本发明涉及一种交替蓄热式烧嘴。包括两个蓄热体和一个燃气燃烧器,燃气燃烧器设置在两个蓄热体之间,所述的蓄热体的两端分别设有蓄热口和进风口,蓄热体中部为蓄热材料组成的蓄热室,所述的两个蓄热体的进风口处分别连接有进风管道,进风管道上设有两个电磁阀。本发明节约了生产成本,减小了该设备的占地面积,燃烧器一直运行,两个蓄热体交替工作,一个供风,另一个蓄热。这种结构简单安装方便,制造成本与同功率的蓄热式烧嘴低10%,蓄热效果提高10%。

本发明涉及一种燃气烧嘴,尤其涉及一种交替蓄热式烧嘴。
背景技术
目前市场的蓄热式烧嘴一般都为一个蓄热体配一个燃气燃烧器位一组,需同样的两组配成一套才可使用,不仅生产投入比较大,安装和维修也不方便,占地面积较大,蓄热效率低,增加能源消耗。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种生产成本低、蓄热效率高的交替蓄热式烧嘴。
本发明的技术方案是:包括两个蓄热体和一个燃气燃烧器,燃气燃烧器设置在两个蓄热体之间,所述的蓄热体的两端分别设有蓄热口和进风口,蓄热体中部为蓄热材料组成的蓄热室,所述的两个蓄热体的进风口处分别连接有进风管道,进风管道上设有两个电磁阀。
所述的蓄热室为蜂窝状结构。
本发明的优点是:使用两个蓄热体配一个燃气燃烧器,节约了生产成本,减小了该设备的占地面积,燃烧器一直运行,两个蓄热体交替工作,一个供风,另一个蓄热。这种结构简单安装方便,制造成本与同功率的蓄热式烧嘴低10%,蓄热效果提高10%。

一种交替蓄热式烧嘴,包括两个蓄热体1和一个燃气燃烧器2,燃气燃烧器2设置在两个蓄热体1之间,所述的蓄热体1的两端分别设有蓄热口3和进风口4,蓄热体1中部为蓄热材料组成的蓄热室5,所述的两个蓄热体1的进风口4处分别连接有进风管道6,进风管道6上设有两个电磁阀,电磁阀一7打开时,电磁阀二8就关闭;电磁阀二8打开时,电磁阀一7就关闭,达到交替蓄热的效果,所述的蓄热室5为蜂窝状结构。

1.一种交替蓄热式烧嘴,其特征在于:包括两个蓄热体和一个燃气燃烧器,燃气燃烧器设置在两个蓄热体之间,所述的蓄热体的两端分别设有蓄热口和进风口,蓄热体中部为蓄热材料组成的蓄热室,所述的两个蓄热体的进风口处分别连接有进风管道,进风管道上设有两个电磁阀。
