Abstract
本发明提供了一种油气藏裸眼井固井完井方法及其装置,属于油气藏完井工程领域。本发明的固井完井管柱,包括悬挂封隔器、组合套管串、底部机械封隔器和专用导向器;本发明的方法包括以下步骤,下入管柱、坐封封隔器、打开爆破阀、注水泥浆、候凝钻塞实现固井完井。本发明为油气藏裸眼井的固井完井提供了一种新方法和装置,尤其是为高温、高压、高酸性油气藏的钻完井提供了一种清洁、安全和经济的固井完井管柱及施工方法。其发明效果是:实现了耐温150℃,耐压差35MPa,提高固井完井施工效率10%,提高油气井的开发效果20%,延长油气井开采寿命5年~10年。
Description
一种油气藏裸眼井固井完井方法及装置
技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于油气藏固井完井工程领域,具体涉及一种油气藏裸眼井固井完井方法及装置。
背景技术
[0002] 随着钻完井技术的发展,为了最大程度地提高油气藏开发效果,油气藏水平井钻完井规模越来越大,尤其对于高温高压超深气藏大多采用水平裸眼完井,而传统的固井完井方法一般采用上部打水泥塞或化学凝胶塞、上部直井段通过下套管注水泥固井完井,下部水平段采取裸眼完井。这种固井完井方法能够支撑套管重量,可以防止气体上窜,但凝胶塞强度偏低,套管鞋进入凝胶易造成憋泵的风险。同时,上部和下部采用的方法都有可能对储层造成污染,影响完井后期生产效果,另外,固井之后,扫塞工作量大、工期长;且钻塞难于控制,存在出现新井眼和卡钻的风险,而且,对于高酸性气藏技术套管没有实现封隔,固井水泥环将受硫化氢气体的腐蚀,不但影响固井水泥环的寿命,而且直接影响油气井的生产,并给油气井后期开发带来严重的安全隐患。

[0004] 申请号为200710147466的专利申请中公开了一种用于石油完井作业的油气井固井完井方法,通过以下步骤来实现:在欠平衡钻井作业完成后,根据所测量油气层的位置和预定的层间封隔方案,在完井管柱上配置一定数量和合适类型的封隔器;通过井下控制阀或其它不压井起下钻装置,卡准油气层位置,下入完井管柱;当完井管柱下到预定的位置后,座封封隔器或水泥浆充填长胶筒封隔器,即可在欠平衡的条件下对油气层和非油气层实现层间封隔;最后对准油气层射孔,使井眼与油气层连通,进行开采或实施强化开采措施。但该固完井方法是针对全井眼下入套管、产层段采用套管射孔或筛管完井的方式,不适于产层裸眼完井的方式。
[0005] 专利号为200720025173的专利中公开了一种裸眼井注水泥完井管柱,其包括固井机构、裸眼封机构、桥封机构和密封插头,所述固井机构依次与裸眼封机构、桥封机构和替浆、酸化、充填防砂机构相连接,密封插头与固井机构上端相连接。但该完井管柱用于底部产层防砂完井;不能及时建立裸眼段上部桥封,增加了固完井时间。
[0006] 因此,现在还没有一种有效的方法既能满足裸眼井固井完井的需求,又能够实现封隔产层、保护油气储层不受污染、确保后期清洁开采,又能保证固井质量、延长油气井的开采寿命,同时又能够缩短工期、节约固井完井成本。
发明内容
[0007] 本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的难题,提供一种油气藏裸眼井固井完井方法及装置,尤其针对高温、高压、高酸性油气藏的钻完井,实现油气藏裸眼井的清洁、 安全和经济的固井完井。
[0008] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:[0009] 一种油气藏裸眼井固井完井装置,所述装置包括表层套管2和固井完井管柱,其特征在于:
[0010] 所述固井完井管柱悬挂在表层套管2的下方,其包括悬挂封隔器1、组合套管串3、 底部机械封隔器和专用导向器;
[0011] 所述组合套管串3通过上部套有的悬挂封隔器1悬挂在所述表层套管2的下方, 在所述组合套管串3的下部套有底部机械封隔器,在所述组合套管串3的底部装有专用导向器;
[0012] 所述底部机械封隔器为管外封隔器7,所述专用导向器为专用套管鞋9。
[0013] 本发明的固井完井管柱根据不同的单井要求有两种设计,一种是:所述组合套管串3从上至下依次包括普通套管和合金套管(合金套管是一种具有防腐抗硫的不同长度的防腐抗硫套管);
[0014] 所述普通套管设置在垂直井段,所述合金套管设置在裸眼井的倾斜段及水平段;
[0015] 所述组合套管3的各个套管之间通过丝扣连接;
[0016] 在所述普通套管的下端通过丝扣连接有浮箍4,在所述浮箍4下方依次通过丝扣连接有第一合金套管8、定压爆破阀5以及扶正定位器10 ;在所述扶正定位器10的下端通过丝扣连接所述管外封隔器7 ;在所述管外封隔器7的下端通过丝扣连接有第二合金套管, 在所述第二合金套管的底部装有所述专用套管鞋9。

