Abstract
本发明属于环境工程污水处理技术领域,具体为一种复合塔式生态滤池污水处理方法。本发明利用污水管网收集居民生活污水,经过粗细格栅去除污水中悬浮物质,对污水进行预处理;然后污水通过污水泵泵入复合塔式生态滤池,该生态滤由一级高位配水厌氧滤池、多级蚯蚓滴滤池串联组成,污水通过重力作用自流集水配水,经过滤池中微生物-滤料-动物(蚯蚓)-植物的协同效应达到污水净化的目的。本发明的复合塔式生态滤池污水处理方法结合传统的污水处理工艺及土地处理方法,具有出水效果好、运行管理简单、占地面积小、建设费用低等优点,具有良好的经济效应及环境效益。

[0002] 湖泊水体中蓝藻的暴发导致湖泊透明度降低,生态系统结构和功能退化,水质性缺水,并造成严重经济损失,其主要原因是入湖河流的N、P等营养元素的输入。流域内生活污水(包括城市及农村生活污水)、养殖废水、农业面源及水土流失等作为湖泊外源污染主要形式,携带了大量N、P营养元素入湖。各地区流域中,各种形式的N、P输入比例不同,例如,研究表明,在我国太湖流域,农村生活污水输入N、P营养元素分别占了总比重的46. 78% 及71%。在我国广大的农村地区,由于人口基数大、分散性、基础设施薄弱等特点,污水绝大部分未经处理或只经过简单处理直接排入附近水体,通过径流等流入湖库之中,造成对水体的污染。
[0003] 农村生活污水与城镇生活污水处理方式不同,城镇居民居住集中,有利于建立完善的污水管网收集污水集中处理,而农村居民比较分散,建设大面积的污水管网投资比较大,且长距离的污水输送跑冒滴漏比较严重,污水收集率不高,不宜采用城市污水处理的方法进行集中处理。我国广大农村地区主要采用分散型的小型生活污水处理工艺,业已发展起来的按照处理方式的不同分为两类:一种是传统的污水处理方式,包括A/0工艺、曝气/ 微曝气生物滤池等,这类处理工艺出水稳定、基建费用低、占地面积小,但运行费用偏高、操作管理复杂;第二种是土地处理方法,例如人工湿地、生物塘等,出水效果好、运行管理简单、运行费用低,但缺点是占地面积大,基建费用相对较高。

