Abstract

本发明在气缸体内设计了旋转配气阀,缸壁按阀体旋转方向开有排气和进气口通过配气阀的通道与气缸有序相通,活塞外圆柱面有连续两周期的正弦或近似正弦曲线球滚道,在气缸体上以活塞轴线对称放置静压球轴承对以支承和引导活塞完成往复旋转运动。活塞两端气缸内高压燃气按时序推动活塞往复旋转,活塞通过静压轴承滚珠推动动力输出轴和配气阀旋转。本发动机无曲轴、无连杆、无传统凸轮轴配气机构。它具备体积小,零部件少,制造工艺性好的特点。它的低摩擦损耗、低震动噪声、高效率动力输出优越目前传统内燃机,可广泛用于汽车、飞机、船舶、工程、农业机械和发电设备。

技术领域
本发明的技术领域是内燃发动机、静压轴承曲线球滚道机构、液气泵和马达。
背景技术
传统的内燃机有复杂的配气机构、曲柄连杆机构,体积庞大,震动噪声大。本发明无传统的凸轮轴配气机构、无曲轴、无连杆,不具备上述内燃机的缺点。
发明内容
本发动机单元(图1)由动力输出轴1、飞轮2、缸盖3、推力滚针轴承或推力滑动轴承4、内置旋转配气阀5、缸体6、活塞7、静压球轴承8、静压轴承座9、火花塞(汽油机)或电控喷油嘴组成(柴油机)10等组成。
对于四冲程发动机单元(图1),内置旋转配气阀内有一通道,缸体在配气阀旋转方向分布排气口和进气口.动力输出轴和旋转配气阀刚性连接.动力输出轴旋转一周,带动活塞旋转一周往复运动两次,一端的气缸完成排气、进气、压缩、做功的四冲程循环;另一端的气缸完成进气、压缩、做功、排气的四冲程循环,有或前或后的90度的相位差。
对于二冲程发动机单元,内置旋转配气阀内有二通道(图2),缸体在配气阀旋转方向分布排气口、进气口。同样动力输出轴旋转一周,带动活塞旋转一周往复运动两次。一端的气缸完成压缩、做功、压缩、做功的两个二冲程循环;另一端的气缸完成做功、压缩、做功、压缩的两个二冲程循环。在做功冲程后期,配气阀内有二通道分别与排气口、进气口连接和气缸相通。空气或混合油气按“U”轨迹吹走燃后废气。
气缸体上安装了一对或几对180度对称的静压球轴承(柴油机),滚珠在碗形机座在压力油膜支承下做三维自由转动,同时又在活塞上的正弦波或近似正弦波的滚道里滚动。气缸里的高压燃气推动活塞移动同时在滚道里的滚珠约束下转动,转动的活塞通过输出轴和活塞之间的几对180度对称的静压球轴承带动动力输出轴和配气阀转动。气缸体和输出轴内的油道分别给气缸体和输出轴上的静压球轴承提供润滑油。
具体实施方式
每个发动机单元可形成独立的二缸发动机,二个四冲程发动机单元窜联可组成有180度相位差的做功覆盖360度的四缸发动机(图3),每个动力输出轴角度,都有一个活塞在做功。三个四冲程发动机单元窜联可组成有120度相位差的六缸发动机。
二个二冲程发动机单元窜联可组成有45度相位差的四缸发动机,每个动力输出轴角度,都有两个活塞在做功。三个二冲程发动机单元窜联可组成有30度相位差的六缸发动机,每个动力输出轴角度,都有三个活塞在做功。做功行程重叠,发动机运行平稳,飞轮惯量可降低。
N个单个发动机单元或由M个窜联的发动机可并联组成N*M个单元的巨型发动机。N根动力输出轴可用齿轮或太阳轮,行星齿圈连接进行动力输出(图4)。

Claims (5)

1.一种内燃发动机,该内燃发动机在缸体、活塞之间具有静压球轴承曲线球滚道机构,其特征是气缸内放置旋转配气阀,气缸壁周向有配气口,旋转配气阀内有通道,旋转配气阀和动力输出轴一起旋转完成与配气口和气缸室的有序连接完成配气,旋转配气阀有多道密封环,旋转配气阀和端盖、和缸体之间有滑动轴承或滚动体轴承连接;在缸体上180度对称的一对或几对静压球轴承以滚珠支承活塞,滚珠与碗形座之间有压力油,能三维自由转动,滚珠同时能在活塞圆柱面上的二周期的正弦或近似正弦的滚道里滚动,引导活塞做旋转一周往复二次的运动,滚道的法向截面和球轴承内圈法向截面一样是圆弧或是近似圆弧。
2.根据权利要求1所述内燃发动机,其特征是:活塞和动力输出轴之间用多对静压球轴承传递扭矩,滚珠在活塞内壁直线滚道里滚动,同时也在动力输出轴上的静压支承碗上可做自由三维转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述内燃发动机,其特征是:一个发动机单元主要由一个活塞、二个气缸室、二个旋转配气阀和动力输出轴组成,能将M个发动机单元可串联有根共同的输出轴,同时能将N根输出轴通过齿轮或链并联在一起形成2xMxN个气缸的大功率发动机组。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述内燃发动机,其特征是:根据不同的工况和条件能够开发成汽油机、柴油机;二冲程、四冲程;空冷、液冷发动机。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述内燃发动机,其特征是:该发动机原理能够设计液、气泵和马达。
