本发明提供一种泛光灯支架结构，包括灯具主体、支架和连接件，所述支架底端有通孔，支架通过支撑轴安装在灯具主体上，所述连接件固定在灯具主体上，所述连接件为半圆形，连接件内侧有连接齿，所述支架底部有与连接件相对应的外齿型连接部，支架通过连接部上外齿与连接件连接。本发明通过设计一个半圆形内齿结构来对支架重新进行固定，避免了原来的泛光灯具因采用的螺丝紧固件固定支架与灯具，长时间下来会因螺丝松动，导致灯具角度发生偏离，影响照明效果的情况出现。且本专利安装时操作简单，可将灯具牢牢的固定于任意一角度，而不发生角度偏离，从而大大减少了泛光灯具维护的次数，提高了整个灯具的照明质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及节能照明灯具，特别涉及一种泛光灯支架结构。
背景技术
现有的泛光灯具支架多采用螺丝紧固件与灯具本身相连，安装时只需将支架调整至一定角度，再拧紧螺丝，然而这种固定方式固定起来即麻烦又欠牢靠，时间久了之后会因为螺丝松动而致使灯具的角度偏离原来的位置，从而影响整个灯具的照明效果。
发明内容
针对以上问题，本发明通过设计一个半圆形内齿结构来对支架重新进行固定，从而解决现有灯具支架容易松动会影响灯具照明效果的问题，为达此目的，本发明提供一种泛光灯支架结构，包括灯具主体、支架和连接件，所述支架底端有通孔，支架通过支撑轴安装在灯具主体上，所述连接件固定在灯具主体上，所述连接件为半圆形，连接件内侧有连接齿，所述支架底部有与连接件相对应的外齿型连接部，支架通过连接部上外齿与连接件连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述连接件有两伸出端，所述一个伸出端上有连接孔，另一个伸出端上有调节孔，所述连接孔内设置有固定轴，所述调节孔内设置有固定件，所述连接件通过固定轴和固定件固定在灯具主体上，为了便于安装调节，本发明所述连接件有两伸出端，一个伸出端上安装有固定轴，安装时只需通过固定轴将连接件一端固定，再将连接件另一端旋转至所需位置即可，所述连接件另一个伸出端上有调节孔，通过调节孔和固定件可对支架位置进行微调。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述灯具主体一侧设置有连接件，本发明在灯具主体一侧设置连接件，另一端通过螺丝紧固件进行固定即可，也可在灯具主体两侧均设置连接件，厂家可根据实际需要选择设置一个连接件还是设置两个连接件。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述调节孔为U型或半圆型，本发明通过调节孔和固定件可对支架位置进行微调，厂家可根据自身生产设备决定选择生产何种类型的调节孔。

以下结合附图和实施例对发明做详细的说明：
本发明通过设计一个半圆形内齿结构来对支架重新进行固定，从而解决现有灯具支架容易松动会影响灯具照明效果的问题。
本发明提供立体图如图1所示或侧视图如图3所示的一种泛光灯支架结构，包括灯具主体1、支架2和连接件3，所述连接件3如图4所示有两伸出端，所述一个伸出端上有连接孔3-2，另一个伸出端上有调节孔3-1，所述连接孔3-2内设置有固定轴5，所述调节孔3-1内设置有固定件6，所述连接件3通过固定轴5和固定件6固定在灯具主体1上，为了便于安装调节，本发明所述连接件3有两伸出端，一个伸出端上安装有固定轴5，安装时只需通过固定轴5将连接件3一端固定，再通过连接件3另一端旋转至所需位置即可，所述连接件3另一个伸出端上有调节孔3-1，通过调节孔3-1和固定件6可对支架2位置进行微调，所述调节孔3-1为U型或半圆型，本发明通过调节孔3-1和固定件6可对支架2位置进行微调，厂家可根据自身生产设备决定选择生产何种类型的调节孔3-1，所述支架2底端有通孔，支架2通过支撑轴4安装在灯具主体1上，所述连接件3固定在灯具主体1上，所述连接件3为半圆形，连接件3内侧有连接齿3-3，所述支架2有与连接件3相对应的外齿型连接部，支架2通过连接部2-1上外齿与连接件3连接，所述灯具主体1一侧设置有连接件3，本发明在灯具主体1一侧设置连接件3，另一端通过螺丝紧固件进行固定即可，也可在灯具主体1两侧均设置连接件3，厂家可根据实际需要选择设置一个连接件3还是设置两个连接件3。
本发明具体实施方式如下：
本发明实施时如图2所示只需先将支架2通过支撑轴4安装在灯具主体1两侧，再将具有半圆形内齿结构的连接件3一端用固定轴5固定在灯具主体1侧面，以这点作为转动轴旋转连接件3，再通过固定件6穿过半圆形内齿结构另一端的调节孔3-1，通过微调齿轮的间隙，将连接件3固定在灯具主体1侧面的螺孔上即可。
如需对位置再进行调节，只需松开固定件6，将半圆形内齿结构旋至另一侧，对支架2或者灯具主体1角度进行相应的调节，待调至所要求的位置之后，再将半圆形内齿结构旋至原位与支架2的连接部2-1的齿部相咬合（如有偏差可通过U形孔来微调），再拧紧固定件6即可，本发明所述支架2左右对称，连接部2-1上下对称，若发生损坏，只需将支架2上下交换后重新安装即可。

1.一种泛光灯支架结构，包括灯具主体（1）、支架（2）和连接件（3），所述支架（2）底端有通孔，支架（2）通过支撑轴（4）安装在灯具主体（1）上，其特征在于：所述连接件（3）固定在灯具主体（1）上，所述连接件（3）为半圆形，连接件（3）内侧有连接齿（3-3），所述支架（2）底部有与连接件（3）相对应的外齿型连接部（2-1），支架（2）通过连接部（2-1）上外齿与连接件（3）连接，所述连接件（3）有两伸出端，一个伸出端上有连接孔（3-2），另一个伸出端上有调节孔（3-1），所述连接孔（3-2）内设置有固定轴（5），所述调节孔（3-1）内设置有固定件（6），所述连接件（3）通过固定轴（5）和固定件（6）固定在灯具主体（1）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泛光灯支架结构，其特征在于：所述灯具主体（1）一侧设置有连接件（3）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种泛光灯支架结构，其特征在于：所述调节孔（3-1）为U型或半圆型。
