本发明公开了一种抽拉式机械密码锁芯机构,包括盘芯机构、抽拉杆、编码筒、筒体与端盖,所述盘芯机构包括盘芯轴和齿轮盘,盘芯轴底部插入筒体底部中心孔内,齿轮盘固定套于盘芯轴上,筒体内壁上设有与齿轮盘上凸齿相配合的凸齿,抽拉杆置于编码筒内,编码筒底部通过螺纹连接到齿轮盘上,编码筒顶端不固定,筒体顶端固定有端盖,盘芯轴顶部和抽拉杆顶部分别从端盖上的孔中伸出。抽拉杆底部凸块及杆体与编码筒缺口及上部开槽尺寸相配合,抽拉杆上标注有密码示数,由顶部依次向下排列。本发明结构简单,使用可靠,可根据使用场合不同来增加或减少编码筒数量、调节编码筒上缺口宽度和抽拉杆凸块宽度来调节密码长短,或通过更换编码筒来改变密码。

本发明涉及一种密码锁芯机构,具体地说是一种抽拉式机械密码锁芯机构。
背景技术
很长一段时间以来,大多数锁具都是靠钥匙来解锁,随着人们生活水平的发展,用的锁具越来越多,人们身上挂的钥匙也越来越多。用钥匙开的锁除了方式老套外还有许多其他缺陷,首先来说钥匙携带起来不太方便,其次比如有的地方需要让一群人有开锁的权利,那么一把或几把钥匙显然是不够的,最后如果不慎把钥匙丢失,往往会给人们造成许多麻烦,而目前市面上的小型密码锁样式繁杂,有的结构并不可靠。本发明根据上述问题而设计,本发明使用密码的方式开锁,其机械结构较为简单,可靠性强,开锁方式新颖独特。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种抽拉式机械密码锁芯,可根据使用场合的不同来调节密码的长短或改变密码。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:
一种抽拉式机械密码锁芯机构,包括盘芯机构,抽拉杆,编码筒,筒体,端盖,所述盘芯机构包括盘芯轴和齿轮盘,所述齿轮盘位于筒体内,所述盘芯轴穿过并固定于齿轮盘上,且盘芯轴底部插入筒体底部中心孔内,筒体内壁上设有与齿轮盘上的凸齿相配合的凸齿;所述抽拉杆置于编码筒内,编码筒底部通过螺纹连接到齿轮盘上,筒体顶端固定有端盖,编码筒顶部与端盖之间有间隙,盘芯轴顶部和抽拉杆顶部分别从端盖上的孔中伸出,盘芯顶端与把手通过螺栓连接。所述抽拉杆底部设有凸块,编码筒上设有与凸块相配合的的缺口以及与缺口相连向上直至编码筒顶端的开槽,开槽的宽度大于抽拉杆的直径。所述抽拉杆上设有由顶部依次向下排列的密码示数,密码示数等于编码筒上缺口的宽度与整个编码筒长度的比值。
本装置的工作原理为,抽动抽拉杆时,抽拉杆端部凸块在编码桶内滑动,当凸块滑动到和编码筒缺口吻合时,因抽拉杆与编码筒缺口及凹槽尺寸配合,沿盘芯的轴线在编码筒缺口方向上的转动便不再受抽拉杆的约束,当所有抽拉杆都拉到正确位置时,所有抽拉杆端部凸块分别和相应的编码筒上缺口吻合,此时所有的编码筒在同一个方向上沿盘芯轴线的转动便不再受相应抽拉杆的径向约束,转动手柄即可使盘芯与筒体产生相对滑动,盘芯与筒体原本对好的齿便错开,盘芯的轴向运动便不再受筒体内壁凸齿约束,盘芯便可被压下,盘芯轴底部便可以从筒体下部的孔中伸出,从而打开锁。
本发明的有益效果是,可根据使用场合的不同来增加或减少编码筒的数量,调节编码筒上大缺口的宽度和抽拉杆大顶头的宽度来调节密码的长短,或通过更换编码筒来改变密码。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
一种抽拉式机械密码锁芯机构,包括盘芯机构3,抽拉杆4,编码筒5,筒体6,端盖7,其特征在于:所述盘芯机构3包括盘芯轴和齿轮盘,所述齿轮盘位于筒体6内,所述盘芯轴穿过并固定于齿轮盘上,且盘芯轴底部插入筒体6底部中心孔内,筒体6内壁上设有与齿轮盘上的凸齿相配合的凸齿;所述抽拉杆4置于编码筒5内,编码筒5底部通过螺纹连接到齿轮盘上,筒体6顶端固定有端盖7,编码筒5顶部与端盖7之间有间隙,盘芯轴顶部和抽拉杆4顶部分别从端盖7上的孔中伸出,盘芯3顶端与把手2通过螺栓1连接。所述抽拉杆4底部设有凸块,编码筒5上设有与凸块相配合的的缺口以及与缺口相连向上直至编码筒5顶端的开槽,开槽的宽度大于抽拉杆4的直径。所述抽拉杆4上设有由顶部依次向下排列的密码示数,密码示数等于编码筒5上缺口的宽度与整个编码筒5长度的比值。
本装置的工作原理为,抽动抽拉杆4时,抽拉杆4端部凸块在编码桶5内滑动,当凸块滑动到和编码筒5缺口吻合时,因抽拉杆4与编码筒5缺口及凹槽尺寸配合,沿盘芯3的轴线在编码筒5缺口方向上的转动便不再受抽拉杆4的约束,当所有抽拉杆4都拉到正确位置时,所有抽拉杆4端部凸块分别和相应的编码筒5上缺口吻合,此时所有的编码筒5在同一个方向上沿盘芯3轴线的转动便不再受相应抽拉杆4的径向约束,转动手柄即可使盘芯3与筒体6产生相对滑动,盘芯3与筒体6原本对好的齿便错开,盘芯3的轴向运动便不再受筒体6内壁凸齿约束,盘芯3便可被压下,盘芯轴底部便可以从筒体6下部的孔中伸出,从而打开锁。

1.一种抽拉式机械密码锁芯机构,包括盘芯机构,抽拉杆,编码筒,筒体,端盖,其特征在于:所述盘芯机构包括盘芯轴和齿轮盘,所述齿轮盘位于筒体内,所述盘芯轴穿过并固定于齿轮盘上,且盘芯轴底部插入筒体底部中心孔内,筒体内壁上设有与齿轮盘上的凸齿相配合的凸齿;所述抽拉杆置于编码筒内,编码筒底部通过螺纹连接到齿轮盘上,筒体顶端固定有端盖,编码筒顶部与端盖之间有间隙,盘芯轴顶部和抽拉杆顶部分别从端盖上的孔中伸出,盘芯轴顶端与把手通过螺栓连接;所述抽拉杆底部设有凸块,编码筒上设有与凸块相配合的的缺口以及与缺口相连向上直至编码筒顶端的开槽,开槽的宽度大于抽拉杆的直径;所述抽拉杆上设有由顶部依次向下排列的密码示数,密码示数等于编码筒上缺口的宽度与整个编码筒长度的比值。