[0018] 所述普通套管设置在垂直井段,所述合金套管8设置在裸眼井的倾斜段;
[0019] 在所述普通套管的下部通过丝扣连接有浮箍4,在所述浮箍4的下方依次通过丝扣连接合金套管8和定压爆破阀5 ;在所述合金套管8的下部通过丝扣连接所述管外封隔器7 ;在所述合金套管8的底部通过丝扣连接所述专用套管鞋9。
[0020] 具体来说,所述专用套管鞋9采用整体结构设计,为一端封闭的套筒结构。所述专用套管鞋9的开口端通过套管鞋密封主体11与所述组合套管串的底部配合连接;
[0021] 所述专用套管鞋9的封闭端的外表面设有外导向面14,所述外导向面14的纵截面为圆弧曲线或一定倾角(15° -120° )的楔型。外导向面14主要在管柱下入时起导向作用。
[0022] 所述专用套管鞋9内部设有“喇叭口”形的内导向面12,所述“喇叭口”的开口方向朝向封闭端,在所述内导向面12的大口径端设有应力槽13。内导向面12为完井后期修井作业等管柱的起下起导向作用;当固完井钻塞时,应力槽13便于套管鞋9底部封闭端在应力槽13处被顺利钻除。

[0024] (1)井眼准备:按照固井施工要求做好井眼先期准备;
[0025] (2)下固井完井管柱作业:配接裸眼井固井完井管柱然后将其下入设计位置;
[0026] (3)设备及相关施工方准备,坐卡坐封封隔器,并打开水泥注入阀;
[0027] (4)注水泥浆、侯凝、测试完成固井;下入钻具钻塞,打开产层通道;
[0028] (5)投产。
[0029] 其中,所述步骤(1)包括:[0030] (11)在井斜方位角变化率大的井段及小井眼跟部100米处用相应组合钻具进行通井划眼;

[0038] (1)所述固井完井管柱的底部安装了管外封隔器7,可以实现永久坐封,并封隔套管及裸眼环空,隔绝产层介质对注水泥过程的影响,保护固井水泥环不受产层介质以及后期储层改造液体对水泥环的损伤及腐蚀,保证了固井质量,延长了水泥环的寿命、进而延长了油气井的开采寿命;本发明的固经完井管柱在隔绝产层的同时实现了储层保护,确保了油气井后期的开发效果;
[0039] (2)固井完井管柱中的定压爆破阀5既为套管提供了灌注水泥浆和平稳下入的密闭腔,也为组合套管串3下入到设计位置后封隔器的液压坐挂封隔提供了保障;定压爆破阀5采用了爆破打开的独特设计方式,简化了水泥注入通道的开启方式,降低了操作风险, 为水泥注入环空建立了有效通道。
[0040] (3)固井完井管柱中的专用套管鞋9既保证了组合套管串3中灌浆的平稳下入,同时也为封隔器坐封起到了密闭作用;其下端外导向面14的圆弧曲线设计或一定倾角的楔型,以及内部的“喇叭口”形内导向面12的设计,一同构成了导鞋内外“V”型的结构为内外管串及工具的起下起到了“外穿内引”的作用,不仅有助于固井完井管柱的顺利下入,同时也为后期开采过程中修井作业提供了导向作用。其内部应力槽的设计保证了套管鞋能够被安全快捷钻除;
[0041] (4)固井完井管柱采用组合套管串3上部安装悬挂封隔器1 ;组合套管串3下端采用管外封隔器7封隔;在固井完井管柱下部采用专用扶正定位器10支撑,管外封隔器7的最大回转外型尺寸与不同裸眼井眼内径的合理匹配设计使管柱具备多级防下滑安全功能。
[0042] (5)本发明中所涉及的主要完井工具在巧妙机构设计的基础上进行了制造材质的优化设计,如针对高温、高压、高酸性气藏,定压爆破阀5、管外封隔器7、扶正定位器10和合金套管的材料选用了 Incoloy或Inconel高级高含镍成份合金钢材,这类材料具有特殊的奥氏体组织和面心立方晶格结构,不仅具备了完井工具所要求的优秀的机械性能指标,而且还兼具了高抗温、高抗压及高防硫化氢腐蚀能力。提高了针对复杂油气藏固井完井技术的方法的适应性,为该类油藏的开采提供了最有效的科学的完井方式。

