Abstract
本发明涉及一种纸张扯断装置，包括胶辊（1）、扯断胶辊（2）、扯断辊轴（3）、两个扯断辊轴法兰（4）、扯断辊轴同步轮（8）、胶辊齿轮（9）及两个墙板（10）；扯断辊轴（3）两端穿过扯断法兰（4）安装在墙板（10）上，扯断辊轴（3）的其中一端穿过墙板（10）后与扯断辊轴同步轮（8）相连；扯断胶辊（2）安装于扯断辊轴法兰（4）上并与扯断辊轴（3）之间留有间隙；胶辊（1）安装在墙板（10）上，位于扯断胶辊（2）的下方，两者之间留有间隙，胶辊（1）的其中一端通过穿过墙板（10）与胶辊齿轮（9）相连。本发明可很方便的扯断剌孔后的纸张，且尺寸准确无误，适用于各种规格纸张，可提高纸袋生产的成品率，大大降低了损耗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于生产尖底纸袋的纸袋机的纸张扯断装置，属于包装设备技术领域。
背景技术
现有的纸袋机生产纸袋时剌孔后多采用凸轮扯断纸张，使用凸轮扯断纸张时，由于凸轮曲线易产生加速度，造成了纸张在扯断的情况下受力不均，纸张容易上下窜动，无法平稳的进入输送辊，从而使纸张在折底前难以做到与折底完全同步，造成加工的纸袋尺寸有误差，影响了产品的质量。同时凸轮扯断时凸轮无法适应高速运转，生产效率无法提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术使用凸轮扯断纸张产生的缺陷，提供一种用于纸张扯断装置，以提高纸袋生产时的稳定性，避免了因此所产生的报废问题。
本发明所述纸张扯断装置，包括胶辊、扯断胶辊、扯断辊轴、两个扯断辊轴法兰、扯断辊轴同步轮、胶辊齿轮及两个墙板；扯断辊轴两端穿过扯断法兰安装在墙板上，扯断辊轴的其中一端穿过墙板后与扯断辊轴同步轮相连；扯断胶辊安装于扯断辊轴法兰上并与扯断辊轴之间留有间隙；胶辊安装在墙板上，位于扯断胶辊的下方，两者之间留有间隙，胶辊的其中一端通过穿过墙板与胶辊齿轮相连。
作为进一步的技术改进，本发明还包括两套用于调节胶辊和扯断胶辊之间间隙的调节装置，每套调节装置均由滑轨、滑块、调节手轮和螺杆组成，在墙板上加工出滑轨，滑块沿滑轨上下滑动，螺杆与墙板螺纹连接，其一端与调节手轮相连，另一端穿过墙板与滑块相接；扯断胶辊轴的两端分别与两套调节装置的滑块相连。
本发明专利的有益效果是，纸张在扯断的情况下受力均匀，可以确保纸袋生产时的稳定性，使纸袋设备的生产范围扩大。从而提高了产品质量及设备的稳定性，大大降低了损耗。

为让本发明的上述和其它目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂，下文特举较佳实施例，并配合附图，作详细说明如下。
本发明所述的纸张扯断装置应用于纸袋机的纸张扯断工序。
如图1所示，本发明包括胶辊1、扯断胶辊2、扯断辊轴3、两个扯断辊轴法兰4、扯断辊轴同步轮8、胶辊齿轮9、两个墙板10以两套调节装置；扯断辊轴3两端穿过扯断法兰4后通调节装置的滑块5安装在墙板10上，扯断辊轴3的其中一端穿过墙板10后与扯断辊轴同步轮8相连；扯断胶辊2安装于扯断辊轴法兰4上并与扯断辊轴3之间留有间隙；胶辊1安装在墙板10上，位于扯断胶辊2的下方，两者之间留有间隙，胶辊1的其中一端通过穿过墙板10与胶辊齿轮9相连。
用于调节胶辊和扯断胶辊2之间间隙的调节装置由滑轨11、滑块5、调节手轮6和螺杆7组成，在墙板10上加工出滑轨11，滑块5沿滑轨11上下滑动，螺杆7与墙板10螺纹连接，其一端与调节手轮6相连，另一端穿过墙板10与滑块5相接；扯断胶辊轴3的两端分别与两套调节装置的滑块5相连。
本发明的工作原理如下：伺服电机驱动扯断辊轴同步轮8使扯断胶辊2转动，胶辊1经胶辊齿轮9由纸袋机的主传动驱动，二者的线速度不等，相互间为差动运动。扯断胶辊2转速由纸袋长度决定，胶辊1的转速是恒定的。工作时，扯断胶辊2在随扯断辊轴法兰4围绕扯断辊轴3轴心线转动的同时进行自转，纸张沿胶辊1的表面运动。当扯断辊轴3每转一圈时，由于扯断辊轴法兰4偏心距大于胶辊1的半径，所以产生的线速度大于胶辊1的线速度。因此就产生了对纸的拉力，从而拉断纸张。
需要调节扯断胶辊2和胶辊1之间的间隙时，转动调节手轮6通过螺杆7使滑块5在墙板10的滑轨上下移动，以调节扯断胶辊2和胶辊1之间的压力，保证纸张可顺利扯断。
本发明所述具体实施案例仅为本发明的较佳实施案例而已，并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。即凡依本发明的内容所作的等效变化与修饰，都应作为本发明的技术范畴。
Claims (2)
1.一种纸张扯断装置，其特征在于包括胶辊（1）、扯断胶辊（2）、扯断辊轴（3）、两个扯断辊轴法兰（4）、扯断辊轴同步轮（8）、胶辊齿轮（9）及两个墙板（10）；扯断辊轴（3）两端穿过扯断辊轴法兰（4）安装在墙板（10）上，扯断辊轴（3）的其中一端穿过墙板（10）后与扯断辊轴同步轮（8）相连；扯断胶辊（2）安装于扯断辊轴法兰（4）上并与扯断辊轴（3）之间留有间隙；胶辊（1）安装在墙板（10）上，位于扯断胶辊（2）的下方，两者之间留有间隙，胶辊（1）的其中一端通过穿过墙板（10）与胶辊齿轮（9）相连；前述扯断辊轴法兰（4）偏心距大于胶辊（1）的半径，前述偏心距是指扯断辊轴（3）的轴线与扯断胶辊（2）轴线之间的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的纸张扯断装置，其特征在于还包括两套用于调节胶辊和扯断胶辊之间间隙的调节装置，每套调节装置均由滑轨（11）、滑块（5）、调节手轮（6）和螺杆（7）组成；在墙板（10）设有与滑块（5）相配合的滑轨（11），滑块（5）沿滑轨（11）上下滑动，螺杆（7）与墙板（10）螺纹连接，其一端与调节手轮（6）相连，另一端穿过墙板（10）与滑块（5）相接；扯断辊轴（3）的两端分别与两套调节装置的滑块（5）相连。
