本发明属于一种微孔管道,尤其是指一种丝织包裹微孔管道,可作为灌溉装置、绿化装置和增氧装置。
背景技术
现有灌溉装置、绿化装置和增氧装置中,采用最多的是微孔滴管式管道,如中国专利申请CN01279439.2、CN200420084923.1,其结构都是在管道上打上微孔,液体或气体通过微孔渗出。这种装置的不足是:1,对于灌溉装置或绿化装置,渗水以点的形式分布,渗水不均匀,且微孔易被泥土堵塞;2,对于增氧装置,若长时间不增氧时微孔易被泥浆或藻类微生物等堵塞、长苔,溶氧量较小,且经日光照射后易老化。
发明内容
本发明正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种以点到面分布的丝织包裹微孔管道,微孔不易堵塞,渗水均匀或溶氧效果显著,主要改进在于在微孔管外壁包裹有编织丝织物。具体地说,丝织包裹微孔管道,包括微孔管,其特征在于微孔管外壁包裹有编织丝织物。作为灌溉装置或绿化装置使用时,当管内有水压,水通过微孔渗到编织丝布织面,通过毛细孔的扩张,使编织丝织物周围均匀地分布水份,渗水均匀,渗水管按放到那里,那里的土壤便能慢慢地湿润,同时,编织丝织物也能防止外部泥土进入微孔,避免堵塞。
作为增氧装置使用时,通过罗茨风机送风,因外部有包裹编织网,外围有最多的泥浆、苔藓,长期不用也不会堵孔,在使用时只需通风压,便能全面增氧,溶氧率高,且在日光下长期曝晒也不易老化。
本发明通过在微孔管道上增设编织丝织物,有效地提高了渗水均匀性或溶氧率,微孔不易被堵塞,可广泛应用于农业灌溉、园林绿化、养殖业增氧等。
