一种可降解或拆卸的消化道支架,属于医疗器械装置技术领域。消化道狭窄是临床常见疾病,放置支架是保守治疗消化道狭窄主要方式之一,但是目前应用的支架容易移位而且移位后不易取出。该发明的技术方案为:上右三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片(1)、上左三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片(4)和下三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片(3)通过多聚乳酸材料线或手术线(2)的绕线把它们连接在一起。它的优点是:该消化道支架具有新颖性、创造性和实用性,镍钛合金金属片具有优良的弹性和柔软性,组织相容性好,异物感轻,支撑力好、不易移位可持久发挥扩张作用,有效的解除消化道狭窄。

技术领域
 本发明涉及医疗器械装置技术领域,更具体的讲是一种可降解或拆卸的消化道支架。
背景技术
消化道狭窄是临床常见疾病,放置支架是保守治疗消化道狭窄主要方式之一,但是目前应用的支架容易移位而且移位后不易取出。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的是发明一种可降解或拆卸以便取出的消化道支架。它的技术方案为:上右三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片1、上左三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片4和下三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片3通过多聚乳酸材料线或手术线2的绕线把它们连接在一起。该发明的优点是:该消化道支架具有新颖性、创造性和实用性,镍钛合金金属片具有优良的弹性和柔软性,组织相容性好,异物感轻,支撑力好、不易移位可持久发挥扩张作用,有效的解除消化道狭窄;多聚乳酸材料是一种优良的生物医用高分子聚酯材料,具有无毒,无刺激性,生物相容性好等特点,在体内可水解为乳酸,并可最终降解为二氧化碳和水,其代谢产物均无毒,并且可以调节其分子量大小控制降解速度,以达到我们需要的降解时间;连接线可在内镜下拆除。多聚乳酸材料分解或连接线拆除后支架分解成数片,自然排出体外或内镜下取出。为解决上述存在的问题,特别设计利用可吸收材料,将其制成的丝线连接镍钛合金金属片,可在一定时间内吸收;且连接线可在内镜下拆除,支架分解成数片,自然排出体外或内镜下取出。

具体实施方式
上右三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片1、上左三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片4和下三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片3通过多聚乳酸材料线或手术线2的绕线把它们连接在一起。为解决上述存在的问题,特别设计利用可吸收的多聚乳酸材料线2或可拆除的手术线2构成上右三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片1、上左三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片4和下三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片3的之间连接部分,多聚乳酸材料线2可在体内一定时间内降解或手术线2可在内镜下拆除;支架分解成数片,自然排出体外或内镜下取出。

1. 一种可降解或拆卸的消化道支架,其特征是:上右三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片(1)、上左三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片(4)和下三分之一圆镍钛合金金属片(3)通过多聚乳酸材料线或手术线(2)的绕线把它们连接在一起。
