Abstract

一种改进型猫头塔,它包括塔身和塔头,在塔头的上方设置横担,所述横担两端部分分别向下延伸形成一折臂,折臂与塔身相连接。采用上述技术方案的本发明,由于横担伸出的折臂与塔身构成了一个封闭式的结构,所以能够很好地起到防雷害的效果。另外,三相回路导线紧凑式的构造,也大大缩短了塔身所需要的高度,从而降低了猫头塔的耗钢量。

一种改进型的猫头塔
技术领域
本发明属于一种输电设备,具体地说是涉及一种改进型的猫头塔。
背景技术
目前,我国500KV同塔双回输电线路使用的直线塔均为三相导线垂直排列悬挂在铁塔两侧的常规直线塔。在导线对地距离满足规程要求的前提下,铁塔的高度通常要达到60-70m,所占线路走廊平均22m。
现有的常规同塔双回500KV线路铁塔设计塔高往往超过60m,不仅影响了防雷害的能力,也是以往500KV双回猫型塔耗钢指标高的原因之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防雷害能力好、耗钢量较小的改进型猫头塔。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明包括塔身和塔头,在塔头的上方设置横担,所述横担两端部分分别向下延伸形成一折臂,折臂与塔身相连接。
在所述横担的两侧分别布置一回路三相导线,其中两相导线呈V型绝缘子串并排挂置于横担上,在两相V型绝缘子串的底部再挂接下相导线,下相导线也呈V型绝缘子串分布。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,由于横担伸出的折臂与塔身构成了一个封闭式的结构,所以能够很好地起到防雷害的效果。另外,三相回路导线紧凑式的构造,也大大缩短了塔身所需要的高度,从而降低了猫头塔的耗钢量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括塔身1和塔头2,在塔头2的上方设置横担3,所述横担3两端部分分别向下延伸形成一折臂311,折臂311与塔身1相连接,从而形成一个封闭式的结构,防止了雷害所产生的危险。
在横担3的两侧分别布置一回路三相导线,其中两相导线41,42呈V型绝缘子串并排挂置于横担3上,在两相V型绝缘子串的底部再挂接下相导线43,下相导线43也呈V型绝缘子串分布。此种紧凑式的构造,也大大缩短了塔身所需要的高度,从而降低了猫头塔的耗钢量。

1.一种改进型猫头塔, 它包括塔身(1)和塔头(2),在塔头(2)的上方设置横担(3),其特征在于:所述横担(3)两端部分分别向下延伸形成一折臂(311),折臂(311)与塔身(1)相连接;在所述横担(3)的两侧分别布置一回路三相导线,其中两相导线(41,42)呈V型绝缘子串并排挂置于横担(3)上,在两相V型绝缘子串的底部再挂接下相导线(43),下相导线(43)也呈V型绝缘子串分布。
