Abstract

本发明公开了一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,该装置是在罐体的体壁上设置有负压进气孔,内腔板设置在负压进气孔的内侧,外腔板设置在负压进气孔的中部,内塔簧设置在内腔板的一侧,外塔簧设置在负压进气孔的外侧,内外挡板分别设置在内外塔簧的一端,螺杆依次穿过内挡板、内塔簧、内腔板、外腔板、支架、外塔簧和外挡板,螺母旋接在螺杆的两端。本发明结构简单,构思新颖,制作成本低,克服了水封式正负压保护器占地面积大,低温环境冻结、投资和管理费用高等弊端,是大中型沼气工程水封式正负压保护器的替代产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护装置,具体涉及一种腔式气体正负压保护装置。
背景技术
在大中型沼气工程中关键的设施是厌氧发酵罐,甲烷气体就在发酵罐中产生。厌氧发酵罐在正常运行过程中,受进出料、外界气温变化以及用气系统波动的影响,罐内压力经常波动。为了防止罐内压力波动造成罐体失衡或涨裂,必须设置正负压保护装置进行保护。目前常用的正负压保护装置有机械式、水封式等几种。机械式保护装置存在易腐蚀、寿命低等不足。CN102199524A公开了一种“沼气发酵用水封式正负压保护器”,它是在主发酵罐与储气罐之间设置两个密封罐、在储气罐与外界打球之间也设置两个密封罐。当主发酵罐内的压力达到设定上限时,开始向储气罐内泄压,当储气罐内压力也达到设定上限时,开始向大气泄压。当主发酵罐内的压力低于设定下限时,储气罐向主发酵罐内补充压力,当储气罐内压力不足时,大气向储气罐及主发酵罐内补充,从而对主发酵罐进行正负压保护的目的,保证主发酵罐内压力始终处于正常工作范围内,保证主发酵罐的正常温度工作。该保护器克服了机械式保护装置易腐蚀、寿命低等不足,但存在占地面积大,低温环境冻结、投资和管理费用高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种不受天气影响,不受地域条件限制,不受介质的挥发反复添加,安装检修方便,制作成本低、使用寿命长的腔式气体正负压保护装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,包括设置有沼气进气孔的罐体,其特征在于:在罐体上还设置有负压进气孔,负压进气孔的内侧设置有内腔板、内塔簧和内挡板,中部设置有外腔板和支架,外侧设置有外塔簧和外挡板,螺杆依次穿过内挡板、内塔簧、内腔板、外腔板、支架、外塔簧和外挡板,两端通过螺母旋紧。
所述内腔板通过定位销活动定位在负压进气孔内侧的罐体上,中部设置有正压泄气孔,内腔板与罐体之间设置有密封圈。
所述支架穿过负压进气孔固定在内腔板的外侧,外腔板通过定位销活动定位在支架上。 
所述罐体为圆柱形或方形。
所述罐体采用不锈钢冲压成型或塑料注射成型或玻璃钢注射成型。
本发明装置通过旋转螺母调节塔形弹簧的作用力与设定的沼气临界压力值一致,当罐体内的沼气压力超过设定的临界状态时,罐体内的沼气压力推开外腔板,沼气从泄气口排出,当沼气排出后达到临界值时,外腔板受塔形弹簧的作用关闭。当罐体内的沼气压力低于外界大气压力时,在外界空气压力的作用下,推开内腔板,空气通过进气口进入到罐体内,内外达到平衡后,内腔板在塔形弹簧的作用下关闭。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明装置螺杆选用碳钢镀锌螺杆,塔形弹簧选用不锈钢材质,克服了机械式保护装置易腐蚀、寿命低等不足。
2、本发明装置结构简单,构思新颖,制作成本低,安装方便,克服了水封式正负压保护器占地面积大,低温环境冻结、投资和管理费用高等弊端,是大中型沼气工程水封式正负压保护器的替代产品。

以下结合实施例和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明
参见图1,本发明一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,在罐体1一侧的体壁上设置有沼气进气口15,在罐体1的另一侧的体壁上设置有负压进气孔2。内腔板3通过定位销12活动定位在负压进气孔2内侧的罐体1的体壁上,中部设置有正压泄气孔13,内腔板3与罐体1之间设置有密封圈14;外腔板6通过支架7设置在负压进气孔2的中部,支架7穿过负压进气孔固定在内腔板3的外侧,外腔板6通过定位销12活动定位在支架7上。内塔簧4设置在内腔板2的内侧,内塔簧4的大头固定在内腔板2的内侧,内塔簧4的大头孔径大于正压泄气孔13的孔径,并与正压泄气孔13相对;外塔簧8的大头固定在负压进气孔2外侧罐体1的体壁上,外塔簧8的大头孔径大于负压进气孔2的孔径,并与负压进气孔2相对;内、外挡板5和9分别设置在内、外塔簧4和8的小头端,螺杆10依次穿过内挡板5、内塔簧4、内腔板3、外腔板6、支架7、外塔簧8和外挡板9,螺杆10的两端通过螺母11旋紧。
罐体1可以为圆柱形,也可以为方形,材料采用不锈钢冲压成型,也可以采用塑料或者是采用玻璃钢注射成型。本实施例罐体1为圆柱形,采用不锈钢冲压成型。内、外腔板2和3采用轻质玻璃钢材质,螺杆9采用碳钢镀锌螺杆,内、外塔簧4和5选用不锈钢材质。
本发明装置还可以安装在大中型沼气工程管道中的任何位置。 

Claims (5)

1.一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,包括设置有沼气进气孔(15)的罐体(1),其特征在于:在罐体(1)上还设置有进气孔(2),进气孔(2)的内侧设置有内腔板(3)、内塔簧(4)和内挡板(5),中部设置有外腔板(6)和支架(7),外侧设置有外塔簧(8)和外挡板(9),螺杆(10)依次穿过内挡板(5)、内塔簧(4)、内腔板(3)、外腔板(6)、支架(7)、外塔簧(8)和外挡板(9),两端通过螺母(11)旋紧。
2.根据权利要求1所说的一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,其特征在于所述内腔板(3)通过定位销(12)固定在进气孔(2)内侧的罐体(1)上,中部设置有泄气孔(13),内腔板(3)与罐体(1)之间设置有密封圈(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所说的一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,其特征在于所述支架(7)穿过进气孔(2)固定在内腔板(3)的外侧,外腔板(6)固定在支架(7)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所说的一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,其特征在于所述罐体(1)为圆柱形或方形。
5.根据权利要求4所说的一种腔式气体正负压保护装置,其特征在于所述罐体(1)采用不锈钢冲压成型或塑料注射成型或玻璃钢注射成型。
