Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋，且尤其是用于在非常不规则的地势上舒适运动的运动鞋的改进，这种地势例如是山坡，尤其在下山时，山坡上带碎石、草根、树根或其它障碍物。
背景技术
按照通常方式，鞋包括安装在外底之上的鞋面。为了让使用者能够在走路中用适合其使用的类型的鞋子，对运动鞋进行选择显然是非常重要的。
但是显然，运动鞋尚有很多不足需要改进，这些不足是本发明想要克服的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种鞋，由于其底部内表面的尺寸，且由于该鞋底的体积和性质，脚可自由伸展，这种鞋可以作为散步鞋，也可以作为登山下山鞋或用在平坦处使用的鞋。事实上，由于这种鞋底，这种鞋具有连续接触性和运动的延续性。
一种鞋，包括设置在外底上的鞋面，鞋底具有一长度L，该鞋底在鞋跟支撑处的厚度H1c为该长度L的10%至20%，而在前脚处的厚度H1a为该长度L的5%至15%。

如上述的鞋，该曲线的抬起的前部的长度L4，该值占该鞋底的全部长度L的值的25%至40%。
如上述的鞋，其特征在于：该曲线的抬起的后部的长度L5，该值占该鞋底的全部长度L的值的15%至30%。
如上述的鞋，其特征在于：该前部的抬起高度H3的值为该抬起的前部的长度L4的30%至40%。
如上述的鞋，该后部的抬起高度H4的值小于该抬起的前部的抬起高度H3的值。
如上述的鞋，该鞋底的基本上平的中间部分从后部足跟的支撑点延伸至跖骨处的前部点。
本发明提供的鞋包括如下优点，
由于其底部内表面的尺寸，且由于该鞋底的体积和性质，脚可自由伸展，这种鞋可以作为散步鞋，也可以作为登山下山鞋或用在平坦处使用的鞋。事实上，由于这种鞋底，这种鞋具有连续接触性和运动的延续性。
同时本发明的鞋还具有保持足部自然姿态方面的优点。
显然可知，由于这种鞋底，本发明的鞋尤其能很好地适用于不规则的地势。
此外，由于其侧边的结构，该鞋底具有非常好的侧向稳定性，因而对震荡进行保护。
本发明的鞋，特征尤其在于鞋底（鞋底夹层）的长度、宽度、厚度和前后部的形状，鞋底的材料采用某些可变形类的（肖氏硬度和弹性），由鞋底进行侧加强且环绕鞋面，用于慢跑或在野外不平坦的地势中走路，也可在公路上慢跑或走路。此外，该鞋底的特征（防滑表面和与地接触的可变形）通过提供更好的倾斜地形以及各种积雪或潮湿地形的抓地性，来改善使用者的安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本发明的鞋以总的附图标记1表示，按照通常方式包括外底3和设置在外底3上的鞋面2。
该鞋面由鞋套4构成，使用者的脚保持在该鞋套内。因而该鞋面例如由柔性材料制成，具有与使用者的脚大致相同的形状，且包括保持件，例如鞋带。
根据一个特征，该鞋面2在该外底3之上，通过它的下部嵌入外底。显而易见该鞋面可通过各种已知的适合方式固定在鞋底上，例如通过粘接或其它方式，且通过该鞋面的下部被由鞋底向上延伸的壁构成的周围边5环绕该鞋面的下部进行保持。从另一方面来说，该鞋底包括呈中空向上的外形构成的中央槽6，该槽设计用于容纳该鞋面，所述槽被制出所述周围边5。
值得注意的是，沿横剖面该鞋面在与鞋底固定处的宽度为L1，而沿同样的横剖面，鞋底在其支撑于地面处的宽度为L2，该宽度L2大于鞋面的宽度L1。
因而，根据本发明的鞋的一个特征，鞋底在其支撑于地面处的宽度L2与宽度L1的值的比为系数K1，K1为1.5至1.8。
此外，鞋底的厚度H1a、H1b、H1c在20至55毫米之间，而鞋面嵌入鞋底内的高度H2在20毫米至30毫米之间。
此外，需要注意的是，根据一个附加特征，鞋底的侧壁7鼓起，以便接合高点7a和低点7b，如图4A、4B和4C所示。
另外，鞋底的下表面8包括基本上平的中间部分9，向前延伸为曲线的抬起的前部9a，且向后延伸为曲线的抬起的后部9b。
要注意的是该中间部分9的长度为L3，该值占鞋底的全部长度L的值的40%至70%。
要知道的是，曲线的抬起的前部9a的长度L4，它的值占鞋底的全部长度L的值的25%至40%，而曲线的抬起的后部9b的长度L5，它的值占鞋底3的全部长度L的值的15%至30%。
还要注意的是，抬起的前部9a的抬起高度H3的值为该抬起的前部9a的长度L4的30%至40%。
此外，要注意该基本上平的中间部分9从后部足跟的支撑点10延伸至跖骨处的前部点。
还要注意，抬起的后部9b的抬起高度H4的值小于该抬起的前部9a的抬起高度H3的值。
按照优选方式，鞋底为EVA（乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯）类的材料制成，因而肖氏硬度“D”例如为50至70。
至于鞋底的厚度，对于约为300毫米鞋底长度L的鞋，在鞋跟支撑处的厚度H1c在30毫米至55毫米之间，且前脚处的厚度H1a在20毫米至40毫米之间。这意味着厚度H1a为鞋底的全部长度L的5至15%，而厚度H1c为鞋底的全部长度L的10%至20%。
显然，本发明完全不限定于作为例子给出的所述实施方式，还包括各种等同技术以及它们的组合。

