Abstract

本发明涉及矿井通风安全设施,尤其是一种矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门。该自动隔离门主要由门体(1)、受压延时开关器(6)、折叠拉杆(9)和弹簧铰链(11)组成,矿井瓦斯爆炸发生之前该自动隔离门处于打开状态,弹簧铰链(11)储存弹性势能;矿井发生瓦斯爆炸后,依靠冲击波压动承压板(6I),套筒(6F)跳出锁销(6D)凹槽,锁销(6D)向门边(10)方向移动,在弹簧铰链(11)作用下自动隔离门自动关闭。该自动隔离门不仅能有效地防止有毒气体的扩散,而且结构简单,行人进出方便自由,可以自动关闭。此外,折叠拉杆(9)避免了自动隔离门在有毒气体等其它外力作用下关闭不严或因关闭过度而敞开;同时,受压延时开关器(6)的设置可以起到延时作用,将过大的冲击波在关闭门之前顺利通过,起到保护自动隔离门的作用。

矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门
技术领域:
本发明涉及矿井通风安全设施,尤其是一种矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门。
背景技术:
矿井瓦斯爆炸会造成大量的矿工伤亡和财产重大损失。矿工人员伤亡的主要原因是瓦斯爆炸所产生的甲烷、一氧化碳等有毒有害气体导致人员中毒或窒息;而产生的冲击波将对通风设施造成不同程度的破坏,通风系统达不到原有的要求。
目前我国煤矿多数是负压通风,一旦井下发生瓦斯爆炸,爆炸冲击波将防爆门打开,防止了冲击波对主要通风机的破坏,在井下发生爆炸产生的有害气体涌出时,根据灾害地点需要进行反风,将负压抽出式通风改为正压压入式通风,然而启动反向通风,很难实现在规定时间内反风并确保供风要求,造成瓦斯爆炸所产生的毒害气体沿巷道弥漫,在不同浓度的有毒气体下使矿工出现混乱,有的甚至因吸入该气体而中毒或窒息。
发明内容
为了克服现在对矿井瓦斯爆炸产生毒害气体的处理技术问题,本发明提出一种矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门,该自动隔离门结构简单,在瓦斯爆炸发生后该门自动关闭,有效地防止有毒气体的扩散,而且行人进出自由。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门,包括门体、受压延时开关器、折叠拉杆和弹簧铰链,其特征在于:所述门体的门口中间区域内部安装受压延时开关器,所述折叠拉杆一端活动联接在门边上顶端,另一端活动联接在门架上,所述弹簧铰链一端套装在门边立柱上,另一端通过螺钉固定在门边上;
所述受压延时开关器包括活塞、单向阀、阻尼孔、锁销、弹簧、套筒、承压杆、承压板;
所述爆炸产生冲击波侧向冲击进入可透气防护罩压动承压板,套筒向内面板侧移动从而跳出锁销凹槽,在弹簧压力下,使锁销向门边方向移动而脱离门口立柱的约束,依靠所述弹簧铰链实现自动隔离门关闭。
另外,所述自动隔离门在矿井瓦斯爆炸发生之前处于打开状态。
本申请的有益效果是:该自动隔离门不仅能有效地防止气体的扩散,而且结构简单,可以自动关闭。此外,行人进出方便自由,逃生矿工可快速远离瓦斯爆炸产生有毒气体的危害,抢救人员还可方便的进入处理问题。

其中:1为门体,2为复位窗口,3为可透气防护罩,4为门口立柱,5为门口,6为受压延时开关器,7为内面板,8为外面板,9为折叠拉杆,10为门边,11为弹簧铰链,12为门边立柱,13为门架,6A为活塞,6B为单向阀,6C为阻尼孔,6D为锁销,6E为弹簧,6F为套筒,6G为承压杆,6H为弹簧,6I为承压板。
具体实施方式
本发明提出一种矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门,如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,其目的是达到自动隔离瓦斯爆炸产生的有毒气体。该自动隔离门主要由门体1、受压延时开关器6、折叠拉杆9和弹簧铰链11组成,在自然状态下,将自动隔离门推向两侧,打开复位窗口2,推动锁销6D使其向门口5侧移动,锁销6D上的弹簧6E压缩,与承压杆6G紧配合的套筒6F相对锁销6D向后移动,如图2所示,在承压杆6G上受压弹簧6H的作用下,套筒6F向外面板8侧移动而进入锁销6D凹槽内,将锁销6D卡住,此时锁销6D插入在门口立柱4里,弹簧铰链11储存弹性势能,折叠拉杆9处于折叠状态,自动隔离门可靠地贴在门架13上而处于打开状态。矿井发生瓦斯爆炸时,在所产生的冲击波、火焰峰面和毒害气体中,由于冲击波运动速度相对较快,借助冲击波侧向冲击进入可透气防护罩3压动承压板6I,套筒6F向内面板7侧移动从而跳出锁销6D凹槽。由于锁销6D上的弹簧6E处于压缩状态,弹簧压力大于液压阻力从而实现锁销6D向门边10方向移动而脱离门口立柱4的约束,依靠弹簧铰链11所储存的弹性势能,自动隔离门自动关闭。
在受压延时开关器6作用下,锁销6D向门口5方向移动时,锁销6D带动活塞6A将液压油从左腔快速的通过阻尼孔6C和单向阀6B流向右腔。矿井瓦斯爆炸发生后,锁销6D不再被卡住,锁销6D上的弹簧6E压力大于液压阻力带动活塞6A向门边10方向移动,此时单向阀6B关闭,右腔液压油只能从阻尼孔6C进入左腔,因此锁销6D移动缓慢起到延时的作用。延时可将过大的冲击波在关闭门之前顺利通过,起到保护自动隔离门的作用。
折叠拉杆9在自动隔离门关闭时处于拉伸状态,避免了自动隔离门在有毒气体等其它外力作用下关闭不严或因关闭过度而敞开。

1.一种矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门,包括门体、受压延时开关器、折叠拉杆和弹簧铰链,其特征在于:所述门体的门口中间区域内部安装受压延时开关器,所述折叠拉杆一端活动联接在门边上顶端,另一端活动联接在门架上,所述弹簧铰链一端套装在门边立柱上,另一端通过螺钉固定在门边上; 
所述受压延时开关器包括活塞、单向阀、阻尼孔、锁销、弹簧、套筒、承压杆、承压板; 
所述爆炸产生冲击波侧向冲击进入可透气防护罩压动承压板,套筒向内面板侧移动从而跳出锁销凹槽,在弹簧压力下,使锁销向门边方向移动而脱离门口立柱的约束,依靠所述弹簧铰链实现自动隔离门关闭。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体自动隔离门,其特征在于:所述自动隔离门在矿井瓦斯爆炸发生之前处于打开状态。