[0064] 图1、图2均可用于水平井裸眼固井完井,但这种裸眼井垂直裸眼段直径大于下部水平裸眼段直径,根据不同的单井要求可以将所述管外封隔器7安装在水平裸眼段即图1 所示的方式,也可将所述管外封隔器7安装在垂直裸眼段底部即图2所述的方式。图2中, 由于管外封隔器7是安装在垂直裸眼段底部即大井眼至小井眼的过渡处的,所以不需要图 1中的扶正定位器10来扶正限位的。与图1相比,图2中的浮箍4和定压爆破阀5在管柱中的相对位置及上下连接关系均没有发生变化,只是在井眼中的绝对安装位置均上移了一定的距离。
[0065] 具体来说,如图3所示,所述专用套管鞋9采用整体结构设计,为一端封闭的套筒结构。所述专用套管鞋9的开口端通过套管鞋密封主体11与所述组合套管串的底部配合连接,起密封作用。

[0081] 本发明的主要原理是在裸眼直井段中下入普通套管固井。上部采用悬挂封隔器1 悬挂于表层套管2下方,下端采用管外封隔器7封堵在直井裸眼段底部,液压依次坐挂悬挂封隔器1和管外封隔器7,封隔产层防止气顶,提高压力打开上部专用阀,正常挤注水泥固井,候凝之后钻除尾塞建立生产通道。

Claims (9)
1.一种油气藏裸眼井固井完井装置,所述装置包括表层套管(¾和固井完井管柱,其特征在于:所述固井完井管柱悬挂在所述表层套管O)的下方,其包括悬挂封隔器(1)、组合套管串(3)、底部机械封隔器和专用导向器;所述组合套管串C3)通过上部安装的的悬挂封隔器(1)悬挂在所述表层套管(¾的下方,在所述组合套管串(¾的下部安装的底部机械封隔器,在所述组合套管串C3)的底部装有专用导向器;所述底部机械封隔器为管外封隔器(7),所述专用导向器为专用套管鞋(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油气藏裸眼井固井完井装置,其特征在于:所述组合套管串(¾从上至下依次包括普通套管和合金套管;所述普通套管设置在垂直井段,所述合金套管设置在裸眼井的倾斜段及水平段;所述组合套管(3)的各个套管之间通过丝扣连接;在所述普通套管的下端通过丝扣连接有浮箍G),在所述浮箍(4)下方依次通过丝扣连接有第一合金套管(8)、定压爆破阀(5)以及扶正定位器(10);在所述扶正定位器(10) 的下端通过丝扣连接所述管外封隔器(7);在所述管外封隔器(7)的下端通过丝扣连接有第二合金套管,在所述第二合金套管的底部装有所述专用套管鞋(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油气藏裸眼井固井完井装置,其特征在于:所述组合套管串(¾从上至下依次包括普通套管和合金套管(8);所述普通套管设置在垂直井段,所述合金套管(8)设置在裸眼井的倾斜段;在所述普通套管的下部通过丝扣连接有浮箍G),在所述浮箍的下方依次通过丝扣连接合金套管(8)和定压爆破阀(5);在所述合金套管(8)的下部通过丝扣连接所述管外封隔器(7);在所述合金套管(8)的底部通过丝扣连接所述专用套管鞋(9)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的油气藏裸眼井固井完井装置,其特征在于:所述专用套管鞋(9)采用整体结构设计,为一端封闭的套筒结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的油气藏裸眼井固井完井装置,其特征在于:所述专用套管鞋(9)的开口端通过套管鞋密封主体(11)与所述组合套管串的底部配合连接;所述专用套管鞋(9)的封闭端的外表面设有外导向面(14),所述外导向面(14)的纵截面为圆弧曲线或楔型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的油气藏裸眼井固井完井装置,其特征在于:所述专用套管鞋 (9)内部设有“喇叭口”形的内导向面(12),所述“喇叭口”的开口方向朝向封闭端,在所述内导向面(12)的大口径端设有应力槽(13)。
7.应用权利要求2或3所述的固井完井管柱的油气藏裸眼井固井完井方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)井眼准备:按照固井施工要求做好井眼先期准备;(2)下固井完井管柱作业:配接裸眼井固井完井管柱然后将其下入设计位置;(3)设备及相关施工方准备,坐卡坐封封隔器,并打开水泥注入阀;(4)注水泥浆、侯凝、测试完成固井;下入钻具钻塞,打开产层通道;(5)投产。
