The preparation method of the alloy comprises the steps that: (a) PC resin, ABS resin, PA resin, the antioxidant, and the lubricating agent are mixed in a mixing and stirring machine; (b) a mixture obtained in the step a is blended and granulated by using a double-screw extruder, such that the low-internal-stress electroplating PC/ABS alloy material is obtained. The method is simple and feasible. With the PA resin, the PC/ABS alloy material is provided with better fluidity. During an injection molding procedure, the internal stress formed on a product is low. When the product is used in electroplating post processing, possibilities of reduced bonding forces between a plastic substrate and a plated layer or plated layer bursting caused by released internal stress are reduced. Therefore, electroplating effect of the PC/ABS alloy material is improved.
