Abstract

一种风扇固定装置,用来将一风扇模组固定于一机壳,所述风扇模组包括至少一风扇,所述风扇固定装置包括一固定于所述机壳的固定支架及至少一固定于所述机壳的锁扣,所述风扇设有固定孔,所述固定支架对应设有配合孔,所述锁扣凸设有卡扣,所述卡扣分别穿过所述配合孔并卡合所述固定孔,以将所述风扇固定于所述固定支架。当安装或拆卸所述风扇时,只需要拧紧或松释所述锁扣,即可取下所述风扇,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
电脑系统内,为适应散热需求,必需安装一个及一个以上的风扇。然而,在现有技术中,通常的风扇都设有若干螺孔,当拆换风扇时,操作者都需要通过若干螺丝才能将风扇固定在电脑机箱或散热器上,操作复杂、繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种便于操作的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用来将一风扇模组固定于一机壳,所述风扇模组包括至少一风扇,所述风扇固定装置包括一固定于所述机壳的固定支架及至少一固定于所述机壳的锁扣,所述风扇设有固定孔,所述固定支架对应设有配合孔,所述锁扣凸设有卡扣,所述卡扣分别穿过所述配合孔并卡合所述固定孔。
本发明风扇固定装置利用所述卡扣将所述风扇固定于所述固定支架。当安装或拆卸所述风扇时,只需要拧紧或松释所述锁扣,即可取下所述风扇,操作方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明风扇固定装置较佳实施方式用于将一风扇模组10固定于一电子设备的机壳20。该风扇固定装置包括一固定于机壳20的固定支架30、多个将风扇模组10固定于固定支架30的锁扣40及多个将锁扣40锁固于机壳20的紧固件50。在本实施方式中,该紧固件50为大头螺丝。
机壳20内凸设两凸柱22,每一凸柱22上设有一螺孔220。
风扇模组10包括若干风扇12。每一风扇12包括相对的两侧面14。每一侧面14的上端的两角处分别凸设有一凸起15。在本实施方式中,每一侧面14的上端固定设有一螺钉(未标号),凸起15为每一螺钉外露于侧面14的螺钉的头部。每一侧面14的下端的两角处分别设有一固定孔16。
固定支架30包括一长形的底壁、沿着该底壁两长对边垂直向上延伸的两侧壁31及沿着该底壁两短对边垂直向上延伸的两侧板32。每一侧壁31等距离间隔设有若干中部设有交叉呈十字形的凸肋的大致呈圆形的通风口311。在本实施方式中,每一通风口311的中部也可以不设凸肋。每一侧壁31的上端于每一通风口311两侧设有两卡口313。每一侧壁31的下端于每两相邻的通风口311之间设有两配合孔315。每一侧板32的底边向外垂直延伸一凸耳321,利用螺丝穿过凸耳321并旋入机壳20,以将固定支架30固定于机壳20。在其他实施方式中,所述固定支架30无需设置凸耳321,直接利用螺丝穿过底壁并旋入机壳20来固定该固定支架30。该底壁、两侧壁31及两侧板32包围形成一收容所述风扇模组10的收容空间。
请参照图2,每一锁扣40包括一固定板42及由固定板42的一侧边垂直向上延伸的抵板44。固定板42的中部向上凸起形成一U形弹片422,U形弹片422的两端分别连接固定板42,U形弹片422设有一通孔424。抵板44的两端背向固定板42分别垂直延伸一卡扣442。
在其他实施方式中,所述固定板42也可为一平板,并直接设有一通孔424,而无需冲设U形弹片422。
请参照图3,组装时,固定支架30通过螺钉固定于机壳20内,且固定支架30的侧壁31邻近机壳20的凸柱22。风扇模组10的风扇12置于固定支架30的收容空间,且使每一风扇12的凸起15卡合于侧壁31上的对应卡口313。此时,每一风扇12的固定孔16与侧壁31上对应的配合孔315对齐。每一锁扣40通过通孔424套设于机壳20的凸柱22,凸柱22收容U形弹片422并穿过通孔424。紧固件50旋入凸柱22的螺孔220,以将锁扣40固定于机壳20。此时,使每一锁扣40的抵板44抵顶侧壁31,且卡扣442分别穿过对应的配合孔315后卡扣于固定孔16,以将风扇12固定于固定支架30。
当需要拆换风扇12时,只需要将固定该风扇12的对应锁扣40的紧固件50拧开,取出该锁扣40,向上拔出该风扇12即可,操作方便。
显而易见的,在其他实施方式中,所述锁扣40及所述凸柱22可根据风扇模组10的需要设定为一个或多个。每一锁扣40可同时固定相邻的两风扇12。

Claims (10)

1.一种风扇固定装置,用来将一风扇模组固定于一机壳,所述风扇模组包括至少一风扇,所述风扇固定装置包括一固定于所述机壳的固定支架,所述风扇模组收容于所述固定支架,其特征在于:所述风扇设有固定孔,所述固定支架对应设有配合孔,所述风扇固定装置还包括至少一固定于所述机壳的锁扣,所述锁扣凸设有卡扣,所述卡扣穿过所述配合孔并卡合于所述固定孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一锁扣包括一抵顶于所述固定支架的抵板,所述卡扣自抵板的两侧垂直延伸而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一锁扣还包括一与所述抵板垂直的固定板,所述卡扣背离所述固定板,所述固定板设有一通孔,所述机壳凸设一对应所述通孔的凸柱,所述凸柱设有一螺孔,所述固定板通过所述通孔套设于所述凸柱,一紧固件旋合于所述螺孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定板的中部冲设一U形弹片,所述通孔设于所述U形弹片,所述凸柱收容所述U形弹片并穿过所述通孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定支架包括两相对的侧壁,每一侧壁的上端间隔对应设有若干卡口,所述风扇的上端凸设有两凸起,所述凸起卡合于对应的卡口。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一侧壁间隔设有大致呈圆形的通风口,每相邻两卡口分别设置于每一通风口的两侧。
7.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定支架还包括与所述侧壁垂直的两侧板,每一侧板的下端向所述固定支架外延伸一凸耳,利用螺钉穿过所述凸耳并锁入所述机壳,以将所述固定支架固定于所述机壳。
8.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:所述配合孔设置于每一侧壁靠近下端处,每一锁扣包括一抵顶于所述侧壁的抵板,所述卡扣自所述抵板的两侧垂直延伸而成。
9.如权利要求8所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一锁扣还包括一与所述抵板垂直的固定板,所述卡扣背离所述固定板,所述固定板设有一通孔,所述机壳凸设一对应所述通孔的凸柱,所述凸柱设有一螺孔,所述固定板通过所述通孔套设于所述凸柱,一紧固件旋合于所述螺孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一锁扣设有两卡扣,该两卡扣穿过固定支架的配合孔后分别卡入相邻两风扇的固定孔。