发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是针对现有分散型的小型生活污水处理工艺中存在的问题,提供一种出水效果好、运行管理简单、占地面积小、建设费用低的小型生活污水处理方法。
[0006] 本发明提出的小型生活污水处理方法,具体步骤为:前处理阶段,预处理阶段、复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段。
[0007] 1、前处理阶段,利用污水管网收集分散居民生活污水,包括畜禽养殖及屠宰等废水,经过粗细格栅去除污水中悬浮物质。
[0008] 2、预处理阶段,预处理阶段采用传统的污水处理工艺,即根据不同的废水类型, 预处理阶段采用不同的处理方式:(1)对于COD < 400 mg/L的污水,例如一般的农村生活污水,采用酸化水解池处理,污水在酸化水解池中水力停留时间为; (2)对于 C0D=40(T800 mg/L的污水,例如畜禽养殖、屠宰废水等,采用厌氧滤池(如沼气污水净化池)处理,污水在厌氧滤池中水力停留时间不低于72h ; (3)对于COD含量在800 mg/L以上的污水,采用兼氧滤池处理,在兼氧滤池中引入微曝气的操作方式,污水在兼氧滤池中水力停留时间不低于96h。
[0009] 预处理阶段的各种处理池(包括酸化水解池、厌氧滤池、兼氧滤池等)可建于地下或地上;为降低操作费用,一般污水或废水采用自流方式进入预处理工艺阶段。在受地形限制的条件下,可将装置建于地上,从集水井中通过污水泵泵入预处理工艺阶段的处理池。
[0010] 3、复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段,处理池包括一级高位的配水厌氧滤池、N级低位的蚯蚓滴滤池。为满足不同出水要求,蚯蚓滴滤池可设置为一级、两级或三级等,也可以更多。 高位的配水厌氧滤池、低位的蚯蚓滴滤池组成复合塔式生态滤池。
[0011] 经过预处理阶段的污水通过污水泵泵入配水厌氧滤池。污水泵与程序控制器连接,可采用手动控制、定时自动控制及液位自动控制等操作方式,满足不同的操作需要。
[0012] 所述的配水厌氧滤池采用传统的污水处理工艺,滤池内配置厌氧滤料,厌氧滤料为不同级配的颗粒滤料。在污水处理过程中,通过滤料吸附、微生物分解的协同作用,进一步拦截、去除C0D、SS以及部分氮、磷。采用间歇式进水方式,有利于生态滤池中微生物的内源消化,减少污泥的产生量。本级配水厌氧滤池基本不排泥。
[0013] 配水厌氧滤池的上部设有配水管网,用于接收经预处理阶段的污水;在厌氧滤料层下部设有集水管网,利用集水管网收集厌氧滤池的出水,出水通过下级蚯蚓滴滤池的配水管网自流流入蚯蚓滴滤池。
[0014] 所述蚯蚓滴滤池采用强化的土地处理工艺,即蚯蚓滴滤池的填料层由上往下依次为人工配土层(厚度可为3(T40 cm)、黄沙层(粒径<0. 1cm,厚度可为l(T30cm)、净水陶粒层 (粒径=2〜4cm,厚度可为3(T60cm)、碎青石层(粒径=4〜6cm,厚度可为l(T30cm)及鹅卵石层 (粒径=6、cm,厚度可为l(T30cm);在人工配土层中添加有蚯蚓。污水通过滴滤方式由上往下通过填料层,其主要污染物质,例如COD、TN、TP等,在填料层中被截留。其中人工配土层截留的污染物质占总处理污染物质的60%以上,具备土地处理的特点与优势。蚯蚓在污水处理中主要作用是吞噬截留在人工配土层中的有机物质、疏松人工配土层以防止人工配土层板结及增进氧气通透量、携带伴生的有益污水处理细菌等,以促进土壤污水能力的恢复及增强。
[0015] 污水在滴漏的过程中可以复氧,有利于在填料层的表层及亚表层进行硝化反应; 中层及底层保持兼氧及厌氧状态,有利于氮的反硝化过程,整个过程促进了氮的净化。人工配土层、净水陶粒丰富的比表面积促进了磷的吸附;人工配土层、净水陶粒及碎青石中富含铁、铝、钙、锰、镁等矿物质,促进了磷在填料层的矿化,有利于污水中磷的去除。
[0016] 蚯蚓滴滤池的表层为穿孔布水管网,底层为穿孔集水管网;下一级蚯蚓滴滤池的表层的布水管网与上一级蚯蚓滴滤池底层的集水管网相连,污水在整个系统为自流方式。
[0017] 蚯蚓滴滤池表层可以种植净水植物,可根据不同地域选用不同种类的观赏性耐水性净水植物。
[0018] 根据不同的水质条件,复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段采用不同的操作条件,例如,对于COD < 400 mg/L的污水,如一般的农村生活污水,采用的水力负荷为0. 5^1 m3/ (m2d);对于C0D=40(T800 mg/L的污水,如畜禽养殖、屠宰废水等,采用的水力负荷为0. 25、. 5 m3/ (m2d);对于COD含量800 mg/L以上的废水,采用三级蚯蚓滴滤池,控制水力负荷为0. 2^0. 5 m3/(m2d)。这里所谓三级蚯蚓滴滤池,是指从高位到低位依次设置三个蚯蚓滴滤池。[0019] 本发明中,复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段的处理池可与预处理阶段的处理池合建在同一地段,也可分开单独建设。为节约占地面积,一般可采用合建方式。

