本实用新型涉及电光源照明技术领域,具体是一种定时节电发光二极管阵列灯。交流电源经电容C1、电阻R1降压、整流桥堆整流、二极管VD1稳压,电容C2滤波为直流电源供给单稳态触发定时器,单稳态触发定时器控制端接定时电阻R2、电容C3,单稳态触发定时器输出端经电阻R3接入双向可控硅控制极,双向可控硅阳极接入交流电源,双向可控硅阴极接驱动器电源端,同时并接二极管VD2,驱动电路输出接发光二极管LED阵列灯。本实用新型结构紧凑,光效高,使用寿命长,及时关灯起到节电作用,适于定时照明场合。

本实用新型涉及电光源照明技术领域,具体是一种定时节电发光二极管阵列灯。 
背景技术
白炽灯光效低下,功耗大,趋于淘汰,而荧光灯使用寿命较短,无极灯价格偏高。近年来,发光二极管LED技术发展很快,由于光效高、使用寿命长等优点,组合成发光二极管LED阵列灯,配合定时关灯可以起到节电效果。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供自动关灯照明的一种定时节电发光二极管阵列灯。 
本实用新型技术解决方案为包括交流电源、启动开关、发光二极管LED阵列灯,还包括整流稳压电路、驱动电路、单稳态触发定时器、双向可控硅,交流电源经启动开关接入双向可控硅阳极和整流稳压电路,整流稳压电路由电容C1、电阻R1降压、整流桥堆整流、二极管VD1稳压,电容C2滤波供给单稳态触发定时器,单稳态触发定时器控制端接定时电阻R2、电容C3,单稳态触发定时器输出端经电阻R3接入双向可控硅控制极,双向可控硅阴极接驱动电路电源端,同时并接二极管VD2,驱动电路输出接发光二极管LED阵列灯; 
驱动电路由大功率三极管、电阻、电容和铁氧体变压器组成推挽振荡器,输出电压经大功率场效应管MOS全波整流接入发光二极管LED阵列灯。 
本实用新型产生积极效果是:发光二极管阵列灯LED定时照明,结构紧凑、工作可靠、光效高、使用寿命长,起到及时关灯的节电作用。

参照图1、2,本实用新型具体实施方法和实施例:包括交流电源1、启动 开关2、发光二极管LED阵列灯7,还包括整流稳压电路3、驱动电路6、单稳态触发定时器4、双向可控硅5,交流电源1经启动开关2接入双向可控硅5阳极和整流稳压电路3,整流稳压电路3由电容C1、电阻R1降压、整流桥堆VD整流、二极管VD1稳压,电容C2滤波供给单稳态触发定时器4,单稳态触发定时器4控制端接定时电阻R2、电容C3,单稳态触发定时器4输出端经电阻R3接入双向可控硅5控制极,双向可控硅5阴极接驱动电路6电源端,同时并接二极管VD2,驱动电路6输出接发光二极管LED阵列灯7。 
图2,单稳态触发定时器IC采用时基集成电路NE555,电阻R3限流触发双向可控硅VS控制极。 
当按下启动开关K时,发光二极管LED阵列灯引燃发光,经过设定的时间定时,电容C3通过电阻R2放电,当C3电压降至电源电压1/3时,单稳态触发定时器IC输出呈低电平,双向可控硅VS和二极管VD2截止,切断逆驱动电路B电源,发光二极管LED阵列灯熄灭,起到及时关灯的节电作用。

1.一种定时节电发光二极管阵列灯,包括交流电源、启动开关、发光二极管LED阵列灯,其特征在于:还包括整流稳压电路、驱动电路、单稳态触发定时器、双向可控硅,交流电源经启动开关接入双向可控硅阳极和整流稳压电路,整流稳压电路由电容C1、电阻R1降压、整流桥堆整流、二极管VD1稳压,电容C2滤波供给单稳态触发定时器,单稳态触发定时器控制端接定时电阻R2、电容C3,单稳态触发定时器输出端经电阻R3接入双向可控硅控制极,双向可控硅阴极接驱动电路电源端,同时并接二极管VD2,驱动电路输出接发光二极管LED阵列灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定时节电发光二极管阵列灯,其特征在于:驱动电路由大功率三极管、电阻、电容和铁氧体变压器组成推挽振荡器,输出电压经大功率场效应管MOS全波整流接入发光二极管LED阵列灯。
