position between the base frame and the fixed platform; the connecting plate is arranged at the second end of the abutting sleeve, and the outer side of the connecting plate is provided with an elastic supporting claw.
Furthermore, the elastic supporting claw is of a concave structure which is concave towards the fixed platform.
Further, elastic support claws are provided on opposite side edges of the connecting plate.
Furthermore, the tail end of the elastic supporting claw is provided with a circular arc flanging.
Further, the shock-absorbing part is an integrally formed sheet metal part.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fixing device for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including the above-mentioned vibration isolator, wherein the base of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is a base frame, the fixing bracket fixedly connected to the base is a fixing platform, and a damping member is disposed between the base and the fixing bracket.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the damping piece is arranged between the fixed platform and the base frame and is provided with the elastic supporting claw for supporting the base frame, so that a gap is formed between the fixed platform and the base frame, and the effects of isolating the vibration transmitted from the base frame to the fixed platform and further reducing the noise are achieved.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there is shown a structure of a vibration isolator according to the present invention, which includes a fixed platform 1, a base frame 2, and a shock-absorbing member 3 disposed between the fixed platform 1 and the base frame 2, as shown in the drawings. The base frame 2 is, for example, a mounting base of an outdoor unit of a variable frequency air conditioner, and is fixedly mounted on the fixing platform (fixing bracket) 1 through a connecting bolt 4 to fix the outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner. The damping member 3 has an elastic supporting claw 31 for supporting the base frame 2, a gap is formed between the fixing platform 1 and the base frame 2 under the supporting action of the elastic supporting claw 31, and the effect of attenuating the vibration transmission between the outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner and the fixing bracket and further effectively attenuating the noise transmitted to the indoor by the fixing bracket is achieved by using the self elastic deformation characteristic of the elastic supporting claw 31.
A preferred embodiment of the damping member 3 can be seen in fig. 1, the damping member 3 comprising: the abutting sleeve 32 is sleeved on the connecting bolt 4, the first end of the abutting sleeve 32 is limited by a locking nut 41 in threaded connection with the connecting bolt 4, and the second end of the abutting sleeve extends into a position between the base frame 2 and the fixed platform 1; the connecting plate 33 is disposed at the second end of the pressing sleeve 32, and the outer side of the connecting plate 33 is provided with elastic supporting claws 31, for example, the elastic supporting claws 31 are disposed on two opposite sides of the connecting plate 33 and are in a concave structure recessed toward the fixed platform 1. Thus, when the outdoor unit of the inverter air conditioner is installed, the locking nut 41 is tightened, the locking nut 41 pushes the abutting sleeve 32 to move downwards, the tail end of the elastic supporting claw 31 positioned outside the connecting plate 33 is enabled to tilt and support the base frame 2, when the outdoor unit of the inverter air conditioner vibrates, the concave opening of the elastic supporting claw 31 correspondingly opens or closes, the effect of a damping spring is achieved, and the effects of damping and reducing noise are achieved. A washer 5 may also be provided between the lock nut 41 and the abutment sleeve 32. Preferably, the connecting bolt 4 is an expansion bolt, the bolt head of the expansion bolt is used for being installed in the fixed platform 1, when the base frame 2 is not fixed on the fixed platform 1, the connecting bolt 4 and the locking nut 41 are both arranged on the base frame 2, the pressing sleeve 32 of the damping component is nested on the base frame (outdoor unit footing), and the damping component is not easy to fall off when the outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner is carried under the action of the connecting bolt 4 and the locking nut 41.
Preferably, the end of the elastic support claw 31 has a circular-arc-shaped flange 34 to avoid the elastic support claw 31 from scratching the base frame 2 during use. Preferably, the pressing sleeve 32, the connecting plate 33 and the elastic supporting claw 31 are integrally formed sheet metal parts so as to facilitate processing and manufacturing. In addition, in order to reduce the collision noise between the elastic support claws 31 and the base frame 2, as can be seen from fig. 1, an elastic deformation layer 6 is installed between the elastic support claws 31 and the base frame 2. Preferably, the elastic deformation layer 6 is made of rubber, and it substantially matches the shape of the connecting plate 33 and the elastic supporting claw 31, and the middle part has a mounting hole suitable for being sleeved on the pressing sleeve 32, and the outer side is located between the elastic supporting claw 31 and the base frame 2.
The invention also provides a fixing device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, which comprises the anti-vibration device, wherein the footing of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is the base frame 2, the fixing support fixedly connected with the footing is the fixing platform 1, and the damping piece 3 is arranged between the footing and the fixing support.
Fig. 3 shows a mechanical model of a vibration system of an outdoor unit for an air conditioner having a vibration absorbing member 3 with an elastic deformation layer 6. Referring to fig. 4, there is shown the damping characteristics of the damping member 3 obtained for different thicknesses of the damping member 3 (with the elastically deformable layer 6). In fig. 4, the thickness 1 is 0.1 mm; the thickness 2 is 0.2 mm; the thickness is 3-0.3 mm; the thickness 4 is 0.4 mm; the thickness 5 is 0.5 mm. The attenuation characteristic curve is obtained by the following formula,

wherein, f is the force of the whole machine, omega is the damping natural frequency, X is the frequency of the damping piece, and h is the thickness of the damping piece. F2The other variables are the same as in fig. 3 for the force acting on the fixed platform, i.e. the load described by the damping characteristic. Therefore, the shock absorbing member 3 can be selected to have a proper thickness according to the structural characteristics and the concerned frequency range of the outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner, so that the applicable frequency range of the shock absorbing member 3 is wider.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. An anti-vibration device characterized by comprising: a fixed platform (1); a base frame (2) mounted on the fixed platform (1); a shock-absorbing member (3) disposed between the fixed platform (1) and the base frame (2), and having elastic support claws (31) for supporting the base frame (2).
2. Antivibration device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixed platform (1) is connected to the base frame (2) by means of connecting bolts (4); the shock absorbing member (3) comprises: the pressing sleeve (32) is sleeved on the connecting bolt (4), the first end of the pressing sleeve is limited by a locking nut (41) screwed on the connecting bolt (4), and the second end of the pressing sleeve extends into a position between the base frame (2) and the fixed platform (1); the connecting plate (33) is arranged at the second end of the abutting sleeve (32), and the elastic supporting claw (31) is arranged on the outer side of the connecting plate (33).
3. Anti-vibration device according to claim 2, characterized in that said elastic support jaws (31) are of concave configuration, recessed towards said fixed platform (1).
4. Anti-vibration device according to claim 3, characterized in that said elastic support claws (31) are arranged on opposite sides of said connecting plate (33).
5. Anti-vibration device according to claim 4, characterized in that the ends of the elastic support claws (31) have circular-arc-shaped flanges (34).
6. Anti-vibration device according to any of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the damping member (3) is an integrally formed sheet metal member.
7. Anti-vibration device according to any of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that said shock-absorbing member (3) further comprises: and the elastic deformation layer (6) is arranged between the elastic supporting claw (31) and the base frame (2).
8. Anti-vibration device according to claim 7, characterized in that said elastically deformable layer (6) is a rubber layer having a mounting hole fitted over said abutment sleeve (32).
9. A fixing device of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising the vibration preventing device as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a base of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is the base frame, a fixing bracket fixedly connected to the base is the fixing platform, and the damping member is disposed between the base and the fixing bracket.
