Abstract

一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、与灯头连接的壳体、与壳体连接的散热块,及设置在散热块上并与灯头电连接的发光二极管灯板,该发光二极管灯板上设有若干发光二极管,该发光二极管灯泡还包括设置在壳体内并与壳体可拆卸性连接的电源模组,该灯头通过电源模组与发光二极管灯板电连接,且该散热块与该壳体可拆卸性连接。本发明提供的发光二极管灯泡其电源模组与发光二极管灯板分离设置,并且电源模组在壳体内形成可拆卸性连接,仅当电源模组损坏时,可单独更换该电源模组,而保留其他元件继续使用,使得该发光二极管灯泡经济实用。

发光二极管灯泡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是一种发光二极管灯泡。
背景技术
半导体发光二极管,凭借其发光效率高、体积小、重量轻、环保等优点,已被广泛地应用到当前的各个领域当中,特别是照明,大有取代传统光源例如白炽灯泡等的趋势。
现今的发光二极管灯泡通常是将发光二极管以模组的形式与电源模组固定在一起,并设置在发光二极管灯泡的壳体内。在正常工作条件下,发光二极管的寿命比较长,可达50000小时。于是通常会出现,在发光二极管仍能正常工作的状况下,电源模组由于受脉冲电压等的影响而遭受破坏。由于电源模组与发光二极管均设置在发光二极管灯泡的壳体内无法单独更换,因此需要整灯替换,既不符合经济原则,还会造成环境污染等问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可重复利用、经济实用的发光二极管灯泡。
一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、与灯头连接的壳体、与壳体连接的散热块,及设置在散热块上并与灯头电连接的发光二极管灯板,该发光二极管灯板上设有若干发光二极管,该发光二极管灯泡还包括设置在壳体内并与壳体可拆卸性连接的电源模组,该灯头通过电源模组与发光二极管灯板电连接,且该散热块与该壳体可拆卸性连接。
本发明提供的发光二极管灯泡其电源模组与发光二极管灯板分离设置,并且电源模组与发光二极管灯板在壳体内均形成可拆卸性连接,仅当电源模组损坏时,可单独更换该电源模组,而保留其他元件例如发光二极管灯板继续使用,使得该发光二极管灯泡经济实用。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,本发明第一实施例提供的发光二极管灯泡包括灯头10,与灯头10连接的壳体20,与壳体20连接的散热块30,设置在散热块30上的发光二极管灯板40,罩设发光二极管灯板40的灯罩50,及容置在壳体20内并与灯头10、发光二极管灯板40电连接的电源模组60。
灯头10为一标准灯头,如E27等,使该发光二极管灯泡可直接连接到现有的灯座上使用,用以替换传统的白炽灯泡等。
壳体20底端与灯头10固定连接,壳体20中空,其内形成一容置空间202,用于容置电源模组60等元件。壳体20内侧形成内螺纹204。
散热块30由具有良好导热性能的材料制成,例如陶瓷、金属等。散热块30的顶端用于与发光二极管灯板40连接。为便于发光二极管灯板40与壳体20内的电源模组60形成电连接,可于散热块30内形成一通孔302。散热块30的外侧形成外螺纹304,用于与壳体20的内螺纹204螺合,从而固定连接散热块30与壳体20。散热块30可形成多样化的具体结构形态,例如,可在散热块30外侧形成散热鳍片,以增大散热块30的散热面积。散热块30亦可形成贯穿图1中所示的左右两侧的通孔,以增加空气对流,提高散热效率。
发光二极管灯板40包括板体42及设置在板体42上的若干发光二极管44。该板体42仅作为装载发光二极管44的载体,不对发光二极管44提供电流、电压控制等功能。板体42可通过螺锁、卡扣等方式固定在散热块30的顶端。
灯罩50罩设在发光二极管灯板40上以保护发光二极管44不受外界破坏。灯罩50可由透明材料例如玻璃等制成,发光二极管灯板40发出的光可透过该灯罩50射向外部环境。
电源模组60可拆卸性地固定在壳体20的容置空间202内,其固定可采用例如是螺锁、卡扣等方式。电源模组60分别与灯头10及发光二极管灯板40形成电连接,为发光二极管44提供工作时所需的驱动电压等电信号。为保证该发光二极管灯泡工作时的安全性能,该壳体20、散热块30、灯罩50均与其他元件电绝缘,仅有发光二极管44与电源模组60、灯头10之间形成电连接。其中,发光二极管灯板40与电源模组60的电连接可借助插孔/插针等方式达成,以便于组装、更换。电源模组60与灯头10的电连接也可借助插孔/插针等方式达成,例如在电源模组60上形成插针,在灯头10与电源模组60相向的一端形成与插针配合的插孔。
该发光二极管灯泡由于其壳体20与散热块30是以可拆卸性的连接方式连接,当容置在壳体20内的电源模组60需要更换时,可将散热块30、发光二极管灯板40从壳体20上拆卸下来,取出壳体20内的电源模组60进行更换,无需淘汰整个发光二极管灯泡。由于发光二极管灯板40也是可拆卸性地连接在散热块30的顶端,当发光二极管灯板40损坏时,也可单独更换发光二极管灯板40而保留发光二极管灯泡的其他元件继续使用。
请参考图2,本发明第二实施例提供的发光二极管灯泡与第一实施例中的发光二极管灯泡相似,不同之处在于壳体21的内侧形成凹槽214,而散热块31的外侧形成与凹槽214配合的卡榫314。散热块31的卡榫314卡扣在壳体21的凹槽214内形成可拆卸性的连接。
请参考图3,本发明第三实施例提供的发光二极管灯泡与第一实施例中的发光二极管灯泡相似,不同之处在于壳体22上形成贯穿壳体22的通孔224,而散热块32的外侧形成与通孔224对应的螺孔324,并借助螺丝70通过该通孔224及螺孔324将散热块32与壳体22形成可拆卸性的连接。
当然,在同一实施例中,散热块30、31、32与壳体20、21、22可通过多种可拆卸性的连接方式进行连接,例如可同时通过螺纹螺合及螺丝锁合相结合的方式连接,或者通过螺丝锁合与卡榫固定相结合的方式连接。

Claims (6)

1.一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、与灯头连接的壳体、与壳体连接的散热块,及设置在散热块上并与灯头电连接的发光二极管灯板,该发光二极管灯板上设有若干发光二极管,其特征在于:还包括设置在壳体内并与壳体可拆卸性连接的电源模组,该灯头通过电源模组与发光二极管灯板电连接,且该散热块与该壳体可拆卸性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:该散热块上形成外螺纹,该壳体内侧形成内螺纹,该散热块与该壳体通过螺纹螺合。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:该散热块上形成卡榫,该壳体内侧形成凹槽,该散热块与该壳体通过卡榫卡固在凹槽内形成连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:该散热块上形成螺孔,该壳体上形成穿透壳体的通孔,该散热块与该壳体通过螺丝穿过通孔、螺孔形成锁合。
5.如权利要求1-4项中任意一项所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:该散热块与该壳体通过螺纹螺合及螺丝锁合相结合的方式连接,或者通过螺丝锁合与卡榫固定相结合的方式连接。
6.如权利要求1-4项中任意一项所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:还包括罩设发光二极管灯板的灯罩。
