技术领域
本发明涉及自动扶梯的梯级链轮。
背景技术
普通的自动扶梯,采用的梯级链轮的直径一般为683mm,由于链轮直径较小,这样梯级链轮与其上啮合的梯级链条的接触面积较小,则链条上所受驱动力也较小,容易导致梯级踏板传动不稳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供自动扶梯上大直径的梯级链轮。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:自动扶梯的梯级链轮,所述梯级链轮上配合有梯级链条,所述梯级链轮的直径采用894.58mm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:采用大直径的梯级链轮,使得梯级链轮与梯级链条的接触面积增大,从而增大梯级链条的受力,稳定梯级踏板的传动。

参见图1所示,自动扶梯的梯级链轮1,梯级链轮1上配合有梯级链条2,梯级链轮1的直径采用894.58mm。采用大直径的梯级链轮,使得梯级链轮1与梯级链条2的接触面积增大,从而增大梯级链条2的受力,稳定梯级踏板的传动。
