本发明公开一种柔性材料的镀膜方法,步骤包括:①、在玻璃表面附着一层油性薄膜;②、在这层油性薄膜表面进行磁控溅射镀所需膜;③、将待镀膜的柔性材料贴在经过步骤②处理后的玻璃的所需膜面;④、从玻璃上撕下该柔性材料,所需膜面附着在柔性材料的表面形成镀膜。该方法借助玻璃的平整度和硬性,来对柔性材料进行镀膜,方法简单、易操作,并且镀膜效果较传统使用镀膜机的镀膜方法有很大的提高,适合在柔性材料镀膜中推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用玻璃对柔性材料进行镀膜的方法。
背景技术
传统技术中,一般采用镀膜机对柔性材料进行镀膜,而由于柔性材料的柔软的特性,导致镀膜的效果十分不好,膜面不均匀、合格率特别低,而往往有很多时候需要对柔性材料进行镀膜,就亟需一种能够高效、便捷地为柔性材料镀膜的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种简便、高效的柔性材料镀膜方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种柔性材料的镀膜方法,步骤包括:①、在玻璃表面附着一层油性薄膜;②、在这层油性薄膜表面进行磁控溅射镀所需膜;③、将待镀膜的柔性材料贴在经过步骤②处理后的玻璃的所需膜面;④、从玻璃上撕下该柔性材料,所需膜面附着在柔性材料的表面形成镀膜。
本发明的有益效果是:借助玻璃的平整度和硬性,来对柔性材料进行镀膜,方法简单、易操作,并且镀膜效果较传统使用镀膜机的镀膜方法有很大的提高,适合在柔性材料镀膜中推广使用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作以下详细描述:
一种柔性材料的镀膜方法,步骤包括:①、在玻璃表面附着一层油性薄膜,要保证均匀性;②、在这层油性薄膜表面进行磁控溅射镀所需膜;③、将待镀膜的柔性材料贴在经过步骤②处理后的玻璃的所需膜面,要求各处都紧紧贴合;④、从玻璃上撕下该柔性材料,由于油性薄膜的作用,能够顺利的私下,所需膜面附着在柔性材料的表面形成镀膜。
本发明的方法借助玻璃来对柔性材料进行镀膜,有效地提高了镀膜的效果,并且方法简便、易实施,提高了镀膜的成品率,该方法适合在柔性材料镀膜技术中推广使用。
