本发明涉及一种静立轴式垂直轴风力机,属于风力发电领域。
背景技术
现有垂直轴风力机的立轴在工作时是转动的,带动安装在塔架上的发电机中心轴转动,使发电机发电。现有垂直轴风力机的立轴在塔架上面,塔架和立轴是2个部件,塔架支撑发电机等风力机的上层设备,立轴把叶片转换的风能传递给发电机,这种结构塔架要做得很大,结构复杂,成本较高,而且风力机整体刚性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有垂直轴风力机技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单,刚性好、成本低的立轴静止不动的垂直轴风力机技术。
为达到上述目的,本发明省掉了塔架,把立轴设计成静止不动,采用外转子发电机发电,外转子发电机安装在立轴上,定子固定在立轴上,发电机的外转子和叶片联结杆相联,或通过变速机构和叶片联结杆相联,发电机的转轴中心线和立轴的轴线重合,叶片联结杆由轴承轴向固定在立轴上,径向可以绕立轴旋转。叶片联结杆上安装叶片,叶片联结杆与叶片的联结点一般在叶片中部位置,以免出现风力机在风力作用下发生绕叶片联结杆的扭曲变形。当叶片在风力作用下绕立轴转动时,叶片联结杆带动发电机的外转子转动,可使外转子发电机工作发电。由于立轴静止,可以比较方便地在立轴上拉钢索,以提高风力机刚性。
本发明的优点在于:风力机结构简单,成本低,刚性好。
如附图所示,叶片联结杆2上安装有叶片1,叶片联结杆2轴向固定在立轴4上,并可以绕立轴4旋转,外转子发电机3安装在立轴4上,发电机的定子固定在立轴4上,外转子发电机3的外转子和叶片联结杆2相联。

具体实施方式
使用时,立轴4安装在基础上,静立不动,外转子发电机3安装在立轴4上,外转子发电机3的定子固定在立轴4上,外转子发电机3的外转子和在它上面的叶片联结杆2相联,外转子发电机3的转轴中心线和立轴4的轴线重合,叶片联结杆2上安装叶片1。在风力作用下当叶片1和叶片联结杆2一起旋转时,叶片联结杆2带动发电机3的外转子转动,使发电机工作发电。

1.一种静立轴式垂直轴风力机,包括静止不动的立轴和安装在立轴上的外转子发电机,其特征在于,立轴安装在基础上静止不动,外转子发电机安装在立轴上,外转子发电机的定子固定在立轴上,发电机的外转子和叶片联结杆相联,外转子发电机的转轴中心线和立轴的轴线重合,叶片联结杆由轴承轴向固定在立轴上,径向可以绕立轴旋转。
