本发明涉及光触媒领域,具体的讲,是涉及一种光触媒键盘贴。
背景技术
随着信息化发展,计算机的迅速普及,计算机作为一种公共设备,使用率非常高,经过调查发现,在人员流动量大的公用场合,如网吧、图书馆、医院等地,计算机的键盘成为藏污纳垢之所和细菌传染的源头。
据研究人员通过实验发现,在调查的80台公共计算机和个人计算机细菌污染率达100%,除了缝隙中藏匿着饼干渣、咖啡粉、头发等杂物外,棉签采样后还培养出了真菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、真菌属等十几种细菌,堪称细菌温床。这其中50%的公用计算机键盘和20%的个人计算机键盘含有金黄色葡萄球菌,而这种细菌一旦进入人体内,则会引发肺炎等严重感染。
计算机键盘不光有细菌,而且还是各种细菌很好的滋生地呢。因为那里面的温度啊、湿度啊等等都给细菌的滋生和繁殖提供了很好的条件。一项美国亚利桑那大学的研究显示,办公室桌面容纳的细菌平均数量超过普通办公室马桶座400多倍。根据微生物学家查尔斯·格巴博士发现,每平方英寸的键盘藏有3295种细菌,相比之下,卫生间的马桶座圈的每平方英寸才有49种细菌。可想而知,隐藏在计算机键盘里的细菌有多少,由此可见,对计算机键盘的杀菌消毒及其重要。
键盘上每个按键间都有缝隙,容易积灰尘,平时表面可以擦擦,可对旮旯缝缝里的污垢细菌往往无能为力,所以,很多人都懒得去管。如果在电脑键盘前吃东西掉进渣子或喝饮料不小心洒进去几滴,时间久了,键盘里的各种污垢会越积越多,要是用按了键盘的手再拿东西吃,细菌则直接进入体内。特别是笔记本电脑,键盘与主体相连,如不注意清洁键盘,还会影响电脑的整体性能。很多人习惯翻过键盘从背面拍拍来清理灰尘,但这样清理根本不彻底,有时用力过大还可能拍坏里面的零件。现在市场上已经出现了电脑键盘专用刷,刷毛又绒又长,软硬适中,造型别致,刷头可深入到键盘缝中,表面和内在同时扫到,价格根据质量的不同,一般在几元到十几元之间,有的电脑专卖店还会随机赠送,日常清洁键盘非常好用。还有一种专门的透明键盘防尘盖,盖在键盘上既美观又防尘。北京市疾病预防控制中心健康教育所李炜主任介绍,还可以用棉签蘸取酒精来擦洗键盘按键,对于难以清洁的缝隙,找一小节细棍,像牙签就可以,缠上适量吸附力强的布或柔软的纸,蘸上酒精,能比较容易地把灰尘擦出来。但是这些处理方式,只能对键盘清洁,并不具有杀菌的效果。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,结合光触媒在光线照射下,可以杀菌消毒的特性,本发明的目的在于提供一种光触媒键盘贴。
本发明所要解决的技术方案如下:
光触媒键盘贴,是由磨砂表层、光触媒杀菌层、碳纤维涂层、粘合剂层构成的,从外到内依次为磨砂表层、光触媒杀菌层、碳纤维涂层、粘合剂层,在光触媒杀菌层和碳纤维涂层之间具有聚合树脂作为连接层,在碳纤维涂层和粘合剂层之间具有聚合树脂作为连接层,在磨砂表层和光触媒杀菌层之间具有聚合树脂作为连接层。
所述的光触媒键盘贴是长方形结构,在长方形的每个角上具有一个凹槽。
本发明的优点在于:采用磨砂表层,使光触媒键盘贴具有更优良的抗磨、防水、防潮效果;采用光触媒杀菌层,使键盘贴具有杀菌效果,杀菌层中的纳米级二氧化钛遇到光照时,作为光催化剂,可以杀灭细菌,具有除臭去异味的作用;采用碳纤维涂层,使键盘贴具有优良的抗拉抗压效果;采用粘合剂层,使键盘贴与计算机键盘融为一体,且具有凹槽,使键盘贴与计算机键盘具有更好的附着效果。
