[0041] 本发明以糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒为例,经6例临床观察。选择中医糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒 为标准:糖尿病患者虚损严重,肢体乏力,皮肤瘙痒,久治不愈,影响睡眠。如上症状,即可确 诊。在确诊观察的对象中,男性4例,女性2例,无其它严重疾病,年龄为44岁-81岁,平均年龄63. 8岁。
[0042] 疗效判定:
[0043] 1、显效:体质增强,四肢有力;瘙痒明显缓解,睡眠改善。
[0044] 2、有效:身上有劲,瘙痒程度减轻。
[0045] 3、无效:病症无变化。
[0046] 临床实验时,除糖尿病患者必须的降糖药照常服用外,停服其它药物和保健营养 品。服用本发明中药胶囊,观察2个月为一个疗程。服用方法:每日2次,每次4粒胶囊,每 粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0. 28克,饭后温开水送服,1个月后症状即有缓解,服用2个 月后,症状明显改善。临床实验的6中,显效3人,有效2人,无效1人,总有效率83. 3%。
