本发明公开了一种LED便携式灯,其特征在于:包括直流供电电路、LED功率驱动电路和LED照明电路;直流供电电路由直流电源BT和开关S串联组成;LED功率驱动电路由三极管、电感、电容器、电阻器和二极管组成;LED照明电路由五只高亮度发光二极管并联组成;本发明LED功率驱动电路高效而紧凑、外围元件少、印刷电路板占有空间小、实现成本和尺寸最小化,最大限度地提升系统功能和LED发光效率。

本发明涉及一种电子灯具领域,具体涉及一种LED便携式灯。
背景技术
LED照明灯已开始普及应用到各个领域,便携式照明灯如何节能降耗,让一个有限的储能电池尽量延长照明使用时间,并又要充分考虑其发光亮度和效率,使用LED灯照明是目前和今后必然发展方向,现市面上同类LED照明灯中一类电路设计很粗陋,导致效率不高;另一类设计过于复杂、导致耗材多、成本太高;本发明是将两则优点有机结合起来设计制作。白光LED照明灯需要大约3.6伏的供电电压才能实现合适的亮度控制。然而,大多数采用锂离子电池作电源,它们在充满电之后约为4.2伏,安全放完电后约为2.8伏,显然白光LED不能由电池直接驱动。替代的解决方案是使用升压电路,在需要时提高驱动的电压,从而在整个电池使用周期间内不间断地为LED稳定供电。
发明内容
为能达到上述发明目的,所采用的技术方案是:包括直流供电电路、LED功率驱动电路和LED照明电路;直流供电电路由3V直流电源BT和开关S串联组成;LED功率驱动电路由三极管、电感、电容器、电阻器和二极管组成;三极管Q1的发射极和开关S一端、电感L端1相连接;电容器C3连接在三极管Q1的基极和电感L端2之间;电阻器R1和电容器C2串联后连接在三极管Q1的基极和电源BT的负极之间,电阻器R2连接在三极管Q1的集电极和三极管Q2的基极之间,三极管Q2的集电极和电感L端2、二极管D1、二极管D2的正极端相连接,三极管Q2的发射极和电源BT的负极相连;电容器C1一端接三极管Q1的发射极,另一端和电源BT的负极相连;电容器C4正极端连接二极管D2的负极,电容器C4负极端和电源BT的负极相连;LED照明电路由LED1、LED2、LED3、LED4、LED5五只高亮度发光二极管并联组成,发光二极管正极端连接二极管D2的负极、发光二极管负极端和电源BT的负极相连。
有益效果:本发明LED功率驱动电路高效而紧凑、外围元件少、印刷电路板占有空间小、实现成本和尺寸最小化、节能降耗、便携带,最大限度地提高了LED发光亮度和发光效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图附图1所示,闭合开关S接通电源后,三极管Q1发射极连接电源正极,电阻器R1和电容器C2串联后接电源BT负极,而电容器C3两端电压不能突变,三极管Q1基极电位低于其发射极电位,三极管Q1导通,三极管Q2基极有电流流入,三极管Q2也导通,电流从电源正极经开关S、电感L、三极管Q2集电极到发射极,流回电源BT负极,电源对电感L充电,电感L储存能量,此过程电感L上自感电动势为端1正、端2负,经电容器C3的反馈作用,三极管Q1基极电位比发射极电位更低,三极管Q1进入深度饱和状态,同时三极管Q2也进入深度饱和状态,即Ib>Ic/β(β为三极管放大倍数、Ib为基极电流、Ic为集电极电流)。随着电源对电容器C3的充电,电容器C3两端电压逐渐升高,即三极管Q1基极电位逐渐上升,其基极电流逐渐减小,当Ib1<Ic1/β时,三极管Q1工作状态退出饱和区,三极管Q2也退出饱和区,对电感L的充电电流减小。此时,电感L上的自感电动势变为端1负、端2正,经电容器C3反馈作用,三极管Q1基极电位进一步上升,三极管Q1迅速截止,三极管Q2也截止,电感L上储存的能量释放,产生了自感电动势经二极管D1和D2加到并联的LED1、LED2、LED3、LED4、LED5五只高亮度发光二极管上,达到升压提供能量的目的,此电压足以使五只高亮度发光二极管发光。如此高频循环往复稳压供电。由于使用高亮度发光二极管,发光效率很高,工作电流比较小,电流只有60mA左右,非常省电。由于电源BT采用大容量充电电池,充足一次电可以连续使用二十几个小时。
附图1中,电容器C1、C2和C3选用型号为103的独石电容,电容器C4选用470uF/25V的电解电容器;二极管D1和D2选用1N5819型号;三极管Q1选用8550型号, 三极管Q2选用D882型号,三极管Q2加装一片面积大约为3平方厘米的小铝片帮助散热;电阻器R1、R2选用1/4W碳膜电阻器,其中R1:200Ω,R2:100Ω。
虽然结合附图描述了本发明的实施方式,但是本领域普通技术人员在所附权利要求的范围内不需要创作性劳动就能作出的各种变形或修改仍属本专利的保护范围。

1.一种LED便携式灯,其特征在于:包括直流供电电路、LED功率驱动电路和LED照明电路;直流供电电路由3V直流电源BT和开关S串联组成;LED功率驱动电路由三极管、电感、电容器、电阻器和二极管组成;三极管Q1的发射极和开关S一端、电感L端1相连接;电容器C3连接在三极管Q1的基极和电感L端2之间;电阻器R1和电容器C2串联后连接在三极管Q1的基极和电源BT的负极之间,电阻器R2连接在三极管Q1的集电极和三极管Q2的基极之间,三极管Q2的集电极和电感L端2、二极管D1、二极管D2的正极端相连接,三极管Q2的发射极和电源BT的负极相连;电容器C1一端接三极管Q1的发射极,另一端和电源BT的负极相连;电容器C4正极端连接二极管D2的负极,电容器C4负极端和电源BT的负极相连;LED照明电路由LED1、LED2、LED3、LED4、LED5五只高亮度发光二极管并联组成,发光二极管正极端连接二极管D2的负极、发光二极管负极端和电源BT的负极相连。
