Abstract

本发明提供一种具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，该电子装置包括一遮挡板，该遮挡板包括一本体、一操作部一连接部，该本体上定义一孔，该第二壳体上包括一收容部及一固定部，该收容部用于收容该遮挡板，该本体夹在一第一壳体与一第二壳体之间，该操作部外露，该连接部与该固定部配合，连接该遮挡板至该第二壳体，该固定部包括一第一固定件及一第二固定件，当该操作部在一第一位置时，该孔使该摄像头结构外露，该连接部固定于第一固定件，当外力作用下于该操作部，该操作部带动该本体在该收容部中滑动，在滑动至一第二位置时，该遮挡板遮住该摄像头结构，使该摄像头不外露。使用本发明，在保护个人隐私的同时，可保护摄像头。

具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，特别涉及一种通过一遮挡结构对电子装置的摄像头遮挡的电子装置。
背景技术
目前，一些电子装置，如手机、平板电脑、笔记本都带有摄像头，然而这些摄像头很容易被黑客利用侵犯个人隐私，且摄像头长期暴露在外面容易脏，也容易被损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此，故需要提供一种具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，该电子装置具有一摄像头遮挡结构，在不使用的时候可通过该遮挡结构遮住摄像头。
该具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置包括一第一壳体、一第二壳体及一摄像头结构，该第一壳体上具有一第一孔，该摄像头结构安装在该第二壳体上，该第一壳体与第二壳体组装后，该孔使该摄像头结构外露，其特征在于，该电子装置还包括一遮挡板，该遮挡板包括一本体、一操作部一连接部，该本体上定义一第二孔，该第二壳体上包括一收容部及一固定部，该收容部用于收容该遮挡板，且该遮挡板能在该收容部中滑动，该本体夹在第一壳体与第二壳体之间，该操作部外露，该连接部与该固定部配合，连接该遮挡板至该第二壳体，该固定部包括一第一固定件及一第二固定件，当该操作部在一第一位置时，该第一孔与第二孔重合，使该摄像头结构外露，该连接部固定于第一固定件，当外力作用下于该操作部，该操作部带动该本体在该收容部中滑动，在滑动至一第二位置时，该遮挡板遮住该摄像头结构，该连接部固定于第二固定件，使该摄像头不外露。
相较于现有技术，本发明通过在电子装置上设置一摄像头遮挡结构，在不使用该摄像头的时候，可通过该遮挡结构遮住该摄像头，从而在保护个人隐私的同时，可保护摄像头，使摄像头不容易脏，也不容易被破坏。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，一电子装置1包括一第一壳体10、一第二壳体20、一摄像头结构30及一遮挡板40。该第一壳体10包括一第一孔101。
该第二壳体20包括一第一面201及一与第一面相对的第二面202。在该第一面201上定义一收容部203，在该收容部203的底面上设置有一摄像头安装部204。该摄像头安装部204用于安装摄像头结构30。在该第二面202上定义一固定部205。该固定部205包括一第一固定件207及一第二固定件208。本实施方式中，该固定部205为一凹槽。
该遮挡板40包括一本体401、一操作部402及一连接部403。该本体401及该操作部402收容于该第二壳体20的收容部203中，该连接部403伸出于该本体401，且与该第二壳体20的固定部205相配合，用于将该遮挡板40连接至该第二壳体20。在该本体401上还定义一第二孔404。在该遮挡板40收容于该收容部203中时，该遮挡板40可在该收容部203中滑动，该遮挡板40的本体401夹在第一壳体10及第二壳体20之间，该操作部402外露。
如图1所示，当该操作部402在一第一位置209时，该第一壳体10上的第一孔101与该遮挡板40上的第二孔404重合，使该摄像头结构30外露，此时，如图4所示，该连接部403固定于第一固定件207。当外力作用下于该操作部402，该操作部402带动该本体402在该收容部203中滑动。如图5所示，在该操作部402被滑动至一第二位置210时，该遮挡板40的本体401遮住该摄像头结构30，此时，如图6所示，该连接部403固定于第二固定件208，遮住该摄像头结构30。如此，在不使用摄像头时，可移动该操作部402至第二位置210，该遮挡板40遮住该摄像头结构30，以保护该摄像头，也防止该摄像头被控制获取用户的隐私。
本实施方式中，该第一固定件207为对称的设在该固定部205两侧的两个凸起，第二固定件208为对称的设置在固定部的两个凸起。相应的，该连接部403上的两侧也设有两个凸起405。该连接部403为弹性材料，在将该连接部403连接至该固定部205时采用的是过盈配合的方式，在该操作部402处于第一位置时，该固定部的第一固定件207卡住该连接部403上的两个凸起405，将该遮挡部40固定在第一位置，在施加外力给操作部402时，该连接部403产生弹性形变，克服第一固定件的阻挡，随着该操作部402的移动而移动至第二固定件208处，将该遮挡板固定在第二位置210处。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，该电子装置包括一第一壳体、一第二壳体及一摄像头结构，该第一壳体上具有一第一孔，该摄像头结构安装在该第二壳体上，该第一壳体与第二壳体组装后，该孔使该摄像头结构外露，其特征在于，该电子装置还包括一遮挡板，该遮挡板包括一本体、一操作部一连接部，该本体上定义一第二孔，该第二壳体上包括一收容部及一固定部，该收容部用于收容该遮挡板，且该遮挡板能在该收容部中滑动，该本体夹在第一壳体与第二壳体之间，该操作部外露，该连接部与该固定部配合，连接该遮挡板至该第二壳体，该固定部包括一第一固定件及一第二固定件，当该操作部在一第一位置时，该第一孔与第二孔重合，使该摄像头结构外露，该连接部固定于第一固定件，当外力作用下于该操作部，该操作部带动该本体在该收容部中滑动，在滑动至一第二位置时，该遮挡板遮住该摄像头结构，该连接部固定于第二固定件，使该摄像头不外露。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，其特征在于，该固定部为一凹槽，该遮挡板上的连接部伸出于该本体，且与该固定部相配合，连接该遮挡板至该第二壳体。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，其特征在于，该固定部为一凹槽，该遮挡板上的连接部伸出于该本体，且与该固定部相配合，连接该遮挡板至该第二壳体。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，其特征在于该连接部为弹性材料，在将该连接部连接至该固定部时采用的是过盈配合的方式。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有摄像头遮挡结构的电子装置，其特征在于，该第一固定件为对称的设在该固定部两侧的两个凸起，第二固定件为对称的设置在固定部的两个凸起，该连接部的两侧也设有两个凸起，在该操作部处于第一位置时，该固定部的第一固定件卡住该连接部上的两个凸起，将该遮挡部固定在第一位置，在施加外力给操作部时，该连接部产生弹性形变，克服第一固定件的阻挡，随着该操作部的移动而移动至第二固定件处，将该遮挡板固定在第二位置处。
