Abstract

背景技术
人们洗澡时需要搓背，但自己要用工具才能完成搓背，特设计搓背板。
发明内容
本发明的搓背板结构由板体、搓板和手架组成。板体的形状为龟背式椭圆形，中间高度在1——10厘米之间，材质可以用木板或塑料做成。在板体正面设有搓板结构，搓板结构由瓶盖和搓灰布两个部分组成。瓶盖用青霉素等药物瓶的胶体瓶盖。每个瓶盖的内面向外，排好后用丝钉或胶体连接固定在板体上。在固定好的瓶盖上蒙上搓灰布，绷紧后将搓灰布的周边固定在板体上，使搓灰布、瓶盖和板体相连成一体。在板体背面设有手架，手架的套管固定在板体的背面和板体连成一体。手架由端管和导管两个部分组成，手架的端管形状为U形并且两端向内弯曲，两个端管用圆管弯曲做成，手架的端管部分插入在套管内，并能够在套管内做来回伸缩运动，这样使手架在长度上具有了可伸缩性。手架的作用是旋转搓板作来回旋转运动。
使用时，人体站立，双腿叉开，将搓背板放在身后背部，两手向外拉伸手架并伸直胳膊，然后两臂上下大幅度摇摆手架，使搓背板在背部左右来回旋转，即可搓掉背上的灰尘，不用时向内压缩手架使其缩短长度，便于携带存放。本发明的有益效果是：对瓶盖做到了废物利用，使人在洗澡搓灰的同时增加了胳膊、臂、背、腰等部位的活动，既在洗澡中锻炼了身体，又使人感到非常杀痒、气顺、轻松、舒服。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，搓背板结构由板体1、搓板2和手架3组成。板体1的形状为龟背式椭圆形，中间高度在1——10厘米之间，材质可以用木板或塑料做成。在板体1的正面设有搓板2，搓板2的结构由瓶盖4和搓灰布6两个部分组成。瓶盖4用青霉素或其它的胶体瓶盖。每个瓶盖4的内面向外，排好后用丝钉5或胶体连接固定在板体1上。在固定好的瓶盖4上蒙上搓灰布6，绷紧后将搓灰布6的周边固定在板体1上，使搓灰布6、瓶盖4和板体1相连成一体。在板体1的背面设有手架3，手架3的套管8固定在板体1的背面和板体1连成一体。手架3由端管7和套管8两个部分组成，手架3的端管7形状为U形并且两端向内弯曲，两个端管7用圆管弯曲做成，手架3的端管7部分插入在套管8内，并能够在套管8内做来回伸缩运动，这样使手架3在长度上具有了可伸缩性。手架3的作用是旋转搓板2作来回旋转运动。

1.一种洗澡用搓背板，特征是：搓背板结构由板体(1)、搓板(2)和手架(3)组成；板体(1)的形状为龟背式椭圆形，中间高度在1厘米，材质用木板或塑料做成；在板体(1)的正面设有搓板(2)，搓板(2)的结构由瓶盖(4)和搓灰布(6)两个部分组成；瓶盖(4)用青霉素或其它的胶体瓶盖；每个瓶盖(4)的内面向外，排好后用丝钉(5)或胶体连接固定在板体(1)上；在固定好的瓶盖(4)上蒙上搓灰布(6)，绷紧后将搓灰布(6)的周边固定在板体(1)上，使搓灰布(6)、瓶盖(4)和板体(1)相连成一体；在板体(1)的背面设有手架(3)，手架(3)的套管(8)固定在板体(1)的背面和板体(1)连成一体；手架(3)由端管(7)和套管(8)两个部分组成，手架(3)的端管(7)形状为U形并且两端向内弯曲，两个端管(7)用圆管弯曲做成，手架(3)的端管(7)部分插入在套管(8)内，并能够在套管(8)内做来回伸缩运动，这样使手架(3)在长度上具有了可伸缩性；手架(3)的作用是旋转搓板(2)作来回旋转运动。
