Abstract

本发明属于一种将通信光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆等附加电缆与高压电力电缆融合的电缆,确切的说是一种多缆复合型高压电力电缆。现在的广泛应用的电缆,如电力电缆、光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆,只完成自身功能,效能单一。若共同敷设又多增加使用空间。虽经改进,出现一些多网融合电缆,只是将光纤或输电导体与电力电缆合并使用,并未完全达到电力输电电缆、光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆同时应用的效果,而且,当高压电缆与其它电缆一并应用时,高压电力电缆运行产生的热量将传递给其它附加电缆,并影响其它电缆的数据信号的正常传输。本发明目的在于提供一种多缆复合型高压电力电缆,其特征是将高压电力电缆与光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆等附加电缆合并在一条电缆内,并由隔热护套间隔,同时应用,以解决现有问题。本发明效用高、占地小、施工方便,适合多网合一的模式,有效的将电力输送、智能电网、互联网、有线电视、电话线路集合为一体。

多缆复合型高压电力电缆
技术领域
本发明属于一种将通信光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆等附加电缆与高压电力电缆融合使用的电缆,确切的说是一种多缆复合型高压电力电缆。 
背景技术
现在的广泛应用的电缆,如电力电缆、光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆,只完成自身功能,效能单一。若共同敷设又多增加使用空间。虽经改进,出现一些多网融合电缆,如中国专利CN01240043.2复合型电力传输导线、CN01249914.5室内外光纤复合电力线,只将光纤或输电导体与电力电缆合并使用,并未完全达到电力输电电缆、光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆等多种电缆同时应用的效果。而且,当高压电缆与其它电缆一并应用时,高压电力电缆运行产生的热量将传递给其它附加电缆,并影响其它电缆的数据信号的正常传输。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种多缆复合型高压电力电缆,其特征是将高压电力电缆与光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆等附加电缆合并在一条电缆内应用,高压电力电缆与附加电缆之间有隔热护套阻隔,以解决上述问题。本发明目的由以下方法实现 
高压电力电缆由带气孔的隔热护套包裹,并与附加电缆由外护套、保护层、内护套包裹于一条电缆内,组成多缆复合型高压电力电缆。附加电缆可以是光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆,也可以是任意一种或几种电缆。 
由于采用了上述方案,使得本发明在使用中完全达到高压电力电缆与光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆等附加电缆同时应用的效果,节约了电缆敷设空间,同时附加电缆与高压电力电缆由隔热护套阻隔,不会因为高压电缆运行产生的热量而影响数据信号传输。

具体实施方式
高压电力电缆1由带气孔8的隔热护套5包裹,并与附加电缆6由外护套2、保护层3、内护套4包裹于一条电缆内,组成多缆复合型高压电力电缆。电缆之间的空隙是充填间隙7,用于填充隔热、阻水材料。隔热护套5由隔热耐高温的有 机发泡材料或无机隔热耐高温材料,以及二者混合的复合材料制成。外护套2和内护套4可由标准电力电缆护套材料制成。保护层3可为高强度钢丝、高强度钢带、高强度工程塑料、高强度纤维树脂复合材料构成。附加电缆可为光缆、射频电缆、通信(电话)电缆、控制电缆的任意一种或几种电缆。本发明在使用中达到高压电力电缆1与附加电缆6同时应用的效果,节约了电缆敷设空间,同时附加电缆6与高压电力电缆1由隔热护套5阻隔,不会因为高压电力电缆1运行产生的热量而影响数据信号传输。 

Claims (2)

1.多缆复合型高压电力电缆,其特征是:高压电力电缆由带气孔的隔热护套包裹,并与附加电缆由外护套、保护层、内护套包裹于一条电缆内,组成多缆复合型高压电力电缆;
隔热护套内的间隙及隔热护套和内护套之间的间隙充填隔热、阻水材料;
隔热护套由隔热耐高温的有机发泡材料或无机隔热耐高温材料,以及二者混合的复合材料制成;外护套和内护套由标准电力电缆护套材料制成;保护层为高强度钢丝、高强度钢带、高强度工程塑料、高强度纤维树脂复合材料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多缆复合型高压电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的附加电缆为光缆、射频电缆、电话电缆、控制电缆的任意一种或几种电缆。
