本发明涉及河蟹养殖技术,具体是一种治疗河蟹纤毛虫病的新方法。其按如下步骤进行:a.对发病池塘,用明矾化水泼洒,使池塘水的明矾浓度达到百万分之一至百万分之二;b.两小时后,泼洒兽用七水硫酸锌,使池塘水的硫酸锌浓度达到百万分之一;c.在对水体进行泼洒用药的同时,在饵料中加入兽用制霉素粉剂或水剂,每吨饲料加入以干粉质量计兽用制霉素5-10克。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:环保,对环境危害比较小;控制和杀灭效果显著。

Description

一种治疗河蟹纤毛虫病的方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及河蟹养殖技术,具体是一种治疗河蟹纤毛虫病的方法。 
背景技术:
河蟹纤毛虫病主要指聚缩虫、累枝虫和单缩虫等寄生于河蟹的腹甲、附肢及鳃等部位,导致河蟹行动迟缓,呼吸困难,食欲下降乃至停食,最终因营养不良,无力蜕壳而死亡,对河蟹无节幼体、大眼幼体、三期以下蟹苗危害严重,常导致大比例死亡。已公知的治疗纤毛虫病有三种方法,一是用孔雀石绿浸洗和泼洒,但孔雀石绿副作用大;二是用福尔马林溶液,但只有浓度很高时才能抑制纤毛虫,而用量大、对人和环境危害也很大,应用受到很大限制;三是用复方硫酸锌粉I型或复方硫酸锌II型(纤虫净)或硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂等进行治疗,有一定效果,但需要多次用药。 
发明内容:
本发明旨在解决现有治疗纤毛虫病方法所存在的上述问题,而提供一种无环境污染、疗效显著的治疗河蟹纤毛虫病的方法。 
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是: 
一种治疗河蟹纤毛虫病的方法,按如下步骤进行: 
a.对发病池塘,用明矾化水泼洒,使池塘水的明矾浓度达到百万分之一至百万分之二; 
b.两小时后,泼洒兽用七水硫酸锌,使池塘水的硫酸锌浓度达到百万分之一; 
c.在对水体进行泼洒用药的同时,在饵料中加入兽用制霉素粉剂或水剂,每吨饲料加入以干粉质量计兽用制霉素5-10克。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:环保,对环境危害比较小;控制和杀灭效果显著。 
具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例进一步阐述本发明,目的仅在于更好地理解本发明内容。因此,所举之例并不限制本发明的保护范围。 
实施例1: 
2009年五月底,河北省唐海县河蟹养殖场育苗室幼苗发生了严重的纤毛虫病,幼苗出现摄食下降、蜕皮困难、并出现一定比例死亡。场家采用传统方法用福尔马林泼洒治疗,浓度达到了百万分之二十,24小时后检查,幼苗活力很差,死苗没有明显变化。后经本申请人指导,先将育苗室内水换出50%后,再采用本发明下述方法治疗: 
a.向育苗室内水中泼洒明矾水,使水中明矾浓度达到百万分之一; 
b.两小时后,向育苗室内水中再泼洒兽用七水硫酸锌,使水中硫酸锌浓度达到百万分之一; 
c.在对水体进行泼洒用药的同时,按每吨饲料加入5克的计量,在饵料中加入兽用制霉素粉剂。 
经本发明上述方法治疗24小时后,死苗基本得到控制,48小时后,幼苗蜕皮正常,病害消除。 
实施例2: 
2010年,河北省唐海县四农场养殖户丁全来的养蟹池塘,放进大眼幼体不到半月,幼蟹就出现了严重的不上岸现象,死亡很多,经诊断,幼蟹体表、腮丝等处寄生了大量的纤毛虫。后经本申请人指导,先对池塘补进新水,使水位提高15厘米左右,然后采用本发明下述方法治疗: 
a.向池塘内泼洒明矾水,使水中明矾浓度达到百万分之二; 
b.两小时后,向池塘内再泼洒兽用七水硫酸锌,使水中硫酸锌浓度达到百万分之一; 
c.在对水体进行泼洒用药的同时,在饵料中加入兽用制霉素水剂,每吨饲料加入以干粉质量计兽用制霉素10克。 
采用上述方法进行治疗一周后,死亡现象消失,治疗效果明显。

1.一种治疗河蟹纤毛虫病的方法,按如下步骤进行:
a.对发病池塘,用明矾化水泼洒,使池塘水的明矾浓度达到百万分之一至百万分之二;
b.两小时后,泼洒兽用七水硫酸锌,使池塘水的硫酸锌浓度达到百万分之一;
c.在对水体进行泼洒用药的同时,在饵料中加入兽用制霉素粉剂或水剂,每吨饲料加入以干粉质量计兽用制霉素5-10克。
