Abstract
本发明公开了一种使冠状动脉显示更精细的方法及系统,1)利用冠状动脉造影技术得到人体冠状动脉的二维图像,同时利用CT冠状动脉造影成像技术得到该人体冠状动脉的三维图像;2)将第一步得到的二维图像和三维图像按相同视角进行比对显示或重叠显示,即可提高冠状动脉显示的精细度。本发明兼采冠状动脉造影二维图像和CT冠状动脉造影成像技术得到的三维图像的优势,各取所长,并将两不同的图像比对显示或重叠显示,两者相结合,互为补充,从而使冠状动脉显示精确度得到大大提高,有利于介入医生更准确和直观地观察冠状动脉各部位。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术的改进,具体指一种使冠状动脉显示更精细的方法及对应的显示系统,属于医疗技术领域。
背景技术
在冠心病诊断和治疗中,如何得到冠状动脉的影像非常关键和重要,只有清晰且精确的显示,才能利于医生进行观察和分析。迄今为止,基于二维成像的冠状动脉造影仍是诊断冠心病的“金标准”,造影图像序列能够展示心脏搏动时血管变形和心脏的供血功能等动态信息,然而这种影像学技术已经落后于临床需求。心脏血管是三维的,具有空间和时间的不均匀性,普通冠脉造影是三维空间到二维空间的投影成像,在这一过程中丢失了血管解剖结构丰富的空间立体信息,仅以某一个平面的血管狭窄度作为判断标准,存在较大偏差。此外,特别对于分叉处的血管结构,单一图像中容易出现重叠和缩短而影响观察,在这种情况下仅根据某个角度的投影很难得到清晰的分叉处血管线,医生只能通过有限的造影图像对病灶进行判断,主观性较强,影响了后继治疗干预质量。
多排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影成像(CTA)是当前最常使用的无创性冠状动脉影像学技术,它可对冠状动脉进行多角度的观察,能发现大于0.5cm的动脉粥样硬化斑块,并进行三维成像,提供冠状动脉的立体观感,使医生对病变冠脉具有一定的空间印象。CTA以回顾性心电门控间隔5%RR间期重建图像,选择质量好的断层图像重建2D和3D图像。读片时更多观察2D断层图像,因其提供更多解剖与相邻关系的信息,2D诊断后,与3D图像对照和验证,减少错误的几率。CTA使用多层面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积再现(VR)等三维成像技术输出最后图像,各有特点,通常联合应用。然而,现有CTA的图像处理存在不少缺陷。首先,CTA的分辨率低于冠脉造影,假阳性率较高,严重钙化对CTA的准确度有显著影响,导致其阳性预测价值相对偏低(<80%),而无论介入心脏病医生或心外科医生,都需要对冠状动脉的解剖结构有确切的了解,以此确定血运重建治疗的策略,这是目前CTA无法解决的。此外,心律失常,尤其是房颤患者是冠脉CT检查的一大盲区。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种使冠状动脉显示更精细的方法及对应的显示系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:使冠状动脉显示更精细的方法, 1)利用冠状动脉造影技术得到人体冠状动脉的二维图像,同时利用CT冠状动脉造影成像技术得到该人体冠状动脉的三维图像;2)将第一步得到的二维图像和三维图像按相同视角进行比对显示或重叠显示,即可提高冠状动脉显示的精细度。
步骤2)比对显示时,二维图像和三维图像位于同一显示屏的左右区域或上下区域。
步骤2)重叠显示时,二维图像和三维图像以不同的颜色显示。
步骤2)重叠显示时,二维图像和三维图像以不同粗细的线条显示。
上述人体冠状动脉的三维图像基于CTA数据集得到,先将CTA数据集进行分割,仅留下冠状动脉部分,再将冠状动脉部分通过图像处理技术进行处理得到立体的可旋转的三维图像。CTA数据集得到立体的可旋转的三维图像的具体过程为:将CTA的DICOM图像序列数据集导入三维图像处理软件Stara 3D CX Suite,分析序列结构,建立三维冠状动脉的骨架节点,对CTA图像进行切片和分割,然后进行ROI提取,并据此进行函数运算,丰富点与结的数量,细化并平滑图像,将CTA冠状动脉断层数据转变为三维立体结构,得到立体的可旋转的三维图像。
根据上述方法设计的使冠状动脉显示更精细的系统,它包括冠状动脉造影二维成像系统、对应的二维图像显示系统以及CT冠状动脉造影三维成像系统和对应的三维图像显示系统,其特征在于:所述二维图像显示系统和三维图像显示系统共用一套图像显示系统,在该共用的图像显示系统显示屏上设有二维图像显示区和三维图像显示区。
所述二维图像显示区和三维图像显示区为显示屏上同一显示区域,以使二维图像和三维图像重叠显示。
所述二维图像显示区和三维图像显示区为显示屏上不同的显示区域,以使二维图像和三维图像比对显示。
虽然冠状动脉造影二维图像和CTA三维图像的获得和应用已是现有技术,但目前他们只是独立的使用,自身固有的缺陷难以克服。本发明兼采冠状动脉造影二维图像和CT冠状动脉造影成像技术得到的三维图像的优势,各取所长,并将两不同的图像比对显示或重叠显示,两者相结合,互为补充,从而使冠状动脉显示精确度得到大大提高,有利于介入医生更准确和直观地观察冠状动脉各部位。
本方法同时通过对CTA原始数据的采集、分析,利用弹性建模方式重建冠状动脉的三维解剖形态,可以从多角度、多视野观察冠状动脉形态,并能任意切取冠状动脉的病变区进行适时放大,进行细节观察,突出显示病变部位的解剖轮廓特征,为医生的进一步治疗提供直观形象的三维冠脉构造。
本发明通过对CTA数据集的二次重建,极大的优化了原始图像,并建立了交互式的三维冠状动脉模型,为医生提供了更直观的冠状动脉空间观感,也有利于介入医生的培训和可视化教学。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明使冠状动脉显示更精细的方法,其步骤为:1)利用冠状动脉造影技术得到人体冠状动脉的二维图像,同时利用CT冠状动脉造影成像技术得到该人体冠状动脉的三维图像(CTA图像);2)将第一步得到的二维图像和三维图像按相同视角进行比对显示或重叠显示,即可提高冠状动脉显示的精确度。
步骤2)比对显示时,二维图像和三维图像位于同一显示屏的左右区域或上下区域。

本发明可用于:①冠状动脉的三维重建,模拟病变场景,突出细节,使介入医生有直观的立体解剖印象,进一步提高支架治疗的安全性和准确性;②冠状动脉影像数据库的建立,开发交互式图像软件,有利于冠脉介入医生的培训以及可视化教学;③可以建立冠心病介入治疗辅助系统,用于临床应用。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.使冠状动脉显示更精细的方法,其特征在于:1)利用冠状动脉造影技术得到人体冠状动脉的二维图像,同时利用CT冠状动脉造影成像技术得到该人体冠状动脉的三维图像;2)将第一步得到的二维图像和三维图像按相同视角进行比对显示或重叠显示,即可提高冠状动脉显示的精细度;
所述的人体冠状动脉的三维图像基于CTA数据集得到,先将CTA数据集进行分割,仅留下冠状动脉部分,再将冠状动脉部分通过图像处理技术进行处理得到立体的可旋转的三维图像;
