Abstract

本发明公开了一种用木材加工厂锯木灰制备固体燃料的方法:将收集到的锯木灰制成球或压成团后进行自然干燥;将经过制成球或压成团并干燥后的锯木灰装入干馏罐中进行干馏,收集干馏罐内的固体物质,得到一种优质固体燃料。本发明具有如下的有益效果:(1)通过对木材加工厂产生的锯木灰进行处理,为锯木灰资源化利用开辟了一条新的途径;(2)利用可再生的太阳能或风能对锯木灰进行干馏,是一种环境友好的绿色工艺;(3)干馏产生的固体产物中碳的质量分数达到80%以上,硫的质量分数低于0.015%,是一种优质的固体燃料。

一种用木材加工厂锯木灰制备固体燃料的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用木材加工厂锯木灰制备固体燃料的方法。
背景技术
锯木灰是指在原木制材加工及木制品制造业的加工过程中产生的剩余物。锯木灰中含有纤维素、半纤维素及木质素,其总量占锯木灰的90%以上。在木材加工过程中,约有10%的木材变为了锯木灰。这些锯木灰如果没有得到很好的处置,既占用土地,又污染环境,而且还是火灾的隐患。因此,实现锯木灰的资源化利用具有积极的意义。目前,锯木灰的利用方式主要有培育食用菌、作为饲料添加剂以及制取燃料等。
有研究表明,高效合理地利用锯木灰,将使二氧化碳排放量比化石燃料减少90%左右,同时锯木灰的含硫量、含氮量也很小,使用过程中几乎没有SO2的排放,氮氧化物的排放也很少。可见,作为一种潜在的燃料,锯木灰具有相当大的环境和经济优势。不过,锯木灰的含碳量较低,仅为20%左右(干基),而挥发物含量较高,可达80%以上(干基),这使得锯木灰本身的发热值较低,并不适宜于大规模地直接用作燃料。并且,锯木灰的能量密度也很低,增加了其利用成本,这些都限制了锯木灰的应用范围。因此,要使锯木灰真正成为可利用能源,关键是将其转化为发热值高和能量密度大的清洁能源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用木材加工厂锯木灰制备固体燃料的方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下方式实现的:一种用木材加工厂锯木灰制备固体燃料的方法:
(1)原料制备:将收集到的锯木灰制成球或压成团后进行自然干燥,球或团的直径为10mm~150mm;
(2)锯木灰固体燃料制备:将经过制成球或压成团并干燥后的锯木灰装入干馏罐中进行干馏,干馏所需热源为太阳光能或风能所转化的电能,干馏的时间可通过干馏罐外设置的气体流量计所显示的体积流量来判定。当气体流量计所显示的气体体积流量小于等于高峰值的10%时,表示干馏完成。此时切断热源,让干馏罐中物料自然冷却到低于60℃,然后打开干馏罐出料口,收集干馏罐内的固体物质,得到一种优质固体燃料。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:(1)通过对木材加工厂产生的锯木灰进行处理,为锯木灰资源化利用开辟了一条新的途径;(2)利用可再生的太阳能或风能对锯木灰进行干馏,是一种环境友好的绿色工艺;(3)干馏产生的固体产物中碳的质量分数达到80%以上,硫的质量分数低于0.015%。是一种优质的固体燃料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1锯木灰样品取自湖南长沙市某木材加工厂,样品经分析,基本性质分析如表1。

取压成球团并干燥后的锯木灰10Kg,将其装入用1mm厚的铝板制成的干馏罐中,用太阳能转化成的电能对干馏罐中的锯木灰球团进行干馏,干馏完成后,取出干馏产品,称其质量为3.15Kg,其中碳的质量分数82.5%,硫的质量分数为0.013%。
实施例2锯木灰样品取自湖南益阳市某木材加工厂,样品经分析,基本性质分析如表2。

1.一种用木材加工厂锯木灰制备固体燃料的方法,其特征在于:
(1)原料制备:将收集到的锯木灰制成球或压成团后进行自然干燥,球或团的直径为10mm~150mm;
(2)锯木灰固体燃料制备:将经过制成球或压成团并干燥后的锯木灰装入干馏罐中进行干馏,干馏所需热源为太阳光能或风能所转化的电能,在干馏罐外设置的气体流量计,当气体流量计所显示的气体体积流量小于等于高峰值的10%时,干馏完成,切断热源,让干馏罐中物料自然冷却到低于60℃,然后打开干馏罐出料口,收集干馏罐内的固体物质,得到一种优质固体燃料。
