本发明涉及一种治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的中药配方。
背景技术
慢性肾盂肾炎的肾盂呈轻度扩张或杵核，并可有瘢痕性畸形，是导致慢性肾功能不全的重要原因。主要表现为全身不适、头痛、乏力、食欲减退，有时恶心、呕吐。临床表现复杂，容易反复发作。晚期可因肾功能损害而出现头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐等尿毒症症状，因此应及时治疗。市场上有多种治疗药物及方法，但疗效甚微，现在介绍一种简单、高效的中药配方。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对上述谈到的缺陷提供一种活血化瘀，清热解毒的治疗方法。
本发明的目的是通过下述方案实现的：
桃仁4g-12g、大黄4g-12g、桂枝4g-12g、甘草4g-12g、芒硝4g-12g、茯苓4g-12g、泽泻4g-12g、白术4g-12g、黄芪15g-30g，上述药物先用适量水浸泡30分钟，再煎30分钟，头2煎混匀，分2次服，每日1剂，10日为一疗程。
药理作用：
桃仁：活血祛瘀，润肠通便
大黄：泻热毒，破积滞，行瘀血
桂枝：发汗解肌，温通经脉
甘草：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药
芒硝：泻热，润燥，软坚
茯苓：利水渗湿，健脾和胃，宁心安神
泽泻：利水，渗湿，泄热
白术：补中益气，健脾益肺
黄芪：补中益气，止汗，利水消肿，除毒生肌
具体实施方式
药方组成：桃仁9g、大黄12g、桂枝6g、甘草6g、芒硝6g、茯苓5g、泽泻5g、白术5g、黄芪30g，上述药物先用适量水浸泡30分钟，再煎30分钟，头2煎混匀，分2次服，每日1剂，10日为一疗程。
典型病例
高某，慢性肾盂肾炎，全身不适、头痛、乏力、食欲减退，有时恶心、呕吐。服用多种药物疗效差。前来就诊，服用上述方剂10剂，头痛、乏力、食欲减退明显减轻，继续服用上述方剂1月后，慢性肾盂肾炎治愈。

1.一种治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的中药配方，其配方是：桃仁4g-12g、大黄4g-12g、桂枝4g-12g、甘草4g-12g、芒硝4g-12g、茯苓4g-12g、泽泻4g-12g、白术4g-12g、黄芪15g-30g，上述药物先用适量水浸泡30分钟，再煎30分钟，头2煎混匀，分2次服，每日1剂，10日为一疗程。
