技术领域
本发明涉及电力系统设备领域,特别涉及一种应用于10千伏及以下架空线路架设工程中的挑线作业设备。
背景技术
目前,公知的在架设10千伏及以下架空线路工程中,进行挑线作业时,即将导线由地面挑到电线杆的横担上。有时由于导线线径粗、重量较大,通常采取多人合力架线或吊车辅助架线。这种施工方法存在以下的缺点:参与施工的人员较多,有时受施工场地的限制,无法使用吊车等大型机械,效率低,投入的人力物力较大。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有施工技术存在的不足,发明一种架线施工工具,能够提高架线过程中的挑线环节的施工效率,减少施工人员,避免使用大型的施工机械,节省人力和物力。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在放线作业中首先用螺栓将该挑线装置固定在电杆的横担上,再使用该装置上的滑轮把导线拽到横担下方,通过伸缩杆来调节该挑线装置的长度,而后用挑线钩勾住导线,即可把导线挑到横担上。
本发明的有益效果是:在进行挑线作业时,无需雇佣吊车等辅助设备,节省施工成本。一人即可完成杆上放线操作,从而缩短放线时间,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
作业人员上杆之前,首先滑轮4中穿入一根拉绳,拉绳一端绑住导线,另一端穿过拉圈1。将一操作绳拴在拉线环7上。施工人员上杆后利用拉圈1上的拉绳把挑线装置拉到横担下方。然后用螺栓2和横担夹3把该装置与横担固定。再拉动滑轮4上的拉线把导线拽到横担下方,通过调节伸缩杆5将该装置调成适合的长度,旋转该装置使挑线钩6勾住导线,拉动拉线环7上的拉线,利用杠杆原理使导线架到横担上,完成杆上全部挑线工作。

1.一种应用于10千伏及以下架空输电线路的快速挑线装置,其特征是:该装置由挑线钩、连杆、横担夹、拉线环四部分组成,所述挑线钩固定在连杆的一端,所述拉线环固定连杆的另一端,所述横担夹的一个夹板的外表面固定在连杆上,所述横担夹的另一个夹板的外表面固定有滑轮,所述横担夹的两个夹板中间设置有螺栓,所述连杆上还固定拉圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于10千伏及以下架空输电线路的快速挑线装置,其特征是连杆部分有可伸缩杆,以适应不同长度的横担的施工要求。
