本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种孔壁式活检针。它由防滑柄、针体、取样环、环形槽和针尖构成,其中,针体的上端是与针体粘接为一体的、矩形片状的防滑柄,防滑柄的侧壁上有多个凸条,针体的下端是针尖,在针尖的上方有一与针体为一整体的取样环,取样环为圆环形,在取样环的内侧壁有一横截面为V字形的环形槽,V字形的环形槽的两环形内壁分别与取样环的两环形侧壁形成环形的刃口。本发明能够达到较多的一次性取量,从而提高活检的准确性,大幅度降低假阳性率。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种孔壁式活检针。
背景技术
传统的活检针一次取材量较少,也限制了准确性,假阴性率可达40%以上,有时甚至需要多次取材,给患者造成身体和经济的损失。传统活检针因进针需要较深,胸水量少时可能损伤肺组织,而且取材深度不能控制,只能通过手感和术者的经验,也容易造成损伤。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种能够达到较多的一次性取量,从而提高活检的准确性,大幅度降低假阳性率的孔壁式活检针。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:孔壁式活检针由防滑柄、针体、取样环、环形槽和针尖构成,其中,针体的上端是与针体粘接为一体的、矩形片状的防滑柄,防滑柄的侧壁上有多个凸条,针体的下端是针尖,在针尖的上方有一与针体为一整体的取样环,取样环为圆环形,在取样环的内侧壁有一横截面为V字形的环形槽,所述V字形的顶端夹角为105°-120°。V字形的环形槽的两环形内壁分别与取样环的两环形侧壁形成环形的刃口。
采用上述方案,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著进步:
在活检取样的过程中,当取样环插入组织或从组织中抽出的过程中,取样环的所述环形的刃口就将与取样环侧面接触的细胞刮入所述的环形槽中完好地保存起来。这与现有的活检针相比,能够达到较多的一次性细胞取量,从而大大提高活检的准确性,降低了假阳性率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
孔壁式活检针由防滑柄1、针体2、取样环3、环形槽4和针尖5构成,其中,针体2的上端是与针体2粘接为一体的、矩形片状的防滑柄1,防滑柄1的侧壁上有多个凸条,针体2的下端是针尖5,在针尖5的上方有一与针体2为一整体的取样环3,取样环3为圆环形,在取样环3的内侧壁有一横截面为V字形的环形槽4,所述V字形的顶端夹角α为105°-120°。V字形的环形槽4的两环形内壁分别与取样环的两环形侧壁形成环形的刃口。
在活检取样的过程中,当取样环3插入组织或从组织中抽出的过程中,取样环3的所述环形的刃口就将与取样环3侧面接触的细胞刮入所述的环形槽4中完好地保存起来。

1.一种孔壁式活检针,由防滑柄、针体、取样环、环形槽和针尖构成,其特征是:针体的上端是与针体粘接为一体的、矩形片状的防滑柄,防滑柄的侧壁上有多个凸条,针体的下端是针尖,在针尖的上方有一与针体为一整体的取样环,取样环为圆环形,在取样环的内侧壁有一横截面为V字形的环形槽,所述V字形的顶端夹角为105°-120°,V字形的环形槽的两环形内壁分别与取样环的两环形侧壁形成环形的刃口。
