Abstract

一种风扇,包括外壳、固定于外壳内部的扇叶、带动扇叶转动的电机、导线以及开关,所述电机通过电源导线接收工作电源,所述开关设置于所述外壳的底面且连接于电源导线,用于连通或断开所述电源导线。上述风扇被工作人员拿出时即断电停止工作,增加了所述风扇的安全性。

本发明涉及一种风扇。
背景技术
在服务器系统设计以及测试中,常会用到免螺丝风扇,这些风扇不需要螺丝刀即可拆装。但在带来方便的同时也产生了一些安全隐患,例如在服务器系统尚在运行时,若有人想取出风扇时,高速运转的风扇往往可能对人造成伤害。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种安全性高的风扇。
一种风扇,包括外壳、固定于外壳内部的扇叶、带动扇叶转动的电机、电源导线及一开关,所述电机通过电源导线接收工作电源,所述开关设置于所述外壳的底面且连接于电源导线,用于连通或断开所述电源导线。
上述风扇通过在其外壳的底部设置开关使得当风扇被工作人员拿出时即断电停止工作,极大的增加了所述风扇的安全性,避免了工作人员由于误操作而带来的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
请参考图1至图3,本发明风扇1的较佳实施方式包括一外壳10、扇叶12、一电机13、导线束15、一连接器18及一开关20。所述外壳10、扇叶12及电机13与现有风扇相同,在此不再赘述。所述电机13通过导线束15及连接器18与服务器的主板50相连,以接收来自服务器的电源及控制信号得以工作。
所述开关20固定于外壳10的底面,其包括一弹片22及一导片25。所述导线束15中的电源导线包括第一导线152及一第二导线155。所述弹片22的第一端与所述第一导线152的第一端相连,所述导片25的第一端与所述第二导线155的第一端相连,所述第一导线152的第二端与所述连接器18相连,所述第二导线155的第二端与所述电机13相连。所述弹片22的第二端则用于与所述导片25的第二端接触或分离。
使用时,当电扇1放置于服务器内时,所述外壳10的底面与服务器相接触,整个风扇1自身的重量将使得弹片22变形以将其第二端与导片25相接触,此时即相当于所述第一导线152与第二导线155相连通。当连接器18与主板50上的连接器相连时,主板50上的电源即传输给风扇1,从而使得风扇1开始工作。
当工作人员将风扇1拿出时,所述弹片22的第二端将与导片25的第二端相分离,使得第一导线152与第二导线155断开,即使得电源线断开。此时即使风扇1的连接器18仍然与主板50相连,所述风扇1仍然不能接收来自主板50的电源,所述风扇1即停止工作。
上述风扇1通过在其外壳的底部设置开关20使得当风扇1被工作人员拿出时即断电停止工作,极大的增加了所述风扇1的安全性,避免了工作人员由于误操作而带来的安全隐患。

Claims (2)

1.一种风扇,包括外壳、固定于外壳内部的扇叶、带动扇叶转动的电机及电源导线,所述电机通过电源导线接收工作电源,其特征在于:所述风扇还包括一开关,所述开关设置于所述外壳的底面且连接于电源导线,用于连通或断开所述电源导线。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述开关包括一弹片及一导片,所述电源导线包括第一导线及第二导线,所述弹片的第一端与所述第一导线的第一端相连,所述导片的第一端与所述第二导线的第一端相连,所述第一导线的第二端与一连接器相连,所述第二导线的第二端与所述电机相连,所述弹片的第二端则用于与所述导片的第二端接触或分离。
