Abstract

本发明公开了一种能模拟人体肠道环境用于肠道微生物培养的装置,它由上箱体和下箱体组成,上箱体内有肠道模型,肠道模型内设有肠道模型内湿度和温度探头,在上箱体内肠道模型外边有与加热器相连通的热源入口,与加湿系统相连通的湿气入口;在上箱体内肠道模型外边还设有肠道模型外湿度和温度探头,上箱体和下箱体之间设置有加热器。本装置能提供并维持相对恒定的温度、湿度,并可以有一定的振荡幅度,震荡频率,而且幅度、频率均可调节,达到了模拟人体肠道环境的效果。

技术领域
本发明医用微生物培养装置;尤其涉及能模拟人体肠道环境用于肠道微生物培养的装置。
背景技术
为了临床科研,医务工作人员需要做肠道微生物的培养,但是,目前尚无能模拟人体肠道环境用于肠道微生物培养的装置,因此给该项科研工作带来了困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是:提供一种能模拟人体肠道环境的装置,用于肠道微生物培养,以利于科研工作的开展。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种能模拟人体肠道环境用于肠道微生物培养的装置,它由上箱体和下箱体组成,上箱体内有肠道模型,肠道模型内设有肠道模型内湿度和温度探头,在上箱体内肠道模型外边有与加热器相连通的热源入口,与加湿系统相连通的湿气入口;在上箱体内肠道模型外边还设有肠道模型外湿度和温度探头,上箱体和下箱体之间设置有加热器;在下箱体内设置有加湿系统,在下箱体上装有与肠道模型外的湿度和温度控制器和与肠道模型内湿度和温度探头相连的控制器;在下箱体内安装有振荡电机,振荡连杆一端与振荡电机固连,另一端与上箱体固连;振荡器控制器装在下箱体上。
所述上箱体内还装有超温探头,下箱体上还装有与上箱体内相连通的超湿保护器及与超温探头相连通的超温保护器。
在上箱体上与下箱体之间有支座。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置能提供并维持相对恒定的温度、湿度,并可以有一定的振荡幅度,震荡频率,而且幅度、频率均可调节,达到了模拟人体肠道环境的效果。

具体实施方式
本装置由上箱体1和下箱体2组成,上箱体1与下箱体2之间有支座9,在上箱体1内有肠道模型3,肠道模型3内设有肠道模型内湿度和温度探头4,该湿度和温度探头4与位于下箱体2上的肠道内湿度和温度控制器15相连;在上箱体1内肠道模型外边还设有肠道模型外湿度和温度探头5,肠道模型外湿度和温度探头5与位于下箱体2上肠道模型外的湿度和温度控制器17相连;上箱体1和下箱体2之间设置有加热器,与加热器相连通的热源入口6位于上箱体1内;在下箱体2内设置有加湿系统11,与加湿系统相连通的湿气导管10其湿气入口也位于上箱体1内;与肠道模型外的湿度和温度控制器17相连的超温探头8装置在上箱体1内肠道模型外边;在下箱体2内安装有振荡电机12,振荡连杆13一端与振荡电机12固连,另一端与上箱体1固连;振荡器控制器14装在下箱体2上;下箱体2上还装有与上箱体1内相连通的超温保护器16。
本装置中上箱体为肠道环境模拟机构,下箱体为肠道环境生成机构。整个装置人工模拟大肠环境,可自动调节温度、湿度,震荡频率、幅度均可调节。

1.一种能模拟人体肠道环境用于肠道微生物培养的装置,其特征在于:它由上箱体和下箱体组成,上箱体内有肠道模型,肠道模型内设有肠道模型内湿度和温度探头,在上箱体内肠道模型外边有与加热器相连通的热源入口,与加湿系统相连通的湿气入口;在上箱体内肠道模型外边还设有肠道模型外湿度和温度探头,上箱体和下箱体之间设置有加热器;在下箱体内设置有加湿系统,在下箱体上装有与肠道模型外的湿度和温度控制器和与肠道模型内湿度和温度探头相连的控制器;在下箱体内安装有振荡电机,振荡连杆一端与振荡电机固连,另一端与上箱体固连;振荡器控制器装在下箱体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能模拟人体肠道环境用于肠道微生物培养的装置,其特征在于:上箱体内还装有超温探头,下箱体上还装有与上箱体内相连通的超湿保护器及与超温探头相连通的超温保护器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的能模拟人体肠道环境用于肠道微生物培养的装置,其特征在于:上箱体上与下箱体之间有支座。