具体实施方式

(1)利用污水管道收集江苏某农村片区农户(约100户,350人,收集率达90%,污水产生量约为30吨/日)的生活污水,自流进入格栅井,分别通过粗细格栅去除悬浮物质。
[0023]生活污水水质:C0D=15(T350 mg/L, TN=10〜30mg/L,TP=3〜8 mg/L。
[0024] (2)格栅处理过的污水自流进入酸化水解池,污水在酸化水解池中水力停留时间为M h,上清液溢流进入集水区,由液位控制的潜污泵泵入复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段的处理池中。
[0025] 酸化水解池在普通的三格式化粪池的基础上,在第一格后面增加一格缺氧区,减少第一格固体垃圾的带入,以免影响后续工段,第三格设置软性填料,第四格为集水区。

[0028] ( 3 )复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段由高位的配水厌氧生物滤池及两级蚯蚓滴滤池串联而成。污水在三级滤池中采用降流式操作方式,即污水通过重力作用由填料层的上层流入下层,而后进入集水管网,由集水管网将处理后的污水输入下一级滤池。复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段总水力负荷为1 m3/(m2d),其中,三级滤池的有效面积比为2:4:4 (高位的配水厌氧生物滤池:第一级蚯蚓滴滤池:第二级蚯蚓滴滤池)。
高位的配水厌氧生物滤池具有两个作用:一是为整个工艺段配水,二是具备传统厌氧生物滤池的功能。具体可以采用传统的厌氧滤池加以改造而成,即在传统厌氧滤池的上部设置布水管网,中间滤料净水采用富铁粘土陶粒,低端设置卵石为承托层,集水管网布置在卵石层中。
[0029] 蚯蚓滴滤池为该阶段污水处理的主要设备,上层设置有穿孔管网(即布水管网), 污水通过穿孔管网形成滴滤效果,在此过程中为污水充氧。
[0030] 蚯蚓滴滤池中的填料层主要填料自上而下依次为人工配土层(厚度30 cm)、黄沙层(厚度10 cm)、碎青石(俗称瓜子片,粒径<lcm)层(厚度10 cm)、净水用富铁粘土陶粒(粒径=2-4cm)层(厚度30 cm)、卵石(粒径=4-8cm)层(厚度20 cm),人工配土层上层种植净水植物。
污水通过微生物-滤料-动物(蚯蚓)-植物的协同效应达到了污水净化的目的。

(1)利用污水管道收集云南某农村片区农户(约150户,500人,奶牛养殖(干法)约200 头,收集率达80%,污水产生量约为50吨/日)的生活生产污水,自流进入格栅井,分别通过粗细格栅去除悬浮物质。

[0040] 兼氧滤池在普通兼氧滤池基础上,增设和细化了各个区域,分为预沉区、缺氧区、 厌氧区、好氧区及集水区。厌氧区设置青石、石灰石等含钙的物质,好氧区设置净水用富铁粘土陶粒。以含钙的碱性物质为填料,可有效中和应厌氧发酵所产生的有机酸,保持污水PH 值,有利于后续生化反应的进行;同时,在有机酸刺激下,磷与填料中的钙、镁、铁等发生化学反应,达到稳定磷、去除磷的目的。

