[0002] 糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒是糖尿病常见的并发症之一，约有1/5的糖尿病人患有此症。 这种瘙痒是全身性的，而且非常顽固。目前的旨在治疗糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒的中药，存在两个方面的不足：一是效果不够明显，二是见效比较迟缓，由于得不到有效药治疗，患者常年忍受着瘙痒的折磨——全身奇痒钻心，难以忍受，彻夜抓挠，难以入睡，患者及其家属对此很不满意。
[0003] 针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒的中药，它能解决以往此类中药治疗中效果不够明显，见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好、见效快，具有效果显著， 药效确切，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
1、一种治疗糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒的中药，采用中药原料制备，中药原料的重量配比为： 白薇3~9份 桑椹6~18份 灵芝6~18份
三七1~3份 当归6~18份 荆芥5~15份
苦参5——15份
这种治疗糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将白薇、桑椹、灵芝、当归、荆芥、苦参经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏，烘干粉碎，得提取物细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将三七研成细粉，与上述（1)提取物细粉混合，搅拌均勻，制成中药颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂。
[0005] 本发明根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成。 我们研究认为，糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒的发病机制，是皮肤的微血管病变和组织局部缺血。糖尿病患者免疫力低下，燥热内生，血液黏稠，血液流动不畅，皮肤出现微循环障碍，供血不足， 瘙痒由此而生。本方之中灵芝、桑椹扶正培本，益气养血，养心安神，增强机体免疫力；当归、 三七生血养血，活血化瘀，灵芝、桑椹与当归、三七为伍，气旺血足，免疫力的“清除”和“修复”作用促进血液清洁，不再黏稠，微循环改善，供血充盈，此为治疗本病的关键；臣以白薇清热凉血，利尿通淋；辅以苦参清热燥湿，善治顽癣、阴痒；荆芥宣散透发，祛风止痒，二者合用，专治湿热风毒攻于皮肤之瘙痒难忍。诸药配伍，相得益彰，共奏扶正培本，益气养血， 活血化瘀，清热燥湿，祛风止痒之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式[0006] 通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位) 白薇300克三七100克
桑椹600克当归600克
灵芝600克荆芥500克
苦参500克
按规定重量，用常规水提取工艺将白薇、桑椹、灵芝、当归、荆芥、苦参提取，制成提取物细粉310克，将三七研成细粉，与上述提取物细粉混合，搅拌均勻，制成细小颗粒，装入0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊1366粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0. 3克。

白薇600克 桑椹1100克 灵芝1100克
三七200克 当归1100克 荆芥900克
苦参900克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊2566粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.3克。

白薇900克 桑椹1800克 灵芝1800克
三七300克 当归1800克 荆芥1500克
苦参1500克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊4100粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.3克。
[0009] 4、取以下配方（按重量比）：
白薇3份 桑椹7份 灵芝7份
三七1份 当归7份 荆芥6份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.3克。 [0010] 5、取以下配方(按重量比）：
苦参12份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.3克。
[0011] 临床资料：
本发明以糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒为例，经17例临床观察。选择中医糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒为标准：糖尿病患者虚损严重，肢体乏力，皮肤瘙痒，久治不愈，影响睡眠。如上症状，即可确诊。 在确诊观察的对象中，男性9例，女性8例，无其它严重疾病，年龄为46岁一81岁，平均年龄62. 7岁。
[0012] 疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，四肢有力；瘙痒明显缓解，睡眠改善。
[0013] 2、有效：身上有劲，瘙痒程度减轻。
[0014] 3、无效：病症无变化。
[0015] 临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明具体实施方式2制作的中药胶囊，观察2个月为一个疗程。服用方法：每日2次，每次4粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细

灵芝比份荆芥12份粉及提取物0.3克，饭后温开水送服，1个月后症状即有缓解，服用2个月后，症状明显改善。 临床实验的17人中，显效9人，有效7人，无效1人，总有效率94. 1%。

1. 一种治疗糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒的中药，其特征在于，所述中药是采用中药原料制备，中药原料的重量配比为：白薇3——9份 桑椹6——18份 灵芝6——18份三七1——3份 当归6——18份 荆芥5——15份苦参5——15份这种治疗糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒的中药是由下列方法制成的：(1)按上述重量比，将白薇、桑椹、灵芝、当归、荆芥、苦参经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏，烘干粉碎，得提取物细粉；(2)按上述重量比，将三七研成细粉，与上述（1)提取物细粉混合，搅拌均勻，制成中药颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂。
