本发明公开了一种组合式滑块,它包括滑块、斜顶、限位销和行程定位柱;所述的滑块前部、沿斜向开设滑槽,限位销和行程定位柱穿过滑块前部侧壁而穿入滑槽;所述的斜顶活动穿设于该滑槽内,在斜顶的外壁上开设一凹槽,限位销和行程定位柱的端部间隙插置在凹槽内,斜顶凹槽以行程定位柱为导向、沿滑块的滑槽来回移动。由于本发明的斜顶活动穿设于滑块的滑槽内,所需的侧抽距离较小,可满足模具空间较小的模具侧抽的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑模具,特别是涉及一种组合式滑块。
背景技术
在注塑模具中,由于塑料制品有侧凹,需要进行侧抽,最常用的侧抽件就是滑块。习用的滑块大都为一体构件,需要较大的模具空间,无法满足模具空间较小的模具侧抽的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种侧抽距离较小的组合式滑块。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明是一种组合式滑块,它包括滑块、斜顶、限位销和行程定位柱;所述的滑块前部、沿斜向开设滑槽,限位销和行程定位柱穿过滑块前部侧壁而穿入滑槽;所述的斜顶活动穿设于该滑槽内,在斜顶的外壁上开设一凹槽,限位销和行程定位柱的端部间隙插置在凹槽内,斜顶凹槽以行程定位柱为导向、沿滑块的滑槽来回移动。
在滑块与斜顶之间设有定位珠。
所述的斜顶有两条,所述的滑块前部、沿斜向开设两条滑槽,两条斜顶分别活动穿设于该两条滑槽。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明的斜顶活动穿设于滑块的滑槽内,所需的侧抽距离较小,可满足模具空间较小的模具侧抽的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,本发明是一种组合式滑块,它包括滑块1、斜顶2、限位销3和行程定位柱4。
所述的滑块1前部、沿斜向开设两个滑槽11,限位销3和行程定位柱4穿过滑块1前部侧壁而穿入滑槽11。所述的斜顶2有两条,分别活动穿设于滑块1前部的两个滑槽11内。在斜顶2的外壁上开设一凹槽21,限位销3和行程定位柱4的端部间隙插置在凹槽21内,斜顶2凹槽21以行程定位柱4为导向、沿滑块1的滑槽11来回移动。在滑块1与斜顶2之间设有定位珠,使得斜顶2滑至定位珠处可与滑块1一起移动。
本发明的重点就在于:斜顶活动穿设于滑块内。

1.一种组合式滑块,其特征在于:它包括滑块、斜顶、限位销和行程定位柱;所述的滑块前部、沿斜向开设滑槽,限位销和行程定位柱穿过滑块前部侧壁而穿入滑槽;所述的斜顶活动穿设于该滑槽内,在斜顶的外壁上开设一凹槽,限位销和行程定位柱的端部间隙插置在凹槽内,斜顶凹槽以行程定位柱为导向、沿滑块的滑槽来回移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式滑块,其特征在于:在滑块与斜顶之间设有定位珠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式滑块,其特征在于:所述的斜顶有两条,所述的滑块前部、沿斜向开设两条滑槽,两条斜顶分别活动穿设于该两条滑槽。