[0043] (3)复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段的处理池由高位配水厌氧生物滤池及两级蚯蚓滴滤池串联而成。污水在三级滤池中采用降流式操作方式,即污水通过重力作用由填料上层流入填料下层,而后进入集水管网,由集水管网将处理后的污水输入下一级滤池。复合塔式生态滤池工艺段总水力负荷为0.5 m3/(m2d),其中,三级滤池的有效面积比为3:4:4 (高位配水厌氧生物滤池:第一级蚯蚓滴滤池:第二级蚯蚓滴滤池)。
[0044] 高位配水厌氧生物滤池具有两个作用:一是为整个工艺段配水,二是具备传统厌氧生物滤池的功能。采用传统的厌氧滤池加以改造而成,上端设置布水管网,中间填料采用净水用富铁粘土陶粒,低端设置卵石为承托层,集水管网布置在卵石层中。
[0045] 蚯蚓滴滤池为该污水处理阶段的主要设备,上层设置穿孔管网,污水通过穿孔管网形成滴滤效果,在此过程中为污水充氧。
下表为当地某检测机构为本方法检测的数据。[0046] 蚯蚓滴滤池中的填料层自上而下依次为人工配土层(厚度30 cm)、黄沙层(厚度10 cm)、碎青石(俗称瓜子片,粒径< Icm)层(厚度10 cm)、净水用富铁粘土陶粒(粒径=2-4cm) 层(厚度40 cm)、碎石(粒径=4-8cm)层(厚度20 cm),人工配土层(土壤)上层种植净水植物。污水通过微生物-滤料-动物(蚯蚓)-植物的协同效应达到了污水净化的目的。

Claims (4)
1. 一种复合塔式生态滤池污水处理方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:(一)前处理阶段,利用污水管网收集分散居民生活污水,包括畜禽养殖及屠宰等废水, 经过粗细格栅去除污水中悬浮物质;(二)预处理阶段,预处理阶段采用传统的污水处理工艺,即根据不同的废水类型,预处理阶段采用不同的处理方式;(三)复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段,处理池包括一级高位的配水厌氧滤池、低位的蚯蚓滴滤池;低位的蚯蚓滴滤池设置为一级、两级或三级;经过预处理阶段的污水通过污水泵泵入配水厌氧滤池;所述的配水厌氧滤池采用传统的污水处理工艺,滤池内配置厌氧滤料,厌氧滤料为不同级配的颗粒滤料;配水厌氧滤池的上部设有配水管网,用于接收经预处理阶段的污水;在厌氧滤料层下部设有集水管网,利用集水管网收集厌氧滤池的出水,出水通过下级蚯蚓滴滤池的配水管网自流流入蚯蚓滴滤池;所述蚯蚓滴滤池采用强化的土地处理工艺,即蚯蚓滴滤池的填料层由上往下依次为人工配土层、黄沙层、净水陶粒层、碎青石及鹅卵石层;在人工配土层中添加有蚯蚓;污水通过滴滤方式由上往下通过填料层;蚯蚓滴滤池的表层设有穿孔布水管网,底层设有穿孔集水管网;下一级蚯蚓滴滤池的表层的布水管网与上一级蚯蚓滴滤池底层的集水管网相连,污水在整个系统为自流方式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合塔式生态滤池污水处理方法,其特征在于所述预处理阶段采用不同的处理方式为:(1)对于COD < 400 mg/L的污水,采用酸化水解池处理,污水在酸化水解池中水力停留时间为12h〜48h ;(2)对于C0D=40(T800 mg/L的污水,采用厌氧滤池处理,污水在厌氧滤池中水力停留时间不低于72h ;(3)对于COD含量在800 mg/L以上的污水,采用兼氧滤池处理,在兼氧滤池中引入微曝气的操作方式,污水在兼氧滤池中水力停留时间不低于96h。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合塔式生态滤池污水处理方法,其特征在于所述人工配土层的厚度为3(T40 cm,黄沙层的颗粒粒径<0. 1cm,厚度为l(T30cm,净水陶粒层的颗粒粒径为2、cm,厚度为3(T60cm,碎青石层的颗粒粒径=4〜6cm,厚度为l(T30cm,鹅卵石层的颗粒粒径为6〜8cm,厚度为l(T30cm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的复合塔式生态滤池污水处理方法,其特征在于所述复合塔式生态滤池处理阶段,根据不同的水质条件,采用不同的操作条件:对于COD < 400 mg/L的污水,采用的水力负荷为0. 5^1 m3/(m2d);对于C0D=40(T800 mg/L的污水,采用的水力负荷为0. 25、. 5 m3/ (m2d);对于COD含量800 mg/L以上的废水,采用三级蚯蚓滴滤池,控制水力负荷为0. 2^0. 5 m3/Vd)。
