技术领域
本发明涉及用于通过紧固件来自动连接两个工件的装置和方法,所述装置具有用于接收所述紧固件的料盒。
此类装置用于机动车生产中,例如用于包括将主体与底座用螺栓连接在一起的“合并”操作中。下文将基于这一典型应用来描述本发明,但并不限于该应用。相反,本发明可用于通过紧固件来自动连接两个工件的所有领域中。
背景技术
为了用螺栓进行连接,通常在栓接台中使用延长轴。在安装设备时,工人会预先将螺栓插入延长轴中。但是,由于该过程必须为每个栓接点提供具有延长轴的托板,因此托板的成本较高。由于在合并系统中延长轴的总数会随着托板数量的提高而提高,因此整体系统的成本也会随之提高。由于混合类型的操作中要用到不同的螺栓,因此托板的复杂性也随之增加。托板复杂性的提高可能转而导致必须要使用具有运输和托板存储构件的托板转换系统。其他运载工具类型还必须要使用新的托板,这也会产生相应成本并且耗费时间。
根据替代性现有技术,安装设备的工人会将螺栓拧入具有螺纹孔的固定“托板座”中。在栓接台中,机械工具会依次拧开所述螺栓并将其插入主体中。此时,安装设备的工人需要再次将螺栓拧入托板座中,这一重复性工作也相对耗时。此外,机械工具需要再次从托板座中拧开螺栓,而这也占用了一定程度的循环时间。
发明内容
本发明的目标是改进用于自动连接两个工件的装置和方法,从而降低提供紧固件的人员和其他成本。
该目标是根据本发明通过提供紧固件座来针对根据前言的装置设立的,其中所述紧固件座的下侧可与料盒的上侧连接,所述紧固件座包含用于插入紧固件的开口,且所述开口的下端可以进行封堵和打开。
通过该装置,只需要将紧固件插入紧固件座的开口中,然后通过打开开口将它们移入料盒中即可。与现有技术相比,本发明具有多种优点,具体体现在以下方面:
●由于所有紧固件都可以在一次操作中全部转移,因此在将紧固件拧入底座和从底座拧开时所需的循环时间更短,
●在设备移动到相应的栓接位置的同时螺栓也会得到整理,因此能够进一步缩短循环时间,
●托板的复杂性得到降低且托板上的延长轴是多余的,因此灵活性提高且成本降低,
●紧固件座可置于托板上或栓接台处,从而提高灵活性并降低成本,以及
●该装置可用于连接两个随意放置的工件。
根据本发明,紧固件可为螺钉、螺栓、销、螺母或铆钉。
根据本发明的优选实施例,为了将紧固件座连接到料盒,料盒中设有对应于紧固件座中的中心开口的销。
将紧固件座连接到料盒的替代性方法可包括在紧固件座上设置对用于料盒中的中心开口的销。
提供用于自动向紧固件座供应紧固件的构件是在本发明的范围内的。
所述底座不仅可以手动供应,也可以自动供应,而自动供应可提高灵活性并降低单位成本。
本发明的范围还包括用于通过紧固件自动连接两个工件的方法,所述方法涉及以下步骤:
●将紧固件插入紧固件座中,为了插入紧固件,所述紧固件座具有下端可以封堵和打开的开口,
●将紧固件座连接到用于接收紧固件的料盒,
●打开紧固件座中的开口,从而将紧固件移入料盒中。
本发明的改进包括以下额外步骤:
●在料盒中固定和安置紧固件。

具体实施方式
从图1a中可以明显看出,根据本发明的装置具有用于接收紧固件的可旋转料盒1,所述料盒下方设有螺旋轴2。后者可在任何时间与料盒1中的开口3对准。图1a中还显示了提升装置4和紧固(这里为栓接)工具5。在此处显示的实例中,料盒1具有用于在其中接收、固定和安置紧固件6(这里为螺栓)的四个开口3。
该图中还显示了可连接到料盒1的紧固件座7。在该实例中,紧固件座7通过料盒1中的销8连接到料盒1。销8与紧固件座7中的中心开口9配合。紧固件座7的开口10的数量优选与料盒1的相同。
图2a至图2c显示了所涉及的单个步骤。从图2a和图2b中可以明显看出,紧固件6(这里为螺栓)手动或自动插入紧固件座7的开口10中。首先,对紧固件座7中的开口10的底部进行封堵。
如图2c所示,紧固件座7的开口随后在紧固件7的底部打开,从而让紧固件6滑入料盒1中并在其中得到固定和安置。在设备移动到相应的栓接位置时,紧固件6得到整理并供应给栓接工具5,所述栓接工具随后执行相应的螺栓连接操作。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于通过紧固件(6)来自动连接两个工件的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
将所述紧固件(6)插入紧固件座(7)中,为了插入所述紧固件(6),所述紧固件座(7)具有下端可以封堵和打开的开口(10),
将所述紧固件座(7)直接连接到与所述紧固件座(7)具有相同数量开口的用于接收所述紧固件(6)的可旋转料盒(1),栓接工具(5)的螺旋轴(2)可以在任何时间与所述料盒(1)的开口(3)对准,
打开所述紧固件座(7)中的所述开口(10),从而将所述紧固件(6)移入所述料盒(1)中,
在所述料盒(1)中固定和安置所述紧固件(6),
在设备移动到相应的栓接位置时,整理所述紧固件(6),并且,
向所述栓接工具(5)供应所述紧固件(6),所述栓接工具(5)随后执行相应的螺栓连接操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述紧固件(6)为螺钉、螺栓、销、螺母或铆钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:为了将所述紧固件座(7)连接到所述料盒(1),所述料盒(1)中设有对应于所述紧固件座(7)中的中心开口(9)的销(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:为了将所述紧固件座(7)连接到所述料盒(1),所述紧固件座(7)中设有对应于所述料盒(1)中的中心开口(9)的销(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:提供自动向所述紧固件座(7)供应紧固件。