Claims (14)

1.鞋（1），包括设置在外底（3）上的鞋面（2），鞋底具有一长度（L），其特征在于：该鞋底在鞋跟支撑处的厚度（H1c）为该长度（L）的10%至20%，而在前脚处的厚度（H1a）为该长度（L）的5%至15%。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该鞋底的材料的肖氏硬度“D”为50至70。
3.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该鞋底为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯（EVA）制成。
4.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：沿横剖面该鞋底在其支撑于地面处的宽度（L2）大于该鞋面（2）的宽度（L1），且，该鞋底在其支撑于地面处的宽度（L2）与该鞋面（2）的宽度L1的值的比为系数K1，K1在1.5至1.8之间。
5.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该鞋面（2）在该外底（3）之上，通过它的下部嵌入外底，且通过该鞋面的下部被由鞋底向上延伸的壁构成的周围边（5）环绕该鞋面的下部进行保持，所述鞋底包括呈中空向上外形构成的中央槽（6），该中央槽设计用于容纳该鞋面，所述中央槽被制出所述周围边。
6.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该鞋底的厚度（H1）在20至50毫米之间，而该鞋面嵌入该鞋底内的高度（H2）在20至30毫米之间。
7.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该鞋底的侧壁（7）鼓起，以便接合高点（7a）和低点（7b）。
8.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该鞋底（3）的下表面（8）包括基本上平的中间部分（9），向前延伸为曲线的抬起的前部（9a），且向后延伸为曲线的抬起的后部（9b）。
9.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该中间部分（9）延伸一定长度（L3），该值占该鞋底的全部长度（L）的值的40至70%。
10.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该曲线的抬起的前部（9a）的长度（L4），该值占该鞋底的全部长度（L）的值的25%至40%。
11.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该曲线的抬起的后部（9b）的长度（L5），该值占该鞋底的全部长度（L）的值的15%至30%。
12.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该前部（9a）的抬起高度（H3）的值为该抬起的前部（9a）的长度（L4）的30%至40%。
13.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该后部（9b）的抬起高度（H4）的值小于该抬起的前部（9a）的抬起高度（H3）的值。
14.如上述权利要求之一所述的鞋（1），其特征在于：该鞋底的基本上平的中间部分（9）从后部足跟的支撑点（10）延伸至跖骨处的前部点。
